Ok um not sure what you are asking here. Are you asking about someone claiming to be from customer care calling you from different numbers about something? If so can you please calmly tell us what it is they are calling you to do. Always be careful and weary of someone claiming to be from Verizon if they call you.
and etc. and SECOND OF ALL why did my phone after trying to call long distance? says using a calling card and hangs up while i am talking to my wife on the other line?
Are you asking why did your phone shut off while tring to call long distance claiming you were using a calling card. If so, that may have been a glitch. If you were tring to call International Long Distance your phone may not be able to call out for International Long Distance if you only have had your account less than 90 days. After 90 days you can have I-Dial added to your line. This way you can call Internationally.
im getting so sick and tired of your guys failure its **bleep** me off! second of all i paid my whole **bleep** bill and you guys charge me 27 cents? give me a break i have unlimited everything so i know what im paying for honeslty get this under wraps ok
As far as being charged $0.27 ; what were you charged for. What is your plan. Do you have a Family Share Talk and Text plan unlimited. Do you have the unlimited Data package on your lines. What is it do you have. Call in or look at your My Verizon primary account to view your detailed bill. Look under your data if you have that. Look for anything that might show up as a GIN/Premium download or text message. If So call in Customer Care would be happy to help you take care of that for you by blocking Premium Text messages and may even take care of that small charge.
...i am not a happy customer at all!
I am sorry you are not a happy customer, but they will be happy to help you become a happy customer. Just remember to approch the situation in a calm manner.

i am sick and tired of mac's safari and firefox window popping up when i want to open my mail. what the **** is going on, because no matter where i look i cannot see any 'download' "thing/button" to do so. STUPID, STUPID STUPID!
How can i get rid of this iidiotic pop-up. allple is changing for the worst. you have to buy a new macpro in order to upgrade to a higher system, sounds like obamacare. You have probably clicked on a mailto: web link which directs links to send e-mail messages to wherever the webmaster chooses. Go to the View menu -> Show Statusbar if it available, and then make sure the bottom of your screen is visible. When you hover over a link, if it says: mailto: it will open in your default e-mail reading application set by your browser or your e-mail program preferences.
Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Software Update lets you change how often you see the software update window.

Sick and tired to your long running scripts.
I am about to switch my internet service to a different company since I am so sick and tired of your long running scripts that take away my time when ever I want to use my computer. This is so discusting.
paulfm,
What Jason meant was, when you e-mailed customer support, did you use the same e-mail address as you have on your profile here (that you used to sign up on the forum)? We can check into it for you then.

I am sick and tired of your Firefox not supporting Adobe Flash player. Windows explorer no problem it works fine. All of your support statements tell me to reinstall and I've tried that more than once and nothing improves! It is slowing up my computer, and I have a windows folder with 4.8Mb of auto generated crash messages!
If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:
* see if there are updates for your graphics drive drivers
'''https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration'''
* disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
* disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

All i see in this forum is frustrated people who pay for a service they dont really get. Bad customer service, bad connections, endless issues with hardware. No where in my BT contract does it state 'if you have a technical problem, sort it out yourself by spending hour upon hour trawling through forums".
The "advice" Ms KerryG supplies is no more than whats on the BT websites. Copy & Pasting doesnt represent useful advice.
Why not keep your back slapping pointless thumbs up good effort all round teamwork, to yourselves while us mugs who keep you in your overpaid jobs struggle on.
Thnx for nothing.
The op is entitled to his view on how he see`s his or other peoples problems being sorted, as you are to state your problem.
What you very rarely see in this or any forum is people who have had help coming back and saying thankyou.
I also do not think the op believes you keep him in any job ,overpaid or underpaid. He happens to be a BT customer the same as what you are.
have a nice day with any problem you might have

I'm getting sick and tired of having to go on my laptop EVERY day to check when OS X LION is coming out. So just for me tell me when the release date is?!
8:30 eastern time is the magic time, according to several sources. Peter Oppenheimer, CFO of Apple, yesterday confirmed the launching date to be today.

