IM messaging application error in Nokia 6301

Everytime I try to open the IM application in my Nokia 6301 I get the following application error/Details: Java/lang/IllegalAccess Error: Cannot access class com/nokia/mid/ui/lcdui/DisplayStateListener from class am.
I have try solving this problem doing the Rest. factory sett: *Restore settings only And Restore all without success. I'm able to restore the phone to the factory settings but still unable to open the IM application.
I have also tried: Nokia Pc Suite & Nokia software updater without success.
Any ideas how can I recover this application?

I found out that the error was due to a wave file which i tried to play.
This link says to use "audio/wav" instead of "audio/x-wav" ...but still 6230i does not play the wav file.

This seems to be tied in with an update to Java 7, but my software won't allow me to proceed w/o the update. As soon as I update Java, the system gets corrupted and I just continually get the above message. I've done all I know to do, and I'm on my 4th 'restore', all the way back to June 14th. I really need this resolved, as my livelihood depends, in part on uploading pix I take in the field.
I'm using a 2.3Gh dual-core PC w/ 4 Gs of RAM on a totally updated WIndows XP operating system using Mozilla Firefox.
PLEASE, if there's a fix readily available, or if you can help me find one, I would be most seriously grateful.

Assuming it is a stand-alone program:
If you need to stick with an older version of Java until that software is updated, you can disable Java in your web browers to protect against its vulnerabilities. Naturally this will disable some website features (for example, this uploader on sites that use it). To disable Java in all browsers, you can use the Java control panel, security tab and uncheck the box to use Java in browsers.
(I don't know whether that takes effect immediately or after exiting and restarting the browsers.)

and also shows null pointer(java/lang/nullpointer)
i got the phone in USA.
i downloaded the game from nokia europe site,,is there a language
problem between the phone and the game?
any help will be grateful!!!

I don't use Windows myself but from what I've seen on these boards, this kind of thing can be caused by an antivirus getting in the way.

Hey,
I need this help before Wednesday 21st May 2008 as I am going abroad and urgently need my phone. I have had my phone for just over a year now and I have never had any problems with it up until now.... Think you can help...?
This is the scenario. My messages are saved under my nokia N70's MMC memory card and when I get a message there are a number of problems.
1) My phone does not vibrate or alert me when a message comes in. I have checked my profile settings and they are all up to volume.
2) When the messages come through they are not displayed on the main window of the phone as "1 New Message Received" but in the top corner with a little envelope icon. I know the icon normally comes up but the "1 New messge received part doesn't come up.
3)When "1 New Message Reveived" is not displayed on the main window I go into the "INBOX". When I click inbox on "Messaging" the phone displays an error saying: Messaging: System Error(-10) with a red exclamaion mark. The I can not write any messages, view sent, or drafts.
I have tried to change me message settings by going on "Messaging"> Left Click "Settings" > "Other" > "Memory in use" and selected "Phone Memory". This works but then my I looses all my previous messages.
4)My phone is also dead slow. I click menu and it takes at least five minutes to load menu.
IF YOU COULD HELP ME ON ANY OF THESE ISSUES I WOULD BE MAJORLY GREATFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On that post its for Nokia N95 u kno? Although the problem is similar, but different phone model can lead to quite different solutions.

Also format ur memory card, do not use content copier! dont install too much softwares, as ur phone model is old and doesnt have much space.
This is from NOkia, sometimes does work depending on ur situation:

If you are deleting multiple items and any of the following notes are shown: Not enough memory to perform operation. Delete some data first. or Memory low. Delete some data., try deleting items one by one (starting from the smallest item).

to maybe let me see what u got on ur phone (by saving/exporting report).
Make sure u have the latest firmware! Updating firmware is like a hard reset but also upgrade.

Application error while generating PDF form

Hello there,
I am getting the message "Application error while generating PDF form" and when you hover it has additional information Message Class HREIC_APPL - Message number 258.
I get this upon doing the following steps:
1. Enter SAP R3, enter HREIC on the transaction code input.
2. Enter EIC, Activity Search. Searched for an Activity, selected it and click the "PRINT" button.
3. After clicking the PRINT button, I get the error message "Application error while generating PDF form".
Installed this on development box, did the same configuration in test system, but still I get this error. ADS Configuration is working fine and configured fine.
Is there anything else that is needed to be checked? like Ports, Firewalls, etc?

Convert application error to system error

Iam facing an issue in BPM, Iam triyng to access to a webservice using synchronous send step, and I ahve an exception branch to catch the syetm error and fault message. Eventhough I specified fault messages, application error was not properly recognized. For this Iam trying to write an adapter module.
In that adapter module I want to access the error in runtime environment, massage the application error look like system error.
Iam lookign for info like, how do I access the error in runtime environment and covert it to look like system error so that BPM could see that as a system error.

As per my understandiong Application errors different with System errors. so i dont think we can convert application error to system error.
you need to find other way to handle applications error.

When I run the ?Business Components for Java Auctions Sample Web Application? sample and try to bid with low value I got the message:

I clicked the button to go back and bid with hi value but this time I got more INTERESTING message:

Can any one tell me the cause? and how to fix it?

This was a bug in business components JSPs (bug number 1259308); it's been fixed for JDeveloper 3.2.
Also new in 3.2, JBO error messages are documented.

Application error while processing DespatchDeliveryNotification_IN proxy

Hello Gurus,
I am seeking a help from you all. When I try to create ASNs using DespatchDeliveryNotification_IN proxy am getting an 'Application Error' stating 'Sender party is Invalid'. But with the same sender ID I have created so many ASNs manually. What would be exact problem?
My requirement is, I have to create ASNs using DespatchDeliveryNotification_IN, it will be called from PI system, we are passing almost all the information, in SPROXY transaction message status showing red flag which means that error. In trace I found that 'Error while processing pipeline' - 'Sender party is Invalid'. Please help me out
One more point I wanted to inform you, when I tried to execute provider class(/SCA/CL_BIF_DESDELVRY_IN) method (/SCA/II_BIF_DESDELVRY_IN~EXECUTE_ASYNCHRONOUS) from SE24 which is associated with DespatchDeliveryNotification_IN proxy, with out any input data I got an exception 'Exception /SCA/CX_BIF_DESDELVRY triggered' and message 'Application Error', So is it any way related with configurations?

Application error message

My nokia asha 201 fails to use all apps, facebook, whatsapp, mail, twitter and even fails to go at internet instead it gives me the message of application error, out of memory, memory error so what should i do to restore all these functions on my phone.

Ever since I downloaded FF's v6, everytime I go to YouTube and open a video, I get an error message that says: "[Java Script Application] Error: Div is null" How do I fix this problem?

If I go to YouTube, no matter what video I click on to watch, the error message "[Java Script Application] Error: Div is null" pops up. It started happening right after I updated to FF v6. I also have installed the latest version of Java. I submitted this question a few weeks ago, but never received a reply.

From time to time i get the following error message and I'm forced to shut Illustrator down:
