Image in an iPhone email signature?

Is there a way to include a logo in an iPhone email signature?

Hi, all.
I've read you comments; and, here is the solution that works for me.
Prerequisites: Gmail Account, Laptop or Desktop, and access to the Internet.
1) Upload the picture (JPEG) you want to put in your iPhone email signature.
(You can upload the picture to your Twitter account, BLOGs, Flikr, or whatever website.)
2) Go on the internet, and search for the picture you loaded to your website, as listed in Step 1.
3) Click or visit that image from your search tool (e.g., Google or Yahoo!).
4) When you click on your image, you will get a URL of your image in your address field of your internet browser (e.g., Safari).
5) Copy that URL.
6) Sign into your Gmail account, click settings, and get to your email signature box.
7) Type in your signature text (e.g., name and contact information -- whatever text you want in your signature).
8) Click on the Insert Image icon in the menu bar in the signature field box.
9) Paste your link in the URL field; if the link is correct, your image will show up.
10) Click enter after your image shows.
11) Click the Save button for your email signature field box.
12) Compose an email and send it to yourself.
(In your Gmail, you will see your signature in the body of your email.)
13) Access the email you sent to yourself, via your iPhone.
14) Copy the selected signature from your email that you sent to yourself.
15) Access the iPhone email signature page on your iPhone.
16) Paste the signature, which includes your JPEG image.
17) Shake your iPhone -- you will get a box that says, Undo Attributes.  Click Yes or Okay to undo attributes.
18) Exit out of the iPhone email signature page.
When you access your iPhone email to compose an email, you will see your signature, containing your image.
This process works for me: iPhone 6 Plus iOS 8.1.
My signature still shows after one hour and 10 emails, which includes, sent, forward, and replies.
Good Luck.  Ping me if you have questions.

  • Can I include an image in my iPhone email Signature?

    There must be a way for my full e-mail signature (including logo) to show up to e-mail that I send to others from my phone. My business uses an exchange server and I want the same signature (including logo image) that is included in e-mail from my computer to be included in e-mail I send from my phone. I tried saving the image to my photos on the iPhone, then copying and pasting into the signature in settings, but it just shows up as "IMG_123" at the bottom of my signature.
    Thanks in advance for any help!!

    I don't think so. The manual says to type what you want without mentioning anything about an image. See p. 152... http://manuals.info.apple.com/enUS/iPhone_UserGuide.pdf

  • Iphone Email Signature is way bigger than rest of email!

    Well, I created an email signature for my gmail web account which works fine if I am writing emails on my iMac with Safari but once I write an email on my iPhone 4 in the Mail app the signature is awkwardly huge compared to the rest of the email content. But only if the mail is viewed with Safari, not within the mail app.
    Can somebody please help?

    Please, anybody?

  • How do I attach a logo to my ipad and iphone email signature?

    I can only find a way to type a signature for my ipad and iphone email. I need to attach a logo. Does anyone know how to do that?

    Not in the stock mail app, not a feature. Look in the app store for an app that will do this.

  • IPhone Email Signature Panel Unable to View Free Text Panel!

    Does anyone know how to see or scroll up or down on the iPhone 4 Email Signature panel?
    Background: I have a long signature for my iPhone email, however, when I went to edit it, the panel will not display anything other than the last line. It will not let me scroll up further to make edits. Quite clearly this is an application glitch which needs to be sorted by Apple.
    Any clues on whether Apple are looking to fix - I would be grateful.
    Thanks kindly.

    Okay came across this solution by accident:
    Go to the signature screen where you can only see the last line. Lock the phone using the button on the top of the phone, Then unlock and you should see the panel where you can now edit your signature.