I'm sick and tired of Kernel Panics!
I can't deal with this machine anymore. I realize that I have a four year old macbook that isn't the world's fastest machine, but after four years, this thing should still be able to hang. Unfortunately, it can't. I'm getting kernel panics at the silliest of times, lately the offense seems to be that my screen saver DARES to turn on (and no, it's not a third party screensaver - it's a native MAC screensaver). My fan is ALWAYS running, it seems, and I'm getting CPU spikes all over the place. If it's not crashing when the screen saver is active, it's crashing because flash pushes the CPU usage too high. If it's not freaking out then, it's freaking out when the CPU decides to spike when running Ableton live 8.01 into a presonus firebox; the CPU spikes, the audio freezes up, the firebox loses its connection to the computer, and everything hangs for a minute or so.
I'm not running any insane 3rd party software or hacks, everything is up to date, I run cron jobs all the time to keep things fresh, I run Onyx and repair permissions all the time, my disk is in fine order, I'm running 10.5.8, and yet, this machine is turning into a freaking brick. I'm not an idiot, I know more than I need to know about computers to know that this thing should be a lot more stable than it is. It's never been dropped, never had water damage, never been mistreated.
I've been in and out of the genius bar bringing this issue up multiple times, having run memory tests and other barrages of tests both on my own at the apple store to test for issues, and no, nothing's been found, but this machine just seems to get worse and worse. Of course, now my applecare has run out, so I'm SOL anyway if anything hardware related really is wrong with this machine, which I still believe it is.
This machine started with 10.4 installed on it, and I updated to 10.5. There were no issues in the update.
The only thing that I can think of doing is reinstalling OS X, but I REALLY don't want to do that right now. I have too many projects I'm working on, I can't take the full day it'll take to reinstall EVERY single piece of software that I have. I know that I'll have to do a full clean reinstall, because doing an archive and reinstall will only carry over software problems, if there are any.
I realize the good things that come with a clean install, but like I say, I really, really don't have time for it right now, and I can't say when I will, being that this machine is how I make my living. So what am I supposed to do?
Here's last night's crash report:

is up to date, I run cron jobs all the time to keep things fresh, I run
Onyx and repair permissions all the time, my disk is in fine order,
I'm running 10.5.8, and yet, this machine is turning into a freaking
brick. I'm not an idiot, I know more than I need to know about
computers to know that this thing should be a lot more stable than
it is. It's never been dropped, never had water damage, never been
mistreated.
HP printer drivers (current crash). I guess that is not insane, but
then again, I always found the HP drivers to be annoying
But your March 3rd crash seems to be 'ScreenSaverEngin'.
Years and years ago, I know I had issues with Screen Savers.
So these days I run about as basic a screen saver as I can
("Computer Name"). I also got tired of the fancy stuff,
so the "Computer Name" screen saver is fine with me.
If the process/driver that crashes is always different, then Memory
is the most common cause, especially if there is 3rd party memory
installed (I have nothing against 3rd party memory, as I use it all
the time; it has just been a factor in may crash situations). And
Apple memory is not always innocent, but less frequently guilty
of failing.
Now if there have been zero memory changes in the 4 years, then
I would be less likely to single out any memory, and now I would
lump it in equally with the Motherboard failing.
System tests might not detect anything if the problem is environmentally
triggered, such as the unit becoming warm. When you take it to
an Apple Store, it will most likely have cooled down, and may take a
while to get to the warm failing state.
Oh yea. Do you plug in USB devices? I ask, because historically, the
second most common cause of repeated system crashes have been
caused by a failing USB device. Then again, that also tends to
include the USB driver in the list of kernel components at the time
of the crash.
The only thing that I can think of doing is reinstalling OS X, but I
REALLY don't want to do that right now. I have too many projects
I'm working on, I can't take the full day it'll take to reinstall EVERY
single piece of software that I have. I know that I'll have to do a
full clean reinstall, because doing an archive and reinstall will only
carry over software problems, if there are any.
I realize the good things that come with a clean install, but like I
say, I really, really don't have time for it right now, and I can't say
when I will, being that this machine is how I make my living. So
what am I supposed to do?
Since you are running Leopard, you can do an "Archive & Install"
which will leave your personal stuff alone, and just replace the
Operating System. -
Sick and tired of having to reinstall Adobe Flash Player everytime I restart my computer.
I'm running the Latest Flash player 11.2on Windows 7 64bit with IE 9 and McAfee antivirus and this problem has been going on for at least a year. I keep hoping that a new version of flash player will solve the problem but after a year I am just sick of problems with Flash. (I hate Steve Jobs but I'm beginning to share his view of Flash.) Every time I start my laptop I have to reinstall Flash to view any videos or flash content on the web. I always get a message that I need to update my flash player and I have already updated it a million times. After I update it works until I restart the machine. I searched for solutions on Google, Adobe Forum and tried all the different suggestions but the problem continues. I've tried using other Antivirus programs but the problem continues. It doesn't matter if I use the 32 bit or 64 bit IE. It's always the same problem. Why can't Adobe find a solution to this problem? People have been complaining about the problem since Flash Player 9. I've experienced the problem since Flash player 10. I'm wondering if Adobe is doing it intentionally just to increase the number of downloads for the Adobe Flash player and every time I have to deselect the stupid Google bar. Maybe Adobe is just trying to make more money off Google by forcing me to reinstall two or three times a day?
Sorry, I should have explained more. You do indeed want to use the 64 bit installer, it's just that this installer actually installs both the 32 and 64-bit versions of Flash Player. The 32 bit version of Flash Player is kept in the syswow64\macromed\flash folder and the 64 bit version is in system32\macromed\flash.
I'm a bit concerned that this might not help, given that you see the same behavior for both 32 and 64 bit versions of IE, but doing a clean install can't hurt and should hopefully fix the install log issue I see in the reports you sent me.
If you can, please generate another set of logs after doing the uninstall and folder/file deletions.

