Im having trouble authorizing my computer. id what support says but i cant seem to locate where to authorize it?
Im having problems authorizing my computer, i go to apple support and follow what they say but when i log into my account dont see where to authorize it at?? what am i doing wrong?? ive followed what support says to do but no success! idk what else to do? please does anybody know what im doing wrong or any suggestions? Thank you!
If the computer's running Mac OS X, move the cursor to the very top of the computer's screen, click on Store, and choose Authorize this Computer.
If the computer's running Windows, press the Alt and S keys and choose Authorize this Computer, or click here, follow the instructions, click on Store in the menu bar, and choose Authorize this Computer.

If you're using iTunes 11 click on the box icon in the top-left corner to see the " Show Menu Bar "
and from the Menu Bar select Store...
From the Store menu, choose Authorize This Computer.

Did you use different Apple IDs purchasing your content? If so, you need to activate your Mac with all existing Apple IDs... even the ones you don't use anymore. This should do.
In iTunes go to Menubar and click on "Store" -> Activate this computer -

I need help!
I have benn trying to upgrade my itouch operating system, but I can't seem to. When I do the whole process of authorizing my computer then go to transfer my purchases It says that I have to authorize the computer, the thing is that it is already authorized. Even when I have try what seems to me like a hundred times it still wont work. Can someone give me especifique instruccions on what I can do?Did you install iTunes?
Once downlaoded, iTunes should have installed, and open once installed.
If its not open you can look for it in your Start Menu in Windows or Finder in Mac.

Via the Store menu in iTunes. If you have iTunes 11, which for some unfathomable reason hides the menus by default, press Control-B and you'll then see the menus.

As stated I'm having trouble with my computer, I boot it up and within a few minutes it freezes and I have to restart it, I tried updating it to the latest mavericks but it won't finish the installation it's stuck at the end, what can I do to fix this? I need it for homework tonight.

you can try this: boot your MacBook Pro into Recovery mode by holding down a Command key and the R key as it starts up. Once the Mac OS X Utilities menu appears, select Disk Utility. On the left-hand side of the Disk Utility window, select your internal disk’s boot partition (typically called “Macintosh HD”). On the right-hand side, press the Verify Disk button if it’s not greyed out; if it is greyed out, or if it reports that errors were found, press the Repair Disk button. Once the verification/repair is completed, exit Disk Utility and select Restart from the Apple menu to restart in normal mode. Does it still freeze after a few minutes? -

The standard way is to go to Store > Authorize This Computer in iTunes' menu.
If you've already tried that, then you would need to tell us exactly what steps you have tried, and what you see that indicates failure.
Also tell us what version of iTunes you are running, what version of OS X you are running, and what type of computer you have (and how old). -
I updated the new IOS 4.3.3 on my IPad, since then i Am having trouble accesesing any App. What happens is i cant enter it or other wise it closes as soon as i enter it...i need help solving tris inconvenient.
I have the same problem and I haven't solved it yet. On Friday I plugged in my iPad to my work computer after not having done so for quite a while. Today I went onto the work computer and discovered I had not updated iTunes before plugging in the iPad (and which I cannot do without an administrator password). I guess I will update iTunes and try again when I can get the guy to show up with the password. I hope that works. The reset idea does not work on mine.
Was your iiTunes updated before you tried? Have you found any solution yet? Mail and some internet apps still work but games, notes applications, spreadsheets etc. just begin to open and close immediately.
If anybody has answers I'd love to get some clues. -
I just bought a macbookpro. And trying to sync my iCloud music to my iTunes. I've already "authorized" this computer to my iCloud account but It still won't play my music that I've previously purchased. I know this isn't a matter of having tI many devices on one account because I only have my phone and now this laptop on it. What do I do?

I am having trouble with my iPad, i can start it, but the iPad does not work. i tried to use the power and home button at the same time, the apple logo appears, but the iPad does not work. What am I suppose to do?
After the Apple logo appears, what happens then? Can you hear any sounds or if you tap on the screen, does it seem like apps can open or are you just seeing a black screen? You might have a hardware problem, but you can try restoring the software and see what happens.
Read this in its entirety before you do anything. Make sure you read the sections at the end about using recovery mode.

Did you try downloading the movie from iTunes on your iPad? I know it takes longer but I'd try that.
Also try to reset all settings.

I do not know how to get the music that I buy on itunes, on my mac, onto an ipod. I have already authorized my computer and "downloaded" my music, but that did not do anything, or provid the results that I was expecting, at least.
