Image does not load properly

Hello!
I'm using Mozilla Firefox for over 5 years but after I reformat my PC a while ago ,loading some images got problem this is my first time encountering it

Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
*Do not click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.

I read about the following in a loading image tutorial:
"The getImage methods return immediately, without checking whether the image data exists. The actual loading of image data normally doesn't start until the first time the program tries to paint the image. "
Basically, I am using the

"I do not get any message or option to add exception" - Using Self signed cert -Images does not load

Wr are have two web servers one for app and another for loading images. Both are behind Kemp Load balancer and are using self signed certs from the load balancer. The images does not load when using Firefox 3.x. I load with IE and Firefox 2.x. With firefox 3.x it does not give a message to "add exception". I only get one certificate message to add exception for the app server. I do not get the certificate message or pop up for the imaging server with Firefox 3.x.

You have a lot of information in packed in the "More system details..." (in the right-hand column), where it looks like you found a solution. If not take a look at "Problematic Extensions" the AVG Free installation of their "'''AVG Free Search'''" can cause such problems. Directions to fix that are specific and involve reinstalling AVG Free without the Link Scanner component.

U300 Touchpad Driver for Windows 8 Does Not Load Properly

I have spent a few hours with both Microsoft Premier Technical Support and (a very grumpy) Lenovo technician. They have both confirmed that the Windows 8 touchpad driver that is currently posted on the Lenovo site for the U300S does not load properly. It will, as many have reported, disable the touchpad altogether. There seems to be an issue with the loader installing files for both a Synaptics and a Cypress touchpad. This creates an apparent conflict that relegates the touchpad as useless.
If you choose to install this driver, I would recommend that you create a store point so that it can be easily recovered.
A standard mouse works just fine (albeit without any Win8 functionality).
***Lenovo should pull this damaging driver down from their site until a certified replacement can be prepared.***

Image does not load in a new Form window

Hi everyone,
In Oracle Forms I have a Form with multiple windows. On startup only the main window is loaded. For some conditions during user input another window should be shown (I am using the SHOW_WINDOW functionality). In the new window is an Image which is set with the following code:
READ_IMAGE_FILE('image.gif', 'URL', 'IMAGE_PICTURE');
SHOW_WINDOW('DIALOG');
The image is stored in the JAR file and works for other form modules. But when I open the new window (Style = Dialog, Modal = Yes), the image is not loaded/displayed. But, if I close the dialog window and reopen it directly again the image is displayed.
Does someone know how to solve this issue? I would like to have the image displayed also the first time when the dialog window is opened.

I tried it right now, but without success.
In the new Window I only have the Image, a dynamically generated message for the user as an text item and a button (this sounds like I could use an alert box, but an alert box has some limitations which does not fit the user requirements). When I now try to set the "Synchronize with Item" property of the Image to one of the other items of the window, the Form cannot compile:
FRM-32084: Data Type of item is not compatible with mirror item MSG.

Amazon https does not load properly

I cannot access my Amazon account (using '''https''') with Firefox.
Images do not load ''when using https''. As the "Continue" button is an image, it does not appear on the page.
This only happens with Amazon (.com, .co.uk and .fr) and no other secure website.
To access my Amazon account, I have to use IETab, IE9 or Chrome, as the problem ''only'' exists with Firefox.
I have restarted with all add-ons disabled: no change.
I have updated all the plugins: no change.
I do not use any "https-only" add-on.
This problem used to happen very occasionally and would disappear, but it is now permanent.
I see other Firefox users have been reporting the same problem for at least a year now, so this is not unique to me.
Any suggestion welcome...

Solution:
There is problem with the SSL-Certificate of the Amazon images Server
The SSL Website of Amazon want to load a Javascript form https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com and this gives an Javascript error in FF:

To solve this error open the page https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/G/03/x-locale/common/login/fwcim._V182746877_.js direktly.
FF will show a certifacte problem (see grafik).
trust the site and add the Server to the trustet sites and all will work.
Perhaps it is only a problem of Firefox, because IE and Chrome will work.
It's a COMODO certificate.

I'm attempting to create a pdf from InDesign and the Illustrator image does not appear properly.

I'm attempting to create a pdf from InDesign and the Illustrator logo does not appear properly. The logo has a light blue color background with a black to white gradiant over it with a multiply designation set at 100%. I flattened the logo in illustrator before importing into InDesign. When the pdf is created, the blue background of the logo drops out and the only thing showing is the graduated screen of black. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

I'm on Mac OSX (10.5.8) using Acrobat 7 Professional and Acrobat
Reader 9 to view the pdf. I created it by exporting. Attached is a
screen capture of the letterhead. Since I posted, I sent a test pdf to
my partner's computer eventhough it didn't look right on my system and
she said it looked fine to her. I've restarted my computer and tried
again and still get the same results.

