Im having a problem. seems I updated to ios 7 now I have agree to terms of policies but I dont know how to agree cause i don't know how to find the "I agree" button cause there is no"I agree" button

If you can't scroll to the bottomof the page:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: How to back up
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

I updated to the 7.1.2 and now my wifi is messed up and my service is screwed up and I wasn't having any problems until I updated! I need help!!

Reset the device:

I had original iPhoto app from 2007 or 2008, but in the last year it stopped working seemingly out of nowhere. Now I just installed iPhoto 9.5.1 but it won't open even after downloading the iPhoto Library Updater. My pictures are lost in the abyss.

Have you run the iPhoto Library Upgrader? You need to direct it to the location of your old iPhoto Library by clicking the "Choose Library" button in the lower right corner of the panel you are seeing when the upgrade starts. -

RE: Applications problem: "You cannot update this software since you have not owned the major version of this software."
Until recently, I have not encountered this problem. And I am facing this problem for both my iPad and iPhone.
I only have 1 iTunes account and the most recent change was that I switched the location from Singapore to UK (I'm currently in the UK). I also updated my applications a couple of times before since the change in location, so I doubt it's due to the location change. I've tried signing out of the account in the iTunes accounts on the devices, then signing back in. I've also tried restarting the devices (and for the iPad, I even updated the iOS).
Any idea what else I can do to try to rectify this?

1. Yup, my iOS is the latest (6.0.1), and I have 7 apps on my iPhone that apparently have updates. But it's been 6.0.1 for quite some time and I've also been able to update the apps till just this week.
2. I don't have a credit card associated with my account anymore. Ever since I changed the location, I removed the credit card details. But I didn't have problems with any of my apps (updating or downloading new ones) until this week. Also, all the apps I've downloaded since I came to the UK are free apps.
I still don't know what's wrong. -
To extend a clip I have `Show Fine Tuning controls' turned on in my iMovie 11 preferences, but the blue forward/backward buttons don't appear. To get the orange handle bar, is there a hotkey?

Apple said to update ical. I guess I waited too long because my calendars and all my events disappeared. I tried syncing with my iPhone and it deleted my calendars off my iPhone. Double clicking on a calendar invite does not work either, it won't open or populate my ical. I requested an update through Mobileme to get ical working again and nothing..... It does not appear to want to update or start working again. Is this an issue with Apple ical in general?

iPad 2 problem. After updating to IOS 8.0.2 iPad says that I need to plug into iTunes. When I do that, the only option is to restore iPad to factory settings? iPad will do nothing until then. I have never had this problem before. Help