  • Resize html image in email signature

    Hi, I have been trying to insert my company logo in my email signature on Outlook Client 2013 but the results have been disappointing. Would greatly appreciate your assistance. Thank you in advance!
    My company logo is in png-format. Its dimensions are 1221 x 374 px, and has a dpi of192. Its size is 37.9 KB.
    I have read from various online sources that it is better to resize the image such that it is not larger than 10 KB.
    However, I do not want to resize the image (to ideal width: 150 px) before inserting it in the signature editor, because doing that is bound to degrade the resolution of the image, no matter how good the photo editor is. I have tried gimp and various
    photo editors, but the resulting picture quality is poor and grainy. I can barely make out the text in the logo.
    These are the 4 methods that I have tried:
    1. I followed this YouTube tutorial. I insert the image in signature editor. The location of the image is at my Desktop. Save and close.
    I insert the signature in a new email. The resulting image is large and appears according to its original dimensions in my signature. So I resize the image in the inserted email signature, copy that resized image, then paste it in the signature
    editor. The resized image will appear, with reduced dimensions. I save and close the signature editor.
    Then, I insert the signature again in the email. The dimensions of the image are correct and they appear perfect. So I do a test by sending an email to myself. When I view the email on Outlook Client, the image looks perfect. However, on Outlook
    Web App, the image is extremely large and out of place. I have been racking my brains on how to solve this problem.
    2. Same as step 1. But instead of inserting the logo from my Desktop, I inserted the logo located on the web by typing its URL in full. I used: Insert > Link to File.
    However, the same problem appears. The image in the send email looks great on Outlook Client, but too large on Outlook Web App.
    3. Re-render the image to 96 dpi using IrfanView. I read from this source that Outlook will rescale any image that is not 96 dpi.
    Tried Step 1 again. But image size in Outlook Web App is too large again.
    4. I followed the steps in this link to create a HTML email signature. I used an online WYSIWYG HTML editor
    to generate the HTML code. I realised that altering the height and width of the image in the html changes the size of the image only in the WYSIWYG editor. I believe that Outlook Client overrides all provided image dimensions.
    Thank you so much for your help!

    Hi Joy,
    Try this.
    Compose the signature in Outlook, insert the original image, resize it to the correct size, by dragging the image using mouse.
    Compress using inbuilt Outlook tool, this should not degrade the quality of the image much.
    Click the picture or pictures that you want to change the resolution for.
    Under Picture Tools, on the Format tab, in the
    Adjust group, click Compress Pictures.
    If you do not see the Picture Tools and Format tabs, make sure that you selected a picture. You may have to double-click the picture to select it and open the
    Format tab.
    To change the resolution for the selected pictures only and not all of the pictures in the document, select the
    Apply only to this picture check box.
    Under Target output, click the resolution that you want.
    Now, copy all and create a new Signature out of this.
    Send out an email with this new signature and see if it works on OWA.
    Ensure you are checking it on the same PC and the Web browser is on 100% zoom level.
    In my case its appearing slightly smaller on Browser then on PC. Check if its same on different PCs as well.

    Satyajit

  • Email signatures, to (include) images or not, that is the question!

    We just had this discussion internally and decided against it.  When they work, they look good, but when they don't work, signatures full of picture place holders look terrible.  I think it really depends on what kind of business your company is in and whether there is a benefit to the recipient to get a little web page in every email you send.

    Greetings all,I am looking at options for email signatures for a client. I have used Exclaimer in the past for in-house Exchange servers and like it. I am trialing the Office365 version presently.Just looking for thoughts on if you include images any more in email signatures? I'm talking company logo at a min and a few social media icons and links at a maximum. I note gmail now block embedded images (and I'm sure they're not alone) and we're all familiar with mail clients that will block the other option, web based images and give the option of downloading them.There's much to be said for a nice looking signature I think with a good logo and but not OTT, whilst there is also much to be said for a simple text based approach and nobody receiving broken images or blocked links when they open your mail.What say my fellow spiceheads?...

  • HTML email signature?

