I also had a little warning pop up that said http://www2.your-personal-protect62.co.cc says:
Warning! Your computer is at risk of malware attacks.
Here arescreen shots of the "warning" and the helpful scan results:
Here is the URL:

The problem is that even after I have run various antivirus, malware programs and looked in the registry for anything suspicious, next time i open up firefox and get online, the damn thing pops up. I guess i will now go and block the url and see if that does it.

When I bring up Explorer and click on Icloud i get a message that access is blocked from displaying content with security errors
The new iTunes has a somewhat different look from the previous version. You can get the old look back if you prefer it by doing View > Show Sidebar in iTunes. Or you can adapt to the new look.

I got and error message that looks like code what is it and how do i fix it
when to a screen for srv diag boot it displays menu: manuel test and previous: auto test
srv sept 09 2006so it looks like this screen is a Diagnostic Test. if you press the left/back button it starts running tests and you can go through and participate in them like checking your buttons, scroll wheel, headphones, etc. I guess sometimes hackers will use it just to see what the ipod is made of?
I am going through the test right now but here are some other options that might help you get out of yours.

Every now and then I will come back to my computer and see a message saying that something is preventing Firefox from updating correctly, am I sure that I have got the latest version.
Included in the message box is a link to www.firefox.com, when I click on the link I get a page with various downloads and a message saying that my Firefox is up to date. This issue can be caused by the presence of leftover files in the Firefox program folder (defaults\pref) like a file firefox.js that overrides the update URL with a wrong link.
Do a clean reinstall and be sure to remove the Firefox program folder to remove the file(s) that cause the problem.
Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere in the Firefox Profile Folder and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.

If you are using a MAC with Firefox, please try this plugin:

prior to this happening my screen froze and I got the horrid rainbow circle ... I pressed the **** down button hoping that my work would pop up when I re-started and I found that hours of work had disappeared and only an earlier version had saved ... what shall I do?
Update Word and/or switch to Pages.
Also what is the time machine? How do I activate it?
It is an automatic backup. It makes backups without you having to remember to do them. To turn on Time Machine, just plug in an external hard drive and say "Yes" when it asks if you want to use it with Time Machine. -
I recently visited Egypt with my iPad. I am now back in the USA. I tried to download a new app, and I got a message that I could not download from the Australian store. I was told I need to switch back to the USA store. I did not deliberately switch to the Australian store. Why doesn't the iPad automatically switch back to the USA.
Change App Store
1. Tap "Settings"
2. Tap "iTunes & App Stores"
3. Tap on your Apple ID
4.Tap "View Apple ID"
5. Enter your user name and password.
6. Tap "Country/Region."
7. Tap "Change Country/Region"
8. Select the country/region where you are located.
9. Tap "Done".
Note: If the change doesn't take effect, sign out of account and sign in again. -
A window pops up that says a new version of Firefox is available (version 32.x). I click on install, and nothing happens. The wheel keeps spinning so I close the window. When I click on About Firefox and then click on Updates available at https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/, a web page opens that says: Congrats! You're using the latest version of Firefox.
If I'm using the latest version, why do I get a window that says a newer version is available and why won't it download?
I have a new iMac with OSX 10.9.5.Hello,
Please see:
* https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-cant-be-installed-mac-how-fix-it
Edit: Sorry, I hit the Post button too quick. Firefox version 32.0.3 is out and is the latest version. For mac users, you will need to download it here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
It is strange however that your updater isn't installing the update for you. Are you using a user account with the right privileges? -
IBook g4 stuck on start up with gray screen and circle that looks like its downloading
iBook G4 stuck on gray startup screen with circle like it's downloading
If your iBook G4 portable running OS X 10.5.8 or 10.4+
shows a grey screen on startup or other similar variant
to the failure to fully start, there are a few good Support
articles from Apple Support site online that may help.
Each has information to read through, consider, & try.
•Mac OS X: Grey screen appears during startup...
http://support.apple.com/kb/ts2570
•Resolve startup issues & perform disk maintenance with Disk Utility and fsck
http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1417
This is akin to troubleshooting since you have a measure
of trial-and-error to resolve the problem; & at times there
may be more than one thing to do, &/or more than once.
Hopefully this helps.
Good luck & happy computing! -
My Mac laptop was working very slowly. I closed it but I can't re-open the version I had. I tried to move it to the trash and download a new version but, I keep getting the same message. How can I get rid of this copy and get back to work????

I get the error message 4 to 6 times a day. Since I don't ever remember signing up for Messenger, I'm puzzled by the message. I can't find Messenger in my applications file (or anywhere else) so I can't delete or un-install the program.
At first it was just an annoyance, but not it's starting to get to me!
What should I do?
Help!Try first to Clear your cache from : Tools > Options > Advanced > Network, Clear Now button.
if the above is not helpful, [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles create a new profile] and check it again.

Help!
Unless you've recently attempted to downgrade iTunes this is probably a sign of a corrupt library file. See Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash.

If there is some additional charge associated with downloading our own music then this is all a waste of money.
Mandig,
There is not an additional charge from iTunes. They are referring to potential charges from your cellular provider, which depending on your cellular plan, could be considerable. If you are not sure about your cellular plan, stick to WiFi. -
I cannot connect to my new google+ account using Firefox 6. When I try to access google+ I get a message that I need to update Firefox, which I have done twice. I can access gmail and everything else that google has to offer - I think. Please help.
Thank youOpen System Preferences > Network > Advanced > Proxies
Deselect any checked boxes on the left then click OK.
If none of those boxes were selected, it might be a Safari extension causing the proxy dialog.
From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall.
