Illustrator CS5.1 à cessé de fonctionner
Bonjour,
Je suis nouveau sur le forum Adobe.
Je viens de téléchager la version d'évaluation de Illustrator. Je les installer.
Ensuite, je l'ouvre. (Jusqu'a la tout va bien).
Dès que je veux créer un nouveau projet (Fichier/Nouveau...), ou avec CTRL+N, windows m'affiche une fenetre et me dit que illustrator à cessé de fonctionner.
Je suis sous Windows 7, avec 3Go de ram.

j'ai le même problème et j'ai essayé votre méthode pour réinitialiser les paramètres, mais aucune fenêtre ne s'ouvre... Parfois, la fenêtre du programme rapetisse dans un coin, parfois rien ne se passe, mais dans aucun cas une autre fenêtre s'ouvre...
Le problème n'est pas constant, parfois le programme fonctionne pendant plusieurs heures, mais la majorité du temps il ferme avec le même message d'erreur: Illustrator Cs5.1 a cessé de fonctionné... Parfois c'est en l'ouvrant, parfois c'est quand j'ouvre Photoshop, parfois c'est en ouvrant un nouveau document, bref, c'est une surprise à chaque fois!
L'ordinateur a été vérifié au complet, je suis passé de 32 bits à 64 bits, j'ai upgradé mon Windows de XP à 7, la RAM a été augmenté jusqu'à 8 go, avant j'avais la version CS4 en français, j'ai essayé les trials CS5 français et finalement CS5 anglais.
Et hier, Acrobat s'est mis de la partie!

Adobe illustrator a cesse de fonctionner

En esperant posté au bon endroit.
Voila j'ai la suite Adobe créative suite 5.5, donc Illustrator cs 5.1, le logiciel démarre bien, je peut me balader dans les différents menu mais lorsque je veut créer un nouveau fichier le logiciel plante et Windows me dit que adobe Illustrator a cessé de fonctionner.
J'ai essayé le fameux ctrl + alt + shift au demarrage, aucun effet.
J'ai désinstaller puis réinstaller Illustrator, le pb est toujours présent.
j'ai télécharge et exécuter le logiciel adobe support advisor qui me ressort toujours la même erreur avant et après désinstallation / réinstallation et re-demarrage : cpsid_82829s1 : Une erreur du programme d’amorçage s’est produite : « Redémarrage en attente ».

J'ai fait les étapes que le lien me donne:
Launch Windows Registry Editor.
(Windows Vista/ Windows 7) Choose Start, type regedit in the Search box, and press Enter.
Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager.
Delete the InProgress key.
La clé n'existe pas.
Voilà, je ne trouve plus rien c'est pourquoi je me tourne vers vous.

Usted puede tratar de Move the folder o volver a instalar de nuevo, con el Cleaner Tool cuando se ha desinstalado y antes de volver a instalar.

Photoshop.exe à cessé de fonctionner...

Depuis pas mal de semaines j'ai un problème avec Photoshop. J'avais fais un peu l'impasse dessus car aujourd'hui je suis plus porté sur Illustrator mais aujourd'hui que j'en ai à nouveau besoin, il plante encore et toujours...
Le problème se produit par exemple quand j'écris un texte, je le vectorise, je séléctionne une partie du texte, je prend l'outil "déplacement" et lorsque j'utilise les flèches directionnelles du clavier trop de fois (exemple : je veux déplacer le texte copier de 10 pixels à droite, je tape donc la touche directionnelle droite 10 fois (->)) le logiciel freeze et 2 secondes après il se ferme avec Photoshop à cessé de fonctionner.
Au point de vue du matériel et de mon PC j'ai une configuration assez puissante pour le faire tourner, j'ai tous mes pilotes à jours, le logiciel Adobe également... je vois pas où est le souci et c'est vraiment très pénible sachant qu'à chaques fermetures je n'ai pas enregistré mon travail.

aussi, il serait utile de poster des informations pertinentes, telles que Quelle version de Photoshop (indiquer la version donnée dans a propos)? de Windows? en 64bits? Quelle quantité de RAM? Quelle carte graphique, quels drivers exactement? Quelle est la police, cela plante-t-il avec d'autres?
Et en désactivant l'acceleration open GL dans les preferences (s'il s'agit de CS5 ou CS4), cela donne quoi? -
Plantage Illustrator CS5 V15.0.2 lors de la sauvegarde

