Illustrator CC Workspaces, my workspaces are not visible, I can't access my palettes. Can anyone help?
At some point I lost my workspaces, i have tried selecting "Essentials," "Printing and Proofing." and even creating my own work space, but now none are visible. Under window in the main bar it shows those palates as active but they are not visible. Are they hidden, if so what is the key stroke to unhide them?
I am having a similar problem on both of my computers. Both running OS 10.10.1.
Illustrator works space selections will not load palettes. If I get one set to appear and try to add another palette to the visible ones, it will not appear, though checked in the Window list. The web word space seems to be the only one that will appear by selection it. But no other palettes can be made visible.
Did you find a solutions to this? I have shut down numerous times. No older versions are loaded on the computers as both hard drives were wiped clean for the upgrades.

My contacts don't sync on icloud on my iphone some contacts disapear on iphone and some contacts hae been merged together to make one contact when they are not related. Can anyone help?
If you log into Icloud.com, are all your contacts correct there? If the answer is Yes, I would then turn contacts OFF on your phone, and then turn them back on. Do not merge, but replace with Icloud content.
This is usually the quickest way to edit a bunch of contacts, through the web interface. -
My Apple Loops are not selectable. Can anyone help me with this please?
Whenever I open up my Apple Loops on Logic Pro X, they are not selectable.
I have tried reinstalling the program and reinstalling the loops, but that did not work.

Make sure you followed the instructions exactly.....
From the Apple () menu, choose System Preferences.
Click Spotlight.
Click the Privacy tab.
Drag a folder or an entire volume (your hard drive) to the list.
If prompted for confirmation, click OK.
Remove the item or volume you just added to the list by clicking it and then clicking the minus ("-") button.
Close Spotlight preferences.
Spotlight will re-index the contents of the folder or volume. -
Just downloaded Illustrator CC 2014 and none of the new features are showing up. Can anyone help? Thanks! I really need to figure it out so I can start using the awesome new features for Illustrator.
in creative cloud does it show as up to date? if not "Update illustrator"
if it does I would think about uninstalling illustrator and re-installing.

If it's happening on all the apps that you've downloaded from the App Store, but the Apple built-in ones are ok, then try downloading any free app from the store (as that appears to reset something) and then re-try them - the free app can then be deleted.
If it's happening on all apps including Apple's then try closing them all completely and then see if they work when you re-open them : from the home screen (i.e. not with any app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of each app to close them, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -
I was told I could sync my music on my pc with my ipad2 by an apple agent. I hooked my ipad2 up to my pc and did so, but now I can not open any of my apps on my ipad2. when I try it just flickers and does not open. Can anyone help?
On you iPad, force close all the Apps in the multitask window.
Follow these steps to force an app to close:
From the Home screen, click the Home button twice.
Tap and hold on the app.
When it starts to jiggle, tap the to close it on by one until all cleared
Now do a Soft reset of your iPad:
Hold both Home and Sleep button for around 10secs until you see the Apple logo then release. After it returns to Home screen, try your Apps again and see if this resolves the issue. -

Okay ... try downloading and saving a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe to your PC from the Apple website:

Now download a trial version of WinRAR:

Open the iTunesSetup.exe with WinRAR, and try to run the standalone install of Apple Application Support from the AppleApplicationSupport.msi you find in there.
It works now BUT there are still problems. It is not allowing or recognizing my Cd/DVD player and i CANT burn. Looking still for this fix. -

Can you clarify what exactly you are trying to do that generates this message?
IF....you might be trying to install AirPort Utility on your Mac....you already have the most recent version on your Mac.....and you cannot install an earlier version than you already have.

Make sure you’re signed in, and then select the Documents & Data checkbox.
Click the Options button next to Documents & Data.
Make sure the iMovie checkbox is selected.
In iMovie, choose iMovie > Preferences.
Select the “Automatically upload content to iCloud” checkbox.
To turn off automatic uploading, deselect the checkbox. -
