Illustrator CC2014 Unable to see downloaded font in the Character List

I just downloaded both BabelStone Han and BabelStone Han PUA and installed them in the Font Book on my Mac. I can see both of them in the Font Book.
For some reason, I can only open BabelStone Han PUA in Adobe Illustrator (Creative
Cloud 2014), but not BabelStone Han. Both fonts can be opened in Microsoft
Word, but when I copied and pasted into an Illustrator file, it
automatically converted into "小塚ゴシック Pr6N" and there’s no way that I can
revert info BabelStone Han.
Does anyone have an insight on how to resolve it?

Illy is particularly particular about the quality of fonts, so even if a font may be used in other applications, she may refuse to acknowledge it as a font.
Illy is particularly particular about the quality of fonts, because she can work with them at a deeper/higher level than most, so you can easily have a font that works in all other applications, but Illy refuses to recognize it as a font.
Some failing fonts discussed in earlier threads have turned out to have rather basic flaws, such as redundant, superfluous, or (if I remember rightly) even stray points, or other clear errors in the paths that they consist of.
You may need to look for similar fonts that Illy is willing to work with.

Why dont i ever see downloaded pdfs in the "documents section" in adobe reader on my ipad? They only stay in the Acrobat.com section and when I try to move them the "documents" partion is not listed as an option. Only the folders i have within acrobat.com are listed

The pdfs have been uploaded to Acrobat .com (from my computer) I open the Adobe reader on my ipad and see them in the acrobat partition of the reader. I tap on them and they open. To test whether they were truly downloaded ,I turn off wifi and they still open. I consider this "downloaded" BUT... they stay in the acrobat.com partition of the reader. Nothing ever goes or lives in the "Documents" partition..nor can I move anything there.....Why not? What is the"documents" partition there for if nothing lives or can be moved there?

Tasks are not getting generated in WCB and also in Telnet.
All the task setups are done.
Shipping transactions form --> Status is Released to Warehouse.
But unable to see any Tasks in the WCB or in Telnet.

Hi,
Check whether the release rule you are running has the option Auto Allocate (Inventory Tab) is YES.
If it has NO then you have to run the Move Order Pick slip program with auto allocate move orders as YES and order types as pick wave for material allocation to happen.
once material is allocated you should be able to view them in WCB atleast.
After you find them in WCB but not on telnet then check you resource and device setup.

I think, the user is having authorization role problem or Do this
Also check, in the Extended search option, include the options, Bought on behalf of as checked ('X') and Include Completed Shopping carts as 'X' with Time Frame - (LAst Year) and Status = ALL
Refer to Transaction BBP_MON_SC (Monitor Shopping cart ) to check it whether it's pending in with whom and at what status.
Also, alternatively, you can refer to BBP_PD transaction, Specify the Shopping cart number there in the Object_ID field and you will get the details.

If the computer shipped with Snow Leopard then you would have received an install DVD for iLife with the computer.

Unable to see a font in Adobe Type Kit from within Adobe Muse

While I am able to install a font, Fertigo Pro from Adobe Type Kit, am unable to see the same font in Adobe Type Kit from within Adobe Muse.

Unfortunately, that is not the case. From http://help.typekit.com/customer/portal/articles/1189216-introduction-to-desktop-fonts-fro m-typekit: You are now able to sync fonts from Typekit to your desktop via Adobe Creative Cloud and use them in all your applications for web mockups, print design, word processing, and more.
Using of a font for web mockups is not the same as using it as a web font on a live website. The two uses are covered by different font licenses.
You can use a desktop synced font in Muse as a system font and export it as an image. But to use a Typekit web font in Muse is not currently supported (though you can try the Muse Insider workflow referred to in the other forum post I mentioned above).
Hope this clarifies things a bit.

Unable to see an iView in the Portal

Hi All,
I have a scenario, where in I have an iview in a page, the page can be in the workset,this workset has assigned to a role, and this role has been give to a user,now I have a user login to the portal , i am unable to see the iview in the portal, what could be the possible reason?

If U r not getting the Role navigation structure in the portal then make sure that the "Entry point" for the role has been set to True.
If you are getting the Role structure in the portal but not getting the iView then check the iView Property "Invisible in Navigation Area" property set to false.
Next you can check for the iView Permission , if the User has permission for te iView or not.
Hope now u can get the iView in the portal

Me again,
A friend suggested that I do a system restore.
I did a search for system restore in Windows 7 and got a very intuitive menu.
I selected an earlier system restore point and executed the restore.
After the computer restart I reloaded Firefox 5.0 and the Ask.com problem was corrected.
My friend says this approach may work about 25% of the time to fix this kind of problem. In my case it worked and I am happy.

I want to invoke a BAPI from a BPM, but I am unable to see the BAPI request / response interfaces in the BPM.
I am trying to create Containers and Transformations in the BPM, but I am unable to select the BAPI request / response interfaces.
What do I need to configure to invoke BAPIs from the BPM ? thanks,

Hi Manish,
you need to create three things:
1. An abstract synchronous interface with the same message types as the BAPI
2. An abstract asynchronous interface with the message type of the BAPI request
3. An abstract asynchronous interface with the message type of the BAPI response
From 2 and 3 you derive Container elements and use it for request and response of the synchronous interface.

If it was a matter of you not understanding the instructions, I am hoping that the above will channel you questions to me so that I can clarify anything that you did not understand in the Adobe document instructions.
I do not recall if I asked previously. Even if you cannot open all your saved/closed projects, can you still open a new project and save/close it? Maybe even reopen it?

I have often noticed in the ABAP forums that people with very good intentions, break the rules because they did not know about them, but also because they perhaps could not imagine them given the previous examples.

From our side is also there is some mistake to make them aware of this professional forum .
