Yes, I found the cookies, and thanks for taking the time to help out. I called Citibank. They told me that they will not support Firefox or Safari for Mac because our user group is too small for them and the expense too high. The person that I spoke to said in the past, Firefox has worked with Citi, but that was just by accident. At the moment they have no plans to help Mac people using the latest OS log onto their website or enable programs like my Quicken or Mint.com to access. They don't work anymore either. I think all the problems happened after the last OS update.

I am using Firefox ver. 3.0.19 and I have Windows 7 which came with a new computer. When I use Firefox as a browser I cannot print my emails. I get an error message: "pcfax not availabe". If I use IE I have no problem printing the emails.

After virus problem which would not let all parts of the browser page open, I downloaded Firefox from another browser and opened it to install.
Firefox now asks permission to open each time I click the icon. I have shut off the computer and on several times. I then re-installed the browser but still it asks permission to open.
It seems to work again but can I get rid of opening permission request please? I may have 2 versions of the browser in the computer or the new program did not replace the old?

Using Sansung S3, Android 4.1.2, Firefox 24.0; not yet possible to share all the open tabs (using NFC) with another NFC phone. But only the one main tab I am currently browsing is possible to share. Is this the feature of current NFC feature of Firefox?

Thanks.I'm not sure if we will implement this. Sharing all the tabs you have open have many more security and privacy issues. Someone forgets that they had a tab open they did not want to share or miss-clicks on the share all option.
We are looking into better ways to share tabs with devices that are nearby. Especially if they are on the same WiFi network. -

I am using firefox 4 and i can see difference in the laptop and the lcd. The site looks fine with firefox 3.6 for both and also for all the browsers. Only for firefox 4, things are getting screwed in laptop, as it looks fine for the LCD.

The following will result in complete loss of history if it comes down to deleting places.sqlite, so rename files rather than deleting. With Firefox down.

I have never been able to use Firefox to view my OWA (Outlook Web Access). It always prompts for creds that it doesn't accept anyway. Until I added the IE-Tab Add-on, was this a known limitation for Firefox?
Hi prime_anthony and thank you for asking. I do not think this is a Firefox limitation because I have been accessing my OWA too via Firefox on a Linux machine. I can login using my domain account and password without any problem and without using IE-Tab add-on.
It probably depends on the version of the Outlook Web Access or the Exchange Server. Newer versions of these already have Firefox supported. -
I can't seem to use the 'Check seats' link on the Delta Airlines site when I use Firefox but Safari works fine. I get the message 'not available at this time' when using Firefox but when I go to Safari it works fine. I love Firefox but this sucks!
That issue can be caused by corrupted cookies.
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":

I used IE first time in 3 years. When I did I was able to READ the screen without my glasses. Didn't realize Firefox FONTS were so 'weak' Tried most everything to get Firefox fonts to look as bold and clean. No luck.
