Illustrator CC Tryoutのレイアウトパネルを操作するとクラッシュする

osx 10.10.1
illustrator CC Tryout 18.1.0
レイアウトパネルをクリックしたり、ドラッグしたらクラッシュします。
トライアル版だからでしょうか？解決方法を教えて下さい。

メニュー名がすべて英語になっているようですが、こちらは何か設定を変えられたのでしょうか？
設定で変更されたのであれば日本語に戻してみてください（OSは日本語版ですよね？）。
また、「おかしいなと思ったら（Mac OS 版 Illustrator CC）」に記載されている、
　A. 環境設定ファイルの再作成
　B. フォントリストファイルの再作成
　C. フォントの破損を検証
　E. ディスクのアクセス権を修復 
を 実行してみてください。

  • Illustrator CS6 Tryout crashes on launch, Windows 7

    I can see that there are already multiple threads on this issue, but I've tried out all the options/solutions suggested and hence, I'm posting here for help.  I installed Illustrator CS6 Tryout and that crashes after about 3-5 seconds.  I see a popup then asking me to register or continue trial (showing me 30 days are still left).  I click on Continue Trial and nothing happens (if it were part of due process, I'd have expected the disappearing Illustrator to come back). 
    These are the options I have already tried:
    1.  Uninstalled CS6, used Adobe CC Cleaner, and reinstalled (four times so far)
    2.  Removed the AIPrefs file and relaunched the app
    Other info that might be relevant:
    1.  Windows Event Viewer doesn't log anything when Illustrator goes down.
    2.  Photoshop CS5.1 works just fine.
    3.  I don't have any plugins installed (because I haven't got that far)
    I'm on a Windows 7 device, with 4GB RAM, and a 2.4 Ghz i5 processor.

  • Why is my Illustrator a tryout version?!

    Hi there
    I have had some issues with installing CS5 Design Premium (Win) but as one particular problem related to Illustrator, I thought I should post this query here.
    For some reason when I open this application, it is opening as a "tryout" version.  I don't appear to have this on any of the other applications.
    When attempting to click on the executable file and "run as administrator", I get this error message:
    Error: The localized resource files for this application could not be loaded.  Please reinstall or repair the application and try again.
    The "tryout" version has appeared after one reinstall (which went ahead with no immediate problems) so I am wondering if I have inadvertently damaged or lost files due to the reinstall.
    I am using a Dell Precision 6500 / Windows 7 Ultra 64-bit.
    I have noted that there is an error icon (yellow exclamation mark) on the Key Usage (Digital Signature (80)) but do not know what this actually means.
    Is anyone able to enlighten me?!!

    Did you use the Clean Script between uninstall and reinstall?
    If not, it may be worth trying it, and repeat the reinstall; you will probably have more trouble if you just continue using it; and if you run out of reinstalls one day, you can have more by contacting Adobe.

  • Cloud subscriber but Illustrator says Tryout Mode

    I followed another thread but never got to an answer.
    I have InDesign, but I keep getting emails from Adobe telling me I'm
    in tryout mode. But there is not a single menu item in Illustrator that takes
    you to a page to put in your ID?
    Is anyone else having this problem? It took like 7 hours to download the
    software. I'm not thrilled with doing it again.

    Normally there is a "License this software" button at the bottom of the trial mode screen as shown in this doc.

  • How to quit Illustrator CC Tryout?

    iMac just purchased 1 month ago and downloaded Adobe CC trials to check out on my new 27" screen.
    Beautiful until today when I clicked on About Illustrator and a window pops up but won't go away.
    I can choose legal notices and pause and when I let it scroll, it lets me know about version 17.0.0 and the
    whole history of Ai.
    I just want to make this window go away.
    All menus are greyed out and quit and force quit won't work.
    Tried turning off computer, waiting a few and when I get back on this is waiting on me!
    How do I make it go away?

    Can't you find it on your computer?
    Does it not work?
    Did you update it and it doesn't start anymore?