Je viens vers vous car je rencontre un soucis avec illustrator CS5 depuis peu. Je m'explique :
Lorsque je crée un projet, et que je travail ce projet a 100% (sans import d'éléments externes par exemple), je peux sauvegarder mon travail.
En revanche si je crée un document et que j'importe un fichier existant dedans, au moment de la sauvegarde, illustrator cesse de fonctionner, et Windows 7, mets un "placard" disant qu'illustrator a cessé de fonctionner, et qu'il va tenter de m'apporter une solution pour résoudre mon problème.
Même soucis lorsque j'ouvre un document existant pour modification, si je masque par exemple un calque, je vois apparaitre en haut de la barre de menu, (ne répond pas), puis j'ai le message d'erreur de Win 7.
J'ai testé mes fichier sur le poste d'un collégue (avec Win Xp), et la ça fonctionne parfaitement.
Avez vous une idée sur l'origine de mon problème, ou une piste me permettant de résoudre de soucis.

Arret et redemarrage des services d'impression dans windows, puis redemarrage du Pc.
2 options :
ouvrir la fenêtre dos, et saisir : net stop spooler, attendre 2 secondes puis saisir net start spooler
ou dans demarrer, executer, services.msc puis dans les services trouver les services d'impressions, clic droit et redemarrer.
Voila, c'est aussi simple que ça.

Je rencontre un soucis avec mon photoshop CS6
Dés que je valide une modification sur une image ( ctrl +t ) il ce fige et me marque photoshop a cessé de fonctionner .
Celui ci est installé sur une machine neuve , a jour , je viens aussi de reinstallé les pilotes graphiques .
Une desinstallation / nettoyage de base / reinstallation a eu lieux et j'ai toujours le meme soucis .
dans les infos que je recupere de photoshop je vois deux ligne qui doivent peu etre etre la cause du probleme que voici

la carte graphique est une Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 date pilote: 210613 version: 9.18.13.2049 (Maj ce matin)
et l'onglet "utiliser le processeur graphique" n'etait pas activé
malgré cela, CS6 plante toujours.

Photoshop cs6 a cessé de fonctionner . help please
Bonjour ,
Je rencontre sans cesse des soucis avec un photoshop CS6 .
Dés que je fait quelque chose dessus il me dit photoshop a cessé de fonctionner .
pour tout verifier , j'ai desinstaller photoshop , mis a jours windows & carte graphique .
Reinstaller photoshop , fait les mis a jour de tout les logiciels adobe via l'interface de mise a jour .
mais cela ne marche toujours pas .... que faire ?

Problème décalage et script - illustrator CS5
Bonjour à tous,
J'ai un souci avec la fonction décalage dans illustrator CS5.
Quand je fais "objet -> tracé -> décalage" et que je valide, j'obtiens un décalage sur mon tracé, puis j'inverse la sélection, je fais "édition -> effacer" et j'obtiens exactement ce que je veux.
Mais dès que j'essaye d'intégrer ces étapes dans un script pour automatiser la tâche, dès que le script arrive au décalage au lieu de me sélectionner uniquement le décalage, ca me sélectionne toute mon tracé. Et du coup quand le script arrive à la fonction "supprimer", cela me supprime tout...
Je cherche donc un moyen de selectionner uniquement mon décalage, ou uniquement mon contour... J'espère que je suis assez clair...
Quand j'exécute la fonction "manuellement" (sans l'usage d'un script), j'arrive à obtenir exactement ce que je veux. Quand j'éxecute cette fonction depuis un script tout mon traçé est sélectionné, et ma forme disparait de l'écrant.
J'ai joint à ce post des screenshots pour que vous puissiez mieux comprendre ce que je veux dire.

Si je peux me permettre, je cherche ensuite à épaissir mes contours, et à arrondir leurs extrémités, mais même souci : le script ne comprend pas bien. Auriez-vous une autre astuce pour ce problème là?

Illustrator Cs5/Cs6: problème illustration détaillée.