JavaFX image does not load in Netbeans 7.2

Image does not show when following program runs in Netbeans 7.2 unless absolute path of the file on the system is specified. The file is in the same directory as the main program. The image shows when program runs using the following java command but not in IDE:

I think when you do not include an absolute directory path then the file is taken from the working directory.
In your code print the followng:
String curDir = System.getProperty("user.dir");It could be the case that when you run it from the IDE you are in a different working directory then when you run it from that command.
What I normally do is put my images in my jar by including them in my src directory. Then you can access the images fromt he same reference point no matter from where your program is called. But accessing images from a jar is a little bit different than accessing from outside the jar. You need to access the image as a resource. If you want I can post some code on how to do that.

Safari 5 does not load properly.

Im using a MacBook Pro (Late 08) w/ Snow Leopard and Safari 5.0.1
Pages do not load for me at all.
For instance id go to www.espn.com and the loading bar in the address bar goes and stops www.esp|n.com, just like that..and same goes with every other website out there. After about 10 to 15 minutes it finally loads the page but the page does not load like a normal page, its all on the left side looking like a cell phone site back in the day.
I need anything that will help me out. That actually works.

Login to another user account. Try Safari there. If you can load pages in that account, then log back into your user account and try troubleshooting the Safari .plist file.
Open a Finder window. Select your Home Folder in the Sidebar on the left. It has a small house icon. Then open the Library folder then the Preferences folder.
Move the com.apple.Safari.plist file from the Preferences folder to the Desktop. Now launch Safari. If Safari loads web pages as it should, them move the .plist file to the Trash.

First page does not load properly

This is a simple but quite annoying problem. Basically, whatever page opens first when FireFox loads does not display correctly. Images are missing, mediaplayers are gone, and the most of the page appears as unformatted text.
If I refresh the page, it will load and display correctly.
Also, apparently at random, other sites I visit during the course of browsing will encounter the same problem and not display properly, and these will NOT display correctly if I refresh the page.

Wrt54g v8 web interface does not load properly

There is a similar thread concerning the v6 web interface, where the background loads, but no text and no links. I also see some data in my case, using a v8 router.
I do not want to start with a firmware upgrade since I am not sure which version I have, since the interface does not work. The v6 problem seemed to be related to Zone Alarm, but I am not using that. I tried shutting down my firewall - didn't help.
I am using Vista SP1, tried IE7 and Firefox.
One thing I did notice was that during router config using the supplied tool there was an error about failing to load a language pack. I wonder if there is anything I can do about that. The original plan was to use the web UI to investigate, but as I said, the web UI won't load properly.

Insert the CD for the router setup .... do not run the Setup ,,,,,
Right click & explorer ... it shows folder for language .... open it ... & choose the sorrect language ...

Safari 3 update does not load properly

After running the latest OSX update which included Safari 3 update. Safari opens to a blank page
(even though I've given it a home page address) and displays the message:
Safari 3.0.4 (v523.12) has not been tested with the plugin (null) (null) (v0.62). As a precaution, it has not been loaded. Please contact the plugin developer for further information.
Anybody know what that means? And how can I stop it from happening?

A specific web site does not load properly. I have looked through java help, firewall help and have not found a solution.

The web site www.everbank.com has been updated. It has a 3 panel display in the top half that rotates through the three offerings and you can pause it if you wish. It does not display on Firefox. I am using 19.0.2 and it says it is up to date. Everbank has looked into and it displays correctly for them and it displays correctly for me on IE9. I inadvertantly have the beta version of Mozilla (19.2) on my desktop and the web page displays correctly there. I have cleared the cache, looked at firewall settings (Windows 7) and have added Mozilla. Nothing has helped.

It works for me as long as JavaScript is enabled. If it's not enabled, I get a jumble of text as the 3 slides are superimposed on one another. Do you just get a blank area?
Since you cleared your cache, out of data pages, style sheet, and scripts shouldn't be a factor. Could you also clear your cookies for the site? While viewing a page on the site:
* right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
* Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
Remove the everbank cookies individually there, then try reloading the page. Does that make any difference?
When you compared with the beta version of Firefox, were you running with the identical settings folder, i.e., same bookmarks, settings, and add-ons? I'm guessing there might be a difference.
To check for potential add-on conflicts, try disabling ALL nonessential or unrecognized extensions here, then restart Firefox:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons > Extensions category

EBay 'Contact seller' page does not load properly ie no message box appears

When using eBay link 'Contact seller' the page which opens does not show the box in which the message must be entered. The other browser that I use does not have this problem and it has only just become evident in Firefox. I get the same result when trying to make contact through individual seller feedback page links