    En faite sur cette nouvelle version, l'alignement est par défaut sur la séléction de calque.
    Pour réctifier ça, je suis allé dans:
    bloc alignement > suivi du petit onglet "afficher les options" > cocher "alignement sur le plan de travail"
    Suite à ça je peux enfin aligner les calques via le plan de travail !

  • Troubleshooting Illustrator

    Hey all, I don't know if this is the right forum but I'll give it a shot.
    I have the Adobe Creative Suite 5 Master Collection, which has Illustrator CS5 in it.
    Now, when I run the program, while it's loading it states " Adobe Illustrator CS5 Tryout".
    Then the program opens, and 2 seconds later it closes again..
    Anyone know why this happens?
    All other programs run smoothly (but other programs don't show the "tryout" behind the name though..)
    Any thoughts?

    OK, is this a retail, store bought, manufactured dvd version or is it a download from BitTorrent or LimeWire or some pirated copy? If so, you are on your own.
    If not, then I suggest getting another or replacement copy from Adobe as there could have been a manufacturer mistake when making your copy.
    Any way, call Adobe about it.

  • Cannot install CS6. I deleted CC tryout version files by dragging them to trash bin. After that, installation program doesn't work (do nothing). How can I fix it?

    I deleted application folder of Illustrator CC tryout by mistake.  I should have run adobe installer but I didn't.
    After that, I could not uninstall Illustrator CC and also I could not install CS6.
    When I tried to install CS6, installer does nothing after entering serial number.
    OS: Mac OS Maverick on Macbook Pro

    I did run Adobe cleanup and confirmed that Illustrator CC has been removed but installation doesn't work.
    When I click on install button after putting in serial number and login with Adobe ID, nothing happens.
    It is frustrating.  I couldn't even install the program yet.

    I use illustrator cs6 tryout. when trying to convert the doc to pdf or print, it is producing blank document. i tried taking help online by trying to click layers but print option in layers is unchecked and greyed out.....so cant do much there...any help?

    You will have top provide screenshots of the AI document, exact PDF settings, system info and other details.

  • Illustrator I/O error when trying to save.

    I am running Illustrator CS4 tryout on a windows xp machine and when I try to save a file I get a file I/O error.  I tried saving in other formats with no success.  Previous files that did save correctly can now not be opened either.  Please let me know two things is this a trial version problem or should I expect the same issues with a full version, and two: what the problem is.

    Just follow the link.
    If that is not the problem it might be a question of having the directory in which you are saving the files set to the wrong permissions and ownership
    on a Mac this is easy to fix though if it has to be done manually that can be time consuming there is way of doing this on the Windows but you have to look the method up on the web or hope someone here knows how to do this, sometimes you might find someone on the AE or PPro forum who knows about these things.

  • Starting up Illustrator cs6 received a tryout screen?

    I just started up my Illustrator cs6 today, and a screen came up that said Tryout. This the first time its ever happened. After checking out google, I found that similar questions were asked but on torrent sites. I purchased the creative suite fully in September. So, I'm not as to why I would receive this screen.
    Can anyone advise what this is about?

    I figured it out, for some reason I had to put my serial number in again.

    Obiously I'm on the first day of trial, shows 30 days remaining.
    However as soon as Illustrator CS5.1 tryout launches, it automatically closed and said it was last trial launch.
    I'm very confused. What should I do?

    We don't have any way to extend the trial.  It is possible you may have other software installed which has interferred with the trial process.  Which operating system are you using btw?  Did you receive any error messages during the install process?

    But lets cut to the chase:
    I CANNOT ACCESS TOOLS NOR TOOL PROPERTIES IN THE TOOLBAR(left side on the screen/default)...and sorry for yelling.
    e.g. changing Rectangular tool to Ellipse tool etc. is impossible
    Last night I made a "double click" mouse right and left click and vóilá I could choose between Rectangular tool, ellipse tool etc.
    But that does not work anymore. What shall I do?

    but still it is quite unpractical way instead of just right-click.