Je vous explique mon problème.
J'ai commencé Photoshop et Illustrator avec la version Cs5, je ne fais que du dessin en noir et blanc et j'avais l'habitude de vectoriser mes productions avec l'option présente sur Illustrator Cs5 nommée "illustration détaillée", qui permettait un rendu vectorisé quasi-identique à celui de mes dessins, qui sont composés de lignes très fines (parfois trois ou quatre pixels) que je travaille toujours sur 300 dpi.
Depuis que j'ai installé Cs6, j'ai bien sûr remarqué que l'option "vectorisation détaillée" avait été enlevée (incommensurable incompréhension, c'est peu dire), et qu'aucune des options proposées n'égalait (même de très loin) la finesse de vectorisation de cette option dans Cs5
Est-ce que quelqu'un sait donc s'il est possible sur Illustrator Cs6 d'obtenir une vectorisation égalant celle détaillée de Cs5 (en triturant les options ou autre?) ou vais-je devoir réinstaller et utiliser celle de Cs5?

Ce que je tenterais dans le cas de plantages récurrents, c'est principalement une réinstallation de l'application, il se peut qu'à la première installation, certains fichiers aient été corrompus en lecture et écriture, provoquant les désagréments rencontrés.
Quant à la migration des préférences, parfois bien utile, peut-être que la fonction "d'enregistrer sous" pointe sur un dossier/fichier qui a été supprimé depuis… -
Problème avec la molette de la souris dans Illustrator CS5

Je travaille avec Illustrator CS5 sur Windows 7 64bit.
Suite au changement de ma souris, la molette ne fonctionne pas avec Illustrator. Aucun problème avec d'autres logiciels, y compris Photoshop CS5 et Indesign CS5.
Quelqu'un a-t-il été confronté au problème ?
Y a-t-il une solution ?

En réalité, je me suis trompé dans ma première réponse lorsque j'ai dit qu'il n'y avait pas de pilote à installer.
Je fais un résumé pour ceux qui seraient confrontés au problème.
Pour information, ma souris est une Microsoft Wireless Mouse 1000 qui pose des problèmes de défilement, de zoom et même de changement de taille pour les caractères ou les lignes.
La solution à ce problème est d'installer le logiciel Microsoft Intellipoint.

Je n'ai pas fait de réglage particulier, le problème s'est résolu de lui-même après installation.

Can you remove XMP data from .eps files in Illustrator-CS5.5?
Background:
I'm using font software called Typetool 3 and Illustrator CS5.5.
I am using these on Windows 7, 64 bit.
This is entry level font software released by Fontlab.
This software accepts artwork through the .eps file format in both theory and practice.
However: it refuses illustrator CS5.5 .eps files.
When I looked at this I came up with two highly interesting things: First- CS5.5 illustrator files are roughly 13 times the size of CS5 files, of this type (a simple font glyph-comparing a 29-30 kbfile to a 420-450 kb file in cs5 and cs5.5 respectively).
Thing two came from looking at what that data was (by opening it in a text editor). It appears that some of the data XMP data, illustrators data for tracking things like who created the file, copyright, and other. In document info many of these fields were blank. I'm sure this isn't the only issue because my exported xmp data is 64 kb large, but it does account for a chunk of the file.
The main question being: Can this xmp data; which for my purposes is redundant, because I have to put copyright and other data in the font, be removed or not included at the point of document creation?
The technical question being:Can the file be saved in a manner which will allow it to be exported from adobe CS5.5 and imported into Typetool 3?
Things I've tried:
In saving .eps file: removing document headers, previews, color data, saving as different versions of the language. Basically saving it without all settings.
In saving .ai file: saving without any settings checked (without compression, pdf editting, ect.) and saving it to a different level of illustrator.
I do not know enough about postscript programming to navigate the file or remove the offending data. Nor do I have time to do this over multiple glyphs.
As a matter of opinion I do not like that my software is including potentially identifying information (which is one of the intents of XMP data, to provide identification) without notifying the creator, let alone allowing me to keep it from doing that. I would not mind or bother-except for the fact its messed up an established workflow. If someone editted this data without my knowledge, say with a virus or heaven forbid manually, it would be also be bothersome. Having a check that identifies that I am sending this data out would give me something to know if this situation was in fact happening. Additionally for a situation like mine-communication between programs in a closed environment where no other users are involved, its unnecessary and wasteful... like putting gold rims on what is intended to be an oxcart.
I'm planning on going to Fontlab for later this week, as it is as much thier issue as it is Adobe's. From what I know XMP is both a useful and popular technology- having a workaround for this situation seems like it would be a good idea. If necessary I can attach some working files for comparision.I would save it as EPS (version Illustrator 3). This should be compatible to almost any software that takes EPS.

