Go to Microsoft website to fix install and Unistall problems. Click "Run now" from Fix it to remove all iTunes & related installer files:

Be aware that Windows Installer CleanUp Utility will not remove the actual program from your computer. However, it will remove the installation files so that you can start the installation, upgrade, or uninstall over.

Hi, I am trying to get help with an update install of iTunes. When I opened iTunes the other day, it told me there was an update to version 10.6.1. When I tried to install this version I received the following message " The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. I tried to uninstall iTunes, and it would not uninstall. It gave me the following message " The path C:\documents and settings\network service\local settings\application data\apple\apple software update\iTunes.msi cannot be found. I tried running Windows fixit, but this did not solve the problem. Can anyone tell me how to finish uninstalling the old iTunes file, so I can reinstall the newest version? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am trying to install the new itunes on my windows 7 64 bit pc and when its about to finish an error message pops up. Message states "Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'itunes64.msi' in the box below." i go ahead and try to choose a path and it did not work. i tried with bonjour and quicktime and they all state the same message about trying to find the same type of folder. i tried going into control panel and deleting the software and same message comes up. i tried downloading some sort of windows cleanup tool for windows 7 64 bit and got nothing. Anyone out there that can help i would really appreciate it.
