I assume you're trying to download from the App Store, right? This is the only way it can be installed on your iPad. What is the exact error message you're getting?
Try rebooting your iPad and attempting to download Pandora again:
To reboot your iPad, hold down the sleep/wake button and the home button simultaneously until the screen goes black and the Apple logo appears. If, during this process, a slider appears on the screen to power it off, ignore it and keep holding the buttons down.

This is a ridiculous policy and it interferes with how most people would listen to an audio book since they are quite lengthy. It's funny because a friend of mine suggested buying it, then downloading it from a torrent just so I could use the book the way I wanted to use the book. Is it not sad that to create a positive overall user experience you have to resort to downloading something off a torrent?

Hi, my computer's too old to download 3.6.24 and it says that the older version will stop being supported soon, so how can I continue to use Firefox, I can't afford a new computer? It crashes a lot too, I've been told that's because it's old too.

There are some recovery programs out there if you google them - many with free trials. I haven't tried them so I have no opinion.Read any professional tech and user reviews you can find before you try one. I have read here in the past that some have worked for people who have posted here.
To help in the future, have you considered using Jump Desktop - Remote Desktop? I know it won't solve the problem you're dealing with now (unless notes were taken on your computer.) It's in the app store. It's the #1 paid app in the business category and the reviews are great. It allows you to see anything that's on your computer on your ipad. If you take your notes on your ipad then you might want to email them to yourself, put them on Word in your computer, for example, and then if you need them in class, you remotely connect your ipad to your computer and you will see your notes. This way you won't have to rely so much on the cloud. The explanation would be too long here, but you might want to take a look at it. You can use the free trial on jumpdesk.com and then if it works for you, buy it in the app store.

If it's not workins as described in the store then you can try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, 24 to 48 hours).
Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

Apple does not support updating to any version of the iOS except the latest one that the device can run. For the later iPhones that is iOS 8.3. So quit trying to update to an unauthorized version and let the iPhone complete the update to iOS 8.3.

I'm trying to reset my password on the iPad and apple says it has sent me an email, but I don't receive it, even though the address is good.

I somehow seem to have changed the Apple id password on my iPad and don't know what it is. When I try to reset it, I'm given the option of having Apple get in touch with me by email. The other option is to answer two questions preceded by entering my birthdate. I know the answers to the questions, but must have entered my birthdate incorrectly when I set up the account. To make a long story short, I can't sign in to iCloud on the iPad and can't figure a way out of this dilemma.

Your password was sent to your emergency email address. Perhaps you have an email you never use? I use the free email from my cable TV account as my emergency email.
Your Apple account and cloud account are separate. You could even have completely different user and password. Most of us use the same user ID and password, but they are not the same thing, don't mix them up.
If you can't retrieve emergency email, you will have to call apple support.

Where can I download the first guitar lesson. It is supposed to come preinstalled but I don't have it. How can I get it?
