Hello. CAn anyone pleaase help me!!?I had my ipod video for a while now. I never really had trouble with it. Today..I was downloading some new music to it. I click on my ipod from the source menu and i looked at all the songs that I have on it. SO far everything is fine. It has about 200 songs, 4 videos. THen I unplugged the cord. I turned on my ipod ready for some new songs. Every single thing is gone.
What happened? I already set my ipod setting to manually getting the songs, so i know it didnt update and erase my old songs...
is there anyway i can restore all the songs i used to have? is there memory to itunes?
please help.

try my thirteen step plan:
1. enable disk mode
2. on windows explorer menu bar click tools>>folder options>>view
3. try to find something that says "Show Hidden Files and Folders"
4. enable that -------------------------------------/|\
5. find ur ipod in "My Computer"
6. inside there is a hidden folder named iPod_control, open it
7. in ipod_control there is a folder named music
8. copy that folder to "my music" or somewhere easily accesable
9. once that is done(may take a while if u'v got alot o music)open itunes
10. tell it 2 search for music
11. it will find the music folder
12. sync ur ipod

I have an ipad 2 and I noticed I have over 3000 emails in All Mail. I want to know how can I delete these emails. It looks like you can only do it one at a time. It will take me forever. Please help me.
You can only delete them one at a time on the iPad. If you have an IMAP email account, go to your email in on the server using a web browser and select as many as you can at a time and delete them that way. That action will be reflected on the iPad. In IMAP - whatever you do on one device syncs across all devices. If you have POP email - start deleting one at a time.

If you want to solve your problems, unjailbreak. And don't do it again, because jailbreaking causes problems as you read about in that article. You can try Recovery Mode: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808

I'm assuming you can..now I don't know the prices for your area, you'll have to check around, I just did a quick web search and I'm pulling all sorts of prices up, I'd look into a repair facility near you and see what they can do for you :-) shouldn't be too expensive though! Good luck!

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. You need something with 2x PCI Express 6 pin connectors.
If you have enough 4 pin connectors left over after hooking up the rest of your computer this might still work though, if you use some adapters. They require two 4 pin connectors to power one 6 pin. I recommend looking inside your computer and figuring out which connectors you will need.

You may have more than one issue, but the most important one is that your internal hard drive is failing, or there is some other hardware fault.
Back up all data on the drive immediately if you don't already have a current backup. There are ways to back up a computer that isn't fully functional—ask if you need guidance.
Make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store, or go to another authorized service provider.
If privacy is a concern, erase the data partition(s) with the option to write zeros* (do this only if you have at least two complete, independent backups, and you know how to restore to an empty drive from any of them.) Don’t erase the recovery partition, if present.
Keeping your confidential data secure during hardware repair
Apple also recommends that you deauthorize a device in the iTunes Store before having it serviced.
*An SSD doesn't need to be zeroed. -
