Images interfaces of programs on the site banner

Can I use images interfaces of various programs (photoshop, illustrator, indesign, etc.) on the site banner? Will not it be considered a violation of the license or any other rights of Adobe?

"Images interfaces"? What's that?

In case you mean logo or start screens - then no. Not without permission of the Adobe.

Every time I need to upload files to my remote site I get

Is the images folder within the root folder for the site
(hint - check the
paths in your local site definition)?

If I set Firefox to refrain from loading images automatically, how can I view a single image, or a single page's images, without having to enter the site in the Exceptions list, only to go back and remove it when I'm done?

I was hoping for a hotkey option or button on the toolbar to load images for a single page for a single session at a time. Turning off images really saves bandwidth and speeds load time on websites, but sometimes I'd like to view the images on a page, but only for this session. Is that possible, or do I have to go to the Exceptions page and allow a specific domain or page to load images and then go back and remove that domain or page when I'm done?

ISSUE WITH SUPPLIER SITE OPEN INTERFACE IMPORT PROGRAM in R12

I am facing issue while submitting supplier site open interface import program programmatically using fnd_request.
I am uploading the interface tables with the mandatory data and running the standard Request Set for Suppliers.The program is creating the Suppliers but is unable to create the Supplier Sites.It is getting completed with no rejections as well as imported records.
It is updating the Supplier Sites Interface table (ap_supplier_sites_int ) with status as rejected with no rejected records in ap_supplier_int_rejections table.
I am using the following code.

User clicks subsite image library -- gets taken to the root site image library

I have what appears to be quite a strange problem. I have a SharePoint 2010 Enterprise SP2 installation. I have a Publishing Site deployed with 5 subsites.
One of my users has full control permissions at the site root and at the subsites. When she goes into All Site Content on any of the subsites, then clicks "Images", she is not taken to the subsite images folder. She is taken to the
root Publishing Images folder. This problem only happens to her.

According to your post, my understanding is that one of your users had some issue in your SharePoint site.
I tried to reproduce the issue with multi users, they all worked well in the subsites.
Did the user have other permissions in the site? You can check the permission of the user to compare with other users.
You can also recreate the user, then check whether it works.
Did you check the log? You can check the event log and ULS log to see if anything unexpected occurred.
To check event log, click the Start button and type “Event Viewer” in the Search box.
For SharePoint 2010, by default, ULS log is at
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\LOGS

The update seemed successful but the program would not open at all despite switching off the PC and re-starting several times. I then tried wiping the original software from the computer and re-downloading from scratch. Each time I tried the download failed with a message saying “Service “Apple Mobile Device” failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services” At this stage, the only way forward was to “abort” the download. This I have done now four times and the same thing happens. When I did finally manage to get an i-Tunes shortcut on my desktop, the program wouldn’t open saying: “i-Tunes was not installed correctly. Please re-install i-Tunes. Error 7 (Windows error 193)” Any ideas to resolve this?

Payables Open Interface Import program is not Importing the Invoices

Hi All,
We are trying to create new invoices (SUM_DIF) based on the Foreign currency gain/Loss amounts. But payables open interface import program is rejecting all invoices with the rejectionr code as "No Invoice Lines, Atleast one invoice line is required".
But when we check in the interface tables we have invoices as well as the corresponding lines for those invoices. This issue is happening in 12.0.6
Any one faced this similar issue earlier? Any help is highly appreciated.

No issues for me on Payables Open Invoice Interface with 12.0.6 - and yes make sure you match up the invoice_id on invoice, lines interface tables.

I did find a second copy, but this is identic with the one I already had in Lightroom, and I can see noe result of the clone process.

At the moment I would say it is uncertain whether Acrobat is completely ignoring the change, or whether the changes you are making aren't affecting the ink density. I have a suggestion for a test you could make to see which is the case.
When editing in Photoshop just add a box or mark on the image, for your tests.
- If this box does not appear in Acrobat, you know Acrobat is not seeing the edit
- If this box does appear in Acrobat, you know the problem is that your tool for changing ink densities is not taking effect.

Solution discovered. Faulty connector cable. Tried a different one and it worked.

I use a web site called ACRIS- up until yesterday I could access all parts of the site, including calling up images of deeds. Now I can no longer get the images via firefox, but can them via windows explorer. Why? How do I fix this?

I use a web site called ACRIS- it allows me to access NYC Finance dept records- specifically images of deeds. Up until yesterday I had no problem. Then without any apparent reason I could access all parts of the site, but could not access the deed images. First I thought it was a problem on their end, which sometimes happens, but after waiting 24 hours I was still having the problem. Then I tried windows explorer and it worked without any problem. How do I fix this?

First question I would ask is what has changed recently? Did you add any new extensions or add-ons?
I'd try starting Firefox in [[Safe Mode]]. If you don't have the issue while all of your add-ons, extensions, and themes are disabled, you can try adding them back in one by one until you find the culprit. You should look at the [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Troubleshooting-extensions-themes Extensions and Themes troubleshooting guide ] and the [[Troubleshooting plugins]] article as well.

I am unable to drag and drop image files in a JAVA supposrted site. I have all the lastest versions of softwarte here - everything is up to date.

I am no longer able to drag and drop image files int this JAVA supported site. It had always worked flawlessly in the past.
I would open the site, go to Send Files, allow access, fill out the fields and then drag and drop my image files. Now I can only use the ADD (+) button to do so.

Hi, I have one PCI-GBIP-controller with multiple instruments installed. Now I want to use these instruments with two differents programs at the same time.
E.g.: program 1 uses GPIB0::1 and GPIB0::3
and program 2 uses GPIB0::4 and GPIB0::7
Is this possible??
When I have tried to do this, I always got timeout errors..

Hi,
You shouldn't have any problems accessing different devices from different programs using the same interface. I even used the two VIs to communicate with the same device. Although not the best approach, VISA didn't return any errors.

It is. But it's not a great way to do things.

Actually, what you want to store in the DB is the filename
only. Put the
path into the HTML. That way you don't have to change every
record when you
rename a folder.
