Im trying to install my apps onto my laptop, it keeps telling me that they're desktop apps
Hey can anybody help?
I've just signed up to creative cloud and I'm trying to install my apps onto my laptop. However, whenever
I go to click the button it simply comes up with a message saying;
"Creative Cloud is a desktop app so you'll want to download it from my computer"
Does this mean I need a desktop computer to download anything or what?
Somebody please help >.< Highly frustrating

If you are using a Windows based computer, try disabling anti virus software and turn off the Firewall.

i just got a replacement phone from Asurion because my iphone 4s had issues, i tried to dl music from apple itunes and it keeps telling me that there is another id associated with this device and i have to wait 45 days to associate mine, is there a way around this problem or do i have to actually wait?
Either wait it out or contact Asurion and complain. They sent you a used phone as JB said above. There is nothing anyone here or at Apple can do about it.

I guess it has been a year since I last purchased something on I-tunes and my account is saying that they couldn't authorize my card for some of my purchases. I am trying to add a new credit card to clear this up and it keeps saying that I have to enter a valid security code. I have tried 2 different cards and I get the same thing. I have also added an I-tunes gift card and that isn't clearing up the money that I owe. It is showing that I have a $25 credit for that. How do I fix this, I have been trying for days and all I have got from the e-mail tech support is that its my credit card issuer that is causing the problem. Thats not correct because one of the credit cards that I am trying to use, is a prepaid Visa gift card. I know that these work on I-tunes because I have used them before in the past. I am getting very frustrated with this whole process, I just want to clear up my account and buy some new music!! HELP!!

Just got my son an Ipad mini for Christmas and I am setting it up. I wanted him to have his own apple account so I tried to set it up that way. When it asked for the Birthday I used my year as he would not be old enough. It is telling me that I do not meet age requirements. Trust me I am over 13 for a long time!!! Can someone please help!!!!

Make sure you have cookies enabled and clear your cache. If it continues to fail try using a different browser.

Have an existing apple account and now have bought new iPad
Trying to buy new apps on existing account so it asks me to verify payment details which I do straight away.
However then it says that the session has timed out.
Trying repeatedly but same problems over again.Log out of the account, then go back in. Should work fine then.

I keep trying to change my Apple ID password but I can't get past the security questions. Is there another way to get thru because I don't remember my exact answer from 8 years ago.
You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Note, however, that iTunes has never been supported on the 64-bit version of Windows XP, so you're on your own to attempt to get it working.

Download the current GarageBand version to a computer's iTunes library, go to the device, sign into the iTunes App Store with the Apple ID used to do that, and try downloading it from the list of previous purchases. If that doesn't work and you don't already have a copy of a compatible version, you can't.