Sick and tired of all the stupid problems !
I have spent the last 3 nights and several hours synchronizing, restoring, rebooting my machine and constantly trying to work around the problems connected to the new iPod G5.
It freezes during sync. Then my videos won't sync. When I finally get them on the iPod they don't show up (yes they are in the right format). Then only one video get synchronized even though there are more videos in the playlist (yes there was space on the iPod).
I am so tired of Apple and beeing a pioneer and testdriving a product that was not ready to be released. I am ready to throw this silly iPod out the window ! - Grrr - I am SO MAD...
Apple, please get your sh.. together and fix these problems NOW !I guess you already know how to get the iPod to reboot when it freezes. If you are working with a slow machine this is a common thing. I have faced the same problem. Another problem is Audio and Video will not be in Sync and Apple help desk says that you got to get Quicktime Pro to convert stuff to the proper format. But if you decide to buy Quicktime think twice....it has got a lot of restrictions.

Since Firefox version 12, after Firefox automatically applies an update, Firefox will launch and immediately terminate.
The only solution is to manually un-install Firefox, completely clean the registry of Firefox entries, and manually re-install a previous version of Fiirefox that will work -- I use version 4.0. And then manually update that version to the current version.
I DO NOT install the new automatic update option -- that is, the automatic maintenance option.
BUT never the less, EVERY TIME I check for the latest version of Firefox using HELP --> About
Firefox, the UPDATE is AUTOMATICALLY RUN and FIREFOX WILL NOT WORK AGAIN.
I have put with this none sense for 18 versions of Firefox - MAKE IT STOP!!!!!!!
Thanks, David BreedYou can use one of these to start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]]</u>:
*On Windows, hold down the Shift key while starting Firefox with a double-click on the Firefox desktop shortcut
*On Mac, hold down the Options key while starting Firefox
*Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
*https://support.mozilla.org/kb/Safe+Mode
Can you bring up the Profile Manager to create a new profile (possibly when starting in Safe Mode by holding down Shift)?
Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problem.
See "Creating a profile":
*http://kb.mozillazine.org/Standard_diagnostic_-_Firefox#Profile_issues
If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem

Is Anyone Else Sick and Tired of Flash Player 10 Not Installing?
I've tried everything under the sun to get Flash Player to install on my PC, to no avail. I went to the Adobe site and followed their instructions to the letter regarding how to resolve Flash Player installation problems. I've also tried every suggestion on every discussion board/forum that I could find. Flash Player still won't install or run. I have no Flash Player capability on any site, including Youtube, which out of the blue stopped letting me watch videos because I have an "old version of Adobe's Flash Player" and I must "Get the Latest Flash Player." Believe me, I'd like to get the latest Flash Player. Not only have I wasted hours of my life trying to find a solution to this problem, hours that I can never get back, but it also exceedingly frustrating to go through one attempt after another after another with the same unhappy results. Judging by what I've read online, there are untold multitudes experiencing this same problem. What can be done? I've all but come to the conclusion that the answer is nothing.
...and here is what I did. Again, Im on a macbook pro 2008 edition on 10.5.7.
First of all, I tried everything simple I could think of. I have been having issues updating my CS3 Suite from day 1 (the updater would fail every time) and was told I needed to uninstall the Creative Suite and reinstall it on another profile to troubleshoot it. That would mean losing my Dreamweaver files, so I just put up with it.
I tried:
Quitting my browsers, reopening, downloading Flashplayer 10 and installing. Installer ran, Suceeded, and erased any player I had period. FAIL
Uninstalling the flash player, reinstalling Flashplayer 10, Installer ran, Suceeded, still no player. FAIL
Uninstalling the current flash player, reinstalling Flashplayer 9, Installer ran, Suceeded, reinstalled Flashplayer 10, removed all Flash player versions from browser detection . FAIL
I decided to stay with FP9 so that I could view ANY flash content until I got this fixed.
I had heard something about Filevault compatibility issues with the Adobe software. To me, this was stupid that this would exist and from what I read more people were getting flamed for USING the available Filevault options than getting real answers as why there was a conflict between the two.
"Your answer for the issue with Adobe and FIlevault? Don't use Filevault..." What kind of response is that, people? I feel the same about IE for you Windose users... you should all convert to Firefox or Mozilla, but is that the answer to why something should supposedly work on your computer and it is refusing to do so? Not really...
So, seeing that I am no longer in the need for the physical increase in security via File vault and really wanting to be able to not only view those little movies embedded in my Facebook posts but also try updating my creative suite3, I tried turning off Filevault.
"FAILED: You must have at least 37.7GB available Disk space to Disable FileVault"
What?! What gives... why would they need you to have that much space to do a disable? Either way- I have 21gb available at the time. Time to archive some photos and movies.
I dumped everything in my pictures folder but my iPhoto files and all of my movies onto a backup drive and fixed permissions freeing up a total of 53gb, which were all out of whack. I restarted my computer and then proceeded to turn-off file vault which took a few hours.
Today, as I started up Adobe PhotoshopCS3- my updater ran, as it has, and prompted me to update. I figured- What the heck, I'll try- and sure enough.. the updater.... worked. I now had the complete updated version of CS3... but did my flashplayer update also? Nope. Still Flashplayer 9.
I ran the updater, and voila- I now a the owner of a shiney new working Flashplayer 10.
So.... if you are on a Mac like meeeeeeee... you might try turning OFF filevault also if it is enabled. If you dont have it on, Maybe free up at least 50gb and see if that helps.
Otherwise, we're singled out in this array of "HAHA! You LOSE!" in the world of updaters from Adobe. Good luck... and good night.

Screenflow crashes when I record skype call.
Skype crashes on it's own.
And when I type things sometimes it gets so slow that it takes 2-3 seconds for the text to appear. ****, this is the THIRD time I try to post this help message but the Macbook Pro keeps on crashing.

Sick and tired og classpath and system properties
Now im really turned on! Its maybe the fifth time i have to reinstall. Why?
Because ANY change of weblogic.class.path seems to be irreversible, and the
wlconfig-"tool" not even act as in the documentation.
***How do I really change weblogic.class.path?
It does NOT seem to work, and when it works it appends just the new path to
alle other paths
***How do I set paths back to "zero"????? It seems impossible! Any change is
appearently a no-return operation where the possibilities is succes or
reinstall.
***Why is it not possible to edit some simple textfiles/scripts? Or why is
there not even some graphic tool like in all other apps? Its very strange
that a common thing lige some simple files is so hard for BEA to implement.
Its really, really, really annoying!!! I Use 5.1 and sp8. All the printed
documentation says that i shall use for instance
java -Dweblogic.class.path=xxx, but it doesnt work. It says also that I can
use wlconfig -classpath, but this messes CLASSPATH Prefix, classpath and
weblogic.class.path up, so the server cant run.
I have maybe done something wrong, but the documentation is certainly not
very helpful or accurate!
How do you really do it? It should not be so hard to do, becuase WL is
worthless without for instance a databasepool. Now im really turned on! Its maybe the fifth time i have to reinstall. Why?

ITunes 7 playing only from left and right channels with 5.1 speakers
I have an SB Audigy 1 sound card with Creative Inspire 5200 digital 5.1 speakers, and iTunes only plays audio from the left and right speakers, and the subwoofer. The other 3 speakers work; I've tested them.

I have added fields to table QALS. However, now I do not see them in worklists (like QA32/33). What do I do to see them as selectable fields from such worklists?

MyFaces 1.2.2 app fails with "Resources framework is not initialised"
I did google around for this, but I can't find a clear solution to this. I was previously playing with an app using MyFaces 1.1.5 and got to a certain level of success. I'm now trying to build an app for Tomcat 6, using MyFaces 1.2.2. I added all the
