Please help me. I left my iPod in my pocket and put it thru the washing machine. Now when i turn it on it only shows the charging symbol. A friend of mine told me to let it dry for a few days, so i did that, and now it doesnt turn on at all. I know im probably gunna have to get a new one. What can i do?

Downgrading the iOS is not supported by Apple.
Go to the dock manufacturer's support site and se if they have any suggestion or if a firmware update is available for the dock

Sounds like the repeat setting has been enabled. See your iPod's User Guide for information on how to turn it off.

If Your iPod Is Skipping throught The Songs. Try Resetting It Once In a While. To Do: Click and Hold Down The Menu+Select Buttons For at least 6secs Or Until the APPLE Logo Appears on The iPod's Screan.
Also, If the Problem Still Occurs, Try Restoring Your iPod.

Is you Gmail address set up in your iCloud account as the primary? Then nothing to do.

Or just configure iCloud on your phone or your Mac.

Howerer, the original poster said his hard disk crashed. Thus he can't transfer any media from his old computer.

My Safari is reloading over and over and every time that I start the computer I need to put off and on the Wi-Fi to work properly.

When I start the computer I try to open the safari but it start to reaload over and over, so I turn off the Wi-Fi and after turn on, then start Safari again, and it starts to work again. How does the system decide where to put a file on the desktop?

So you've just created some sort of file, and you choose to save it to the desktop. A second later--presto!--the file icon appears on the screen.
How does the computer decide where on the desktop to put that icon?

I'm not 100% on this, but I think the system will save files to the last destination you nominated unless you designate another destination at the point of saving. I guess you previously saved something to the Desktop.
Just tested it on my two Macs and that's how it behaves here.

Yahoo! partnered with Apple to allow an IMAP style offering on the iPhone, free of charge for their users. However that feature is only available if you use the iPhone. If you want IMAP/POP access on computers then you'd need to upgrade to the Plus level account.

Is the format compatible with the iPod model you have?
WIth the movies in your iTunes Movie library, have you tried using the Create iPod and iPhone Version in the Advance Tab of iTunes?