    Can anyone tell me the code to insert an image into the webmail email signature? I have been pulling my hair out, and wasting so much time trying to figure this out. I am not a coder. I built the site in Muse, hosted it with Business Catalyst, and then chose to use their webmail for my client. I am so frustrated with this. I can't find a tutorial and have gotten nowhere with the forum help.
    Her images showed up before this email  "update"
    This is the code I put in, but the "images" show up as the code when I send a test email. (I took out all personal info)
    <p><img alt="http://www.website.com/images/small-Logo.jpg" /></p>

    Update <img alt="http://www.website.com/images/small-Logo.jpg" /> to <img src="http://www.website.com/images/small-Logo.jpg" />
    Within webmail, navigate to  Settings > Identities > [Click on an identity] > Signature. Ensure that you enable 'HTML signature' and then click on the HTML editor to insert your HTML, http://prntscr.com/3yccs3 and then click on update.

  • HT201320 How can I add a company logo to my email signature on my iPhone 5

    Can someone detail the process to add a company logo to my email signature
    on my iphone. It is for an additional email account thru go daddy, it's not my icloud account.
    I would appreciate the help.
    Thanks.

    My guess is the problem with the square is being caused by incomplete or broken html in the Email Signature.  I think the Signature panel doesn't know how to fix HTML.  But the email app does... so this is why you copy a complete & pre-formatted email message: entirely.
    I walked through the directions above, exactly, and it works with (in my case) even oversized JPG files in the signature.
    By copy and pasting the whole message body, you'll retain the html formatting &, in my case, the image too.  Running iOS 8.1 & it worked after a few tries.
    Keep trying combinations... you'll get it.

  • Email Signature Hyperlinks not opening on iPhone 5

    Hello
    I have set up an email signature in Outlook that has clickable links in it. These links all open when viewed in Outlook or other email programmes like Gmail and Yahoo etc. However when viewing the email on an iPhone, you can't open these links.
    Is there some special code I need to be putting in front of each link in Outlook, to make these work on the iPhone?
    Any help would be appreciated, I have tried searching on Google, but haven't really found any solutions for this.
    Thanks
    Kate

    To add to this, the links are images that you click on and they go through to a link. So I have image icons for Facebook, Twitter, Linked In and You Tube. If anyone has the correct code to use, to link to these sites, this would be appreciated.
    Thanks
    Kate

  • Can you wrap an image with a link in an html email signature?

    When I cite a remotely hosted image in an html signature, and try to make that image a link, the link is ignored and the just the image is shown.
    e.g.:
    <a href="https://www.facebook.com/pages/Ubiquia/146019678805381" target="_blank">
    <img style=" position:absolute;
    height:30px;
    width:30px;
    left:172px;
    top:157.5px"
    src="http://png.findicons.com/files/icons/2779/simple_icons/48/facebook_48_black.png" alt="ubiquia facebook" moz-do-not-send="true"
    >
    </a>

    For each icon that you want to use in your email signature:
    locate icon on internet webpage - right-click on the icon and select 'Save Image as'. Save the icon to your computer in a suitable file.
    Then in Thunderbird
    insert > Image
    choose file - locate the saved icon on your computer
    click on Link tab and enter the www etc webpage link info
    click on OK to insert image with link.
    Codewise, where you have the actual icon you would need something stating where the icon is located:
    eg
    <a href="https://www.facebook.com/pages/Ubiquia/146019678805381" target="_blank">
    path to image saved on computer included in within <> </a>

  • I have changed the email signature on my iPhone, when composing a new email the signature is there, however when I am replying to an email it is not, how can I make sure that the signature is at the end of every email I send?

    I have changed the email signature on my iPhone, when composing a new email the signature is there, however when I am replying to an email it is not, how can I make sure that the signature is at the end of every email I send?

    Yes I know what you mean about it cluttering the thread and for personal emails it is better without the signature. However this relates to sending business emails from an iPhone so I need the signature present on every email.
    I can't find anything in Settings so I was hoping someone may have some knowledge/information/experience regarding this problem.
