Im not able to use itunes
i couldn't use itunes store, T & C are notable to accept..
Reset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
Try again. If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
Then try the iTunes Store once more.

I am still not able to use itunes match or cloud between my ipad and macbook air
I wonder if the problem of not beig alble to use itunes match between my ipad and my Macbook air is because i have the two set up on different email addresses so that I can use facetime between the two devices,if so how do I remedy that? I also have two seperate Apple itunes accounts for the two,would they both have to be on the same account?
Yes, I am connected to the internet. I am getting my mobile me account email but nothing from my exchange server account, however when I try to reply to a message it gets stuck in my outbox. When I click on Get Mail and send nothing happens. Usually I see the spinning wheel but nothing now. There are several messages in my out box from both the exchange and mobile me accounts. Thanks

I have a apple ipod touch but recently I restored all the settings, as well as the applications. But now I am not able to add songs to it. There is blank screen that shows the symbol like to connect to itunes first. I'm not able to use that... Please help
The iPod's firmware is corrupt. You'll need to restore it again in iTunes. If necessary, place the iPod in recovery mode for iTunes to recognize the device. Use the instructions in this Apple support document to walk you through the process of placing the iPod Touch into recovery mode.

Not able to download itunes 10.5..says file ja.lprog is corrupted (its empty) and error code 2330. Not able to download/install on another drive...even external drive-same reason given. Not able to uninstall itunes to reinstall...same reason given. Using windows vista 32 bit. Please help. Difficult to upgrade apps.
Yeah...I think I found that one out the hard way already. I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. I want to get this issue fixed before I start thinking about the license issue.

I have a new computer and I am not able to use the $12.58 in my itunes store acct.
why am i not able to use the $12.58 in my itunes acct to purchase items - I am using a new computer and it requests the code on the back of the itunes gift card which I no longer have available but Itunes is telling me I still have that amount in my acct.
You don't have a copy of it on your backup of your downloads and you've checked your computer's hard drive for it ? What you can re-download will show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes. Hello, I am not able to download itunes 10.5 on my dell laptop. It says to try to download separately and then install. However, an error message still comes up. Due to this, I am not able to update any applications. I am using windows vista. If I reinstall itunes entirely, will I loose my many playlists that I have? And will this effect the same playlist that I have on my ipod???
Installing, and uninstalling, applications never touches or removes the data.
Clean out and uninstall all the apple programs and software thru Programs and manually.
Might want to use Revo and CCleaner
I always use manual standalone installers (and keep a couple backup versions)
itunes 10.5 may affect iTunes media playlists, not sure, depends on what you have.
A search of these forums will show some threads.
I'd clean up vista, you need SP2 or later, and specific error message?
I wonder as you arenot the first with a dell if maybe the OS or included software.
Security programs like Norton and older versions of Kaspersky have been implicated.
Also settings in IE that affect pop-ups and plug-ins. -
I have not been able to use itunes in over a month. My son uploaded gift cards and lost the $. WE can no even update our apps. WE have reset password multiple times. But we continue to get the message ID Disabled. I have updated my billing information. WE do not want to use a credit card. WE only want to use ITunes Cards. HELP!!!!!

Sounds like, because my wife and I have separate Apple ID and separate iMacs, that we would not be able to use iTunes Match as a single unit/account?

If you are using different ID's for iTunes, then unfortunately you can't share an iTunes Match subscription. -
TS1398 After upgrade to iOS 6 i am not able to use wifi.
Connected, but no wifi traffic (at home).
After upgrade to iOS 6 i am not able to use wifi. I am connected to my home wifi but no trafic is coming through (safari, skype, twitter, app store). I have even tried recovery of my iPhone 4S using iTunes as well as using iPhone. But without effect.
Can not connect at all (at work).

switch proxy to auto
turn the flight mode on and off
turn the iphone on and off
release the ip
recovery the network settings
recovery firmware

Well, everything that you have bought with her Apple ID prior to getting your own Apple ID is forever hers. Apple will not transfer content from one ID to another. But in the case of the Mac, contact iTunes Customer Service and request that they send your issue to the Account Security Team and ask that the Mac be released form your mother's account so you may register it with your account. Then you can accept the iLife apps into your account for any future updates.