How can I get a Distiller dialog box in Illustrator CS5 which is exactly the same as Distiller?
I would like to know if there is some type of plug-in, etc. out there that would allow me to have all the functionality of a Distiller dialog box when I save a PDF out of Illustrator CS5. Right now, I just have what comes installed with Illustrator. It's a stripped down version of what you would find in distiller.
When you save a PDF out of Distiller it doesn't just have different options, it's an entirely different program. It doesn't do things the same way, so it can't have the same options. Saving from Distiller is in many ways better, expecially in that transparency isn't flattened.
What specific options are you looking for? -
I am using Illustrator CS5. I am using a certain font and when I make a selection to use one of the letter options or a glyph, it does not take my selection; in other words, nothing changes.
What font? What system? What Glyph? What language settings? Could be anything. Either way, ask in the AI forum. You'll get quicker answers there - if you provide all the required info.

Can't export an EPS file from Photoshop CS5 and open in Illustrator CS5.
I'm on Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5
I am making DVD covers for print. The barcodes for the DVD covers have to be done in Illustrator. But the original designs are done in photoshop including the text. For years this hasn't been a problem. Right before adding the barcodes I create an EPS file from photoshop, open that file in Illustrator and all my text is automatically coverted to perfect crisp clean vectors, viola! I add the barcodes and export the PDF for the printers.
But now I can't open my EPS files in Illustrator CS5 even though I'm exporting them the same way I always have from Photoshop CS5. Illustrator says... "The operation cannot complete because of an unknown error." --> Note it does not give an error number after this warning like I see it does for so many other people.
I have been trying to fix this for over 10 HOURS spanning 2 days! I'm infuriated I can't get help from Adobe on this and have read all the forums and don't see my problem listed anywhere.
I've tried:
- Deleting the .plist file and the Settings folder & resetting my permissions
- Uninstalling and Reinstalling Illustrator
- Turning off all other applications
- Creating more disk space on my hard drive (even though I have 200gb available)
- Restarting the computer
- Disabling my Font book and still I can't open the EPS file
I thought maybe it's possible it's the font I'm using Fontesque OT so I even tried converting text to objects prior to exporting the EPS file from photoshop to illustrator and turning off my font book, but still it won't open. And if I open the PSD directly in Illustrator, text comes out a bit fuzzy in the PDF I export.
If anyone can provide any solutions I would be so grateful! I'm at my wits end here, this should have taken under an hour to do and now it's ruining my entire weekend. I'm completely panicked because I was suppose to have these to my client over the weekend so they could turn them in for Print frist thing on Monday morning and of course Adobe provides no chat support or phone support after 7pm on weekday or on the weekend which is when this all started.I never even thought of reinstalling photoshop, but I think this was a font issue. I'd never saved an EPS with Fontesque OT Regular enabled, only Fontesque OT Bold. Somehow I think the font was causing the problem because ridding the font from the equation allowed me to open the EPS file.
After 12 HOURS of trying different things I found a WORK AROUND...
I had to:
- Select the Text in Photoshop (with Fontesque OT enabled) --> Select Create Work Path --> Covert to Shape on each of the text items
- Save EPS file out of Photoshop
- Disable Fontesque OT font in Font Book
- Then open EPS in Illustrator add in my Barcodes and export the PDF
(the barcodes have to be added in Illustrator because they need to be pure 100% black with no CMYK color in them. You can't save them out of Photoshop that way, only Illustrator, otherwise I would have made my pdf straight out of photoshop like any other normal human
This work around is the only way I could get the EPS files to open in Illustrator and still have the text remain super crisp like a vector.
NOTE to others in the future about crisp text from Photoshop to Illustrator:
- Simply "converting to shape" did not preserve the vector. You have to Select Create Work Path --> then Covert to Shape on each of the text items (with the font enabled) for this to work and preserve the crispness of the text. Even creating "smart object" did not truly preserve my vectors or the text crispness in the EPS file once I imported it into Illustrator.
DrStrik9 thank you SO MUCH for trying to help me. You did give me ideas that helped me figure out the workaround and also helped me feel not so alone as I struggled through this. I'm going to follow up with your other suggestions about reinstalling photoshop and also checking my RAM, etc. But I just want to that you so so so SOOOO much for all your time and consideration in this matter.
