Image rollovers are jumpy - Anyone know why?
I created a .png in Sketch, copied and pasted and changed the color to get the rollover version, so I see no reason how they could be different sizes. I have not dowsized them yet. I used HTML snippet and added the rollover code - everything works but the rollover appears slightly higher on the screen then the normal, so it looks like its jumping. Please help - any ideas? No, but if you really mean that the way you said it, I don't know that Print is the best way to this. If you haven't already, after selecting the images you want to get printed, try clicking the Export button in Book or Library module and then selecting format .PDF. Once you export the file to .PDF, try opening it where you saved it and printing from there, not in Lightroom but in Adobe Reader. If that doesn't help, here are a couple of videos that might--follow their instructions carefully with no shortcuts:

If Lightroom keeps closing even when you try all this, you may need to reinstall Lightroom because your copy may be screwed up. -
My photos are not showing up as layers in the layers panel, only as one layer, so I am not able to make changes to the layers. Does anyone know why this is happening? Am I downloading them from my camera wrong? I have watched the video and the photos don't open that way on my layers panel. Any help would be appreciated, I would like to edit out the background and turn it a different color.

Photos from cameras or scans have only one layer (the 'background' layer).
You can start with that 'background' layer and duplicate it or add other layers in the editing process. For instance you can make a selection of a subject and put it on another layer; a common use is to desaturate the 'background' and to keep the color in the selected subject in your newly created layer. -
Does anyone know why since upgrading to ML notes are not visible in Time Machine. They used to be part of mail and could be recovered from Time machine but since ML I don't seem to be able to access notes in Time Machine. Any help would be useful.

Mail doesn't support notes. If you use iCloud, you have them in it because Notes is an application -

As I've mentioned above, I was informed that updating to 5.0.1 would '''require''' me to '''delete''' the current version and then install the new one. And doing so will involve losing all my bookmarks. I guess I should have been more specific and detailed there. By losing, I didn't mean losing them forever. I'm aware that they're secured in some place and deleting and installing the software doesn't harm its existence. What I meant that if I install the new version, I'd have to delete the old one. And after installing the new version, I'd have to transfer them (bookmarks) back from wherever they are. Get it? When it updated from 3.6.9 to 3.6.13, and from 3.6.13 to 3.6.18, I didn't need to follow that process. They were already present on their own.
BTW, I'm having no problems with 3.6.18 but after learning about the existence of version 5.0.1, I'm a bit too eager to lay my hands over it.

This may depend on your chosen encoding options for the Mails (MIME vs. Base64 or similar) and/or the mails being reduced in size and sliced up server side. Apple (and Google) do stuff like recompressing images when viewing mails on mobile devices from an Apple ID or Gmail account... You have to turn it off in their web frontends....

whenever someone sends me a file the Ipad labels it winmail.dat and wont allow me to open it...these are Word, Exce or jpgs. Does anyone know why this is and how to fix it? Also, how can you save attachments to a file on the IPad2
Is this a particular sender, or all of your attchments? Google winmail.dat and you will see a number of returns that can explain this, but in short, this is the way some e mail providers deal with attachments. If all of your e mail is coming that way, you need to change a setting on your isp set up. Perhaps stary here...

My older episodes are dropping off iTunes. Anyone know why?
I have released over 20 episodes of my podcast this year and for a while they stayed up but recently it seems only the last 8 are showing up. I have not moved the files, changed the feed, or done anything like that. Does anyone know why this is the case? I see other podcasts I listen to have many episodes.
