Im trying to reset my icloud password but it says my date of birth is wrong?
im trying to reset my icloud password, i click on to questions? and do my date of birth, which it comes back saying its wrong? i cant remeber doing my date of birth or doing the question?
but i really need to no how to sort it out, as i need to activate my iphone?
been trying for a day now?

I tried to reset my apple password but the machine is telling me my old password is incorrect. So I restart my machine now I cannot log back in the systems. What should I do.

I am trying to reset my security passwords because i have forgotten them. i have read other articles but i still can not seem to figure out how to change these passwords.
If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

Help! Tried to reset my admin password but now my computer won't load!
HELPPPPP!!! I tried to "hack" into my iMac to reset my administrator password by holding down command + s and then typing
mount -uw /
rm -rf /var/db/ .AppleSetupDone
shutdown -h now
Not only did that not work but now when i turn on my computer it just stays on the plain apple screen and won't load. I'm Freaking out!!There is no way out but to get a new OS disk from Apple store and you're home free, so to speak

I've changed my password numerous times trying to get it to sign me in. and it is still saying incorrect password.
Well, that is probably part of the problem. Where is it that you are trying to sign in? Are you getting a little window asking you to sign in?
And were you changing your password in Manage your Apple ID?

- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.
- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have the iPod play a sound via iCloud.
- If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police

i'm trying to reset my iCloud password but i'm not getting any mail for reseting my account.
i have iphone 6 and i actually want to change my old iCloud account into my new one and i don't remember the password of the old one and i can't just change the apple ID without entering a password.

I keep trying to reset an icloud account that is disabled because I forgot the password but is not able too. I tried changing it but there seem to be some mix up in the icloud ID and the gmail email address. HELP PLEASE!!
Your password was sent to your emergency email address. Perhaps you have an email you never use? I use the free email from my cable TV account as my emergency email.
Your Apple account and cloud account are separate. You could even have completely different user and password. Most of us use the same user ID and password, but they are not the same thing, don't mix them up.
If you can't retrieve emergency email, you will have to call apple support.

User created apple id account, verified but know she is unable to log on, it says incorrect password, she tried to reset via forgot password option but it does not send reset password page to here e- mail address, how can i get this sorted? or how can i get her whole apple account deleted and created new one using same e - mail address?
The idea to jumpstart by change was not the smartest one, but gives you an opportunity to use that "temporary" account as permanent. You do not have a choice cause obviously despite you thinking that old account is no more -it does exist on Apple servers. And if you are unwilling to share your [email protected] with friend, just create one extra [email protected] for your friend. One suggestion - do not use gmail.