I have tried 3 official apple ones and 2 different plugs. Ive tried plugging it into my laptop but will not find the phone. it has had problems since i updated my ios. Battery has been replaced. Any suggestions would be fantastic
test if it charges with an ac charger
test if it's detected by another computer
if it's no to both then likely the connector is broken
if it's yes to both thne it's likely your computers itunes install which is the problem -
I was just having this problem until today. It is now all sorted and I can explain what to do very simply and easily.
I remembered the answers to my questions, I just forgot "EXACTLY" how I entered the text - so I had to have them reset. The easiest way is to sign in through www.appleid.com. Then on the right click the "Manage your Account" link and sign in. Easy so far right. Then, as others have said, look on the left of the screen you will see a link called "Password and Security" - click on this. Now this is where the confusion begins. Some people have a link located directly under the existing questions that looks like this "Forgot your answers? Send reset security info email to blah blah blah email . If you see this click it and it will send an email to the "Rescue Email" address that you entered when you originally entered your answers. Follow the instructions contained in this email and you are done. If you cannot remember this email address or you have since closed it, you will need to go to the Itunes Express lane and send an email to Apple requesting them to reset your answers.
HOWEVER IF YOU DO NOT SEE A THIS LINK UNDER THE QUESTIONS - this means that you DID NOT enter a Rescue email address when you originally set your questions. The only way you can now reset your Security Questions and Answers is to go to the Itunes Express lane and email Apple asking to have these reset. I have 2 apple accounts, one for myself and one for my daughter - as I did not include a rescue email I had to email apple. On both occasions, these questions were reset and an email sent to me exactly 24 hours after I sent them the request. I entered the new details, WROTE THEM DOWN EXACTLY AS I ENTERED THEM THIS TIME, entered a Rescue Email this time and I am good to go again. Simple. Now when I log in and click on "Password and Security" I do have the reset link visable. Apple support are good, they just take a bit of time to get things done, but they always seem to get there in the end. I just wish someone had taken the time to explain this somewhere else in the forum as it would have saved me much time and angst.
To get to the Itunes Express Lane go to this website www.appleid.com make sure the correct country is displayed top right, if not change it. Once this is saved go to the tabs at the top of the screen and click Support. Then halfway down the next page you will see a photo of two random people with a title of Contact Apple Support - Click this. Scroll down until you see the itunes logo, to the right of this you will see the link Express Lane for iTunes Player and iTunes Store - click on this. One the right hand side of the next page click on the link "itunes Store". On the next page click the link "Account Management" check the radio button beside "itunes store account security", select your country from the drop down box and click "Continue". Under the heading MORE OPTIONS, you will see a clickable link called email - click this. Fill in your name, Apple ID and country. Then in the text box, write "I have forgotten the answers to my Security questions, would you kindly please reset them. Thank-You". Then Click Continue, you will be given a reference number and an email is sent to your address advising that generally someone will attend to your request within 24 hours. Like I said previously, I had to do this twice and both times it was reset however it was done within about 5 minutes of the 24 hour cut off, so you will have to be patient. I know 100% that this works for Australia - I am guessing other countries should be similar. Hope this helps someone somewhere!Standard troubleshooting...
1. Try a Restart by pressing the sleep/lock button until you see the slider. Slide to power off. Restart by pressing the sleep/lock button until you see the Apple logo.
2. Try a Reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider if it comes up. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
3. Remove apps from Recently Used list...
- From any Home Screen, double tap the home button to bring up the Recents List
- Swipe up on the app preview card
- Press the home button when done.
4. If still a problem restore with your backup.
5. If still a problem restore as new, i.e. without your backup. See how it runs with nothing synced to it.
6. If still a problem, it's likely a hardware issue. -
I updated Firefox and now, when I select File, Send Link, a dialog box pops up asking me to establish a new account before I can send the link via email. I use Outlook, so how do I avoid setting up some new account and yet am able to send the link via Outlook?
I have a feeling it may have something to do with HotMail.com.My Error: I found out that it was Mozilla Thunderbird that was causing the problem. I uninstalled it and the problem went away.

I have an ipod touch 4th gen, installed the latest update to iOS 6 and have lost all my music, apps etc. It also linked up with an alternate email address???? Help!
I have a similar issue happenning with my ipod touch 64GB running IOS 6.0.1. My music content is stored via itunes on my Snow Leopard macbook pro as well (and not in the cloud). The music on my ipod (which is sync'd to my macbook pro when I connect via usb) has randomly disappeared about 3 or 4 times lately, not during sync'ing and unrelated to battery charge levels. Fortunately I have been able to restore it by restarting my macbook pro then re-syncing the ipod, which it is now doing as I write, but it takes hours (for over 3000 songs). Having looked at a few other forum discussion pages, it seems this may be a bug related to IOS 6 updates and using music/itunes and podcast playing apps. The same thing has intermittently occurred with some other content such as downloaded podcasts, iplayer content and photos. Once I reconnected the ipod it synced and apparently restored the content, but I can't understand why it lost it in the first place, and its very annoying. Lets hope the reinstalling works on my ipod tonight....up to 248 of 3326 songs syncing as I write....

I sure needed a good laugh after spending/wasting hours & days trying to either get my c6280 to give up on its Ink System Failure fixation, or find a decent replacement. Unfortunately I need the Smart Web Printing feature that I guess only HP has, or I'd try a different brand. And now even HP has very few models with that available.
My error msg is a little different from those previously stated, but close: 0xc18a0201. Even tho there were frustrations with my c6280, I did like several of its unique features which are hard to find now under $100. I hate how HP (& I suppose other brands also) are CONSTANTLY changing models & then of course ink cartridges.
Oh heavens, I've had the c6280 a whopping 2 1/2 years! I'm sure they want us poor slobs to have to buy a new one every year & a day! To say nothing of the exorbitant prices for ink. And now if this one is really dead in the water, I have SIX unused #02 ink cartridges which I cannot return---I got them in a combo pack, & for some reason have wound up with THREE lite pink & THREE lite blue cartridges, while having to buy extras of the other colors, that ran out before the others!!! Yeah, & what's with that not being able to print in BLACK if a color runs out????

I have tried to install Creative Cloud but I just get a blank white screen with a black Creative Cloud bar at the top. There are no options to choose 'Apps' etc. Can anyone help?
