This can be caused by Facebook gadgets. You can try removing Facebook gadgets until you find the culprit. I have seen reports of various gadgets causing this such as Ginga, Facebook for iGoogle, Deal of the Day and Smiley

This happens most of the time. Sometimes if I catch the page before its completely loaded it won't do it, but this is getting very annoying. I uploaded some photos, it took me an hour to do so, and then it took me another 30 minutes just to get to post a caption to just one of them because of this issue. Yes, this pop-up window in facebook is getting extremely annoying and most times after clicking on Ok, it will take me to a page totally opposite to where I wanted to go.
When I chat on the Scrabble Discussion Board I have to click Ok constantly with each post even though I am not navigating away from that page but merely replying to a post on the same original page.
It is not present on Chrome or IE 8, just on firefox, why?

I leave my pc running all night. I will have only my email tab open and when i get up in the am another tab is open and it might say "sponsor" on the tab and within the screeen it will say fix your slow problem now or a new game it wants me to down load. Its annoying . I'm ready to delete Firefox and go back to Internet exployer if it doesnt not bringing up this garage. Ive ran security checks and I dont have a virus. Hi Davideig, the main differences you'll notice between Firefox 19 and Firefox 24 are:

How do I get iTunes to stop asking me to sign in? I will never buy from iTunes so there is no point in me signing in. A year ago I bought a couple of albums off iTunes but I was sorely disappointed that I did not have the hard copy and album art in a physical form. That made me resolve to only buy music (or any content) in solid form and from the artist themselves if possible. And this is not to mention the proprietary format of iTunes music which basically makes every purchase a lease and not an ownership. So with that said, it is very annoying that iTunes on start-up asks me to sign in, not once, but TWICE. For such a little thing, you would think it would be infuriating. But alas, I'm very tired of being bullied and that is all it is to me. ITunes is a marketing BULLY. I'll stop now before I start in on all the explicatives I can think of for iTunes Store.

Sign into the iTunes store and View account.
Uncheck Ping (to turn it off).
Also, iTunes prefs > Store. Uncheck Automatic downloads

You do own the actual CD, but for the music, all you are purchasing is a license to use it (a lease) in accordance with that license. -

There is only one thing that happens -- the Server does not respond.
Your mac concludes that you must have entered the wrong password. That may happen once, but then other issues become more likely, and it keeps asking for a new password.
Sometimes the Server is down for maintenance. Sometimes something is configured wrong. Some services do this on purpose to get you to use WebMail (pick up your Mail with your Browser) so they can show you some ads. -

I have used FireFox to play the Game Kingdoms Of Camelot, a facebook game. I also have Grease Monkey and a 3rd party add on. I leave it running 24/7 to gather food in the game for my army. It has run smoothly for 6 mo. Yesterday 2/04/11 in the morning it started asking for conformation when the page refreshed. i want to know how to stop this Box from comeing up it will not continue without refreshing and will not refresh untill th question is answered. Events replace rolls (if your rolls are named - NOT the default rollxxx name - they will come across as is - to me events are rolls with much more capability and a new name - some people are VERY putoff by the change (but most love it) for reasons that I simply do not comprehend
10) What is the effective (or advised) maximum library size? I've probably got over 60GB of images in my libraries now, with 20,000 images or so. If 7 can readily digest them (and preserve all my albums, etc.), then I'd love to combine them into one, unless that will kill performance, make the database unstable, drive backups into interminable waits, etc.
The advertised max is 250,000 photos - I have about the same number of photos as you in about 1/3 the space - there are a few users here with libararies your size. With iPhoto Library Manager it is easy to maintain multiple libraries if you choose

The solution (for me at least) is to keep trying the same password that I know is correct. For me, the fourth try of typing in the exact same password works in iTunes on my iMac. I have repeated this several times, and each time it works.
I also reset my password, but the same problem occurs in iTunes. I have to type in my password four times in iTunes to get it to work.
iTunes is having issues. I can log in easily on the first attempt every time to post on this message board and I can sign in easily on my iPad 2 to get app updates, but in iTunes on my iMac it takes four attempts and then it works.
Apple needs to release a statement to the public telling people abut this. For Apple to know that this iTunes problem exists and that it is causing literally thousands of people to be stressed out is callous and uncaring. -
Currently using version 3.6.27 as the updated versions are not compatible with my low vision software called Zoomtext. I constantly get Firefox asking me to upgrade. How can I get it to stop asking me to upgrade. (I have tried each upgrade and they are all incompatible with Zoomtext.

When I click on a navigation button, a message box appears asking if I am sure I want to navigate away from this page.
This issue can be caused by Facebook gadgets.<br />
You will have to check that out by removing each of them until you find the culprit.<br />
If you added or updated gadgets recently then start with those.
