Images not loading right or working after that.

Im making a short flash for fun, but I am having a hell of a
problem with CS3. Seriously this is the third time I have lost my
recent saved work to what ever the hell this bug or error is:

The character on the right was totally complete, its now
messed up, only the face is where I left it off. The thing on the
white screen, THERE USE TO BE ANOTHER CHARACTER THERE! All that is
left is her arms that were behind her head fixing her hair. The
Character to the Extreme left, Its no longer there. Its so blank I
didnt even bother showing the spot.
I am using CS3, but damn this is has been happening for
awhile, and I found that my saved copies I backup on my USB were
surviving fine, but that one was my latest work from my USB and its
corrupted. Im not so much pissed about the lost work as I do still
have a previous version, though several hours of work was lost.
What pisses me off so utterly is the fact THIS IS THE 6TH OR 7TH
time this has happened to my most recent work. I have had to redraw
those characters several times already, and it did it again. What
is the problem? Does anyone know why this is happening. Its
absolutely driving me mad.
Please help.

more assistance in the general discussion forum, especially if you

if the device I connected have caused this, shouldn't the macbook itself have some type of protection that should prevent this from happening.
because when I took it to an apple certified maintenance shop, the guy said that now it could only run while connected to the power. it won't run on batteries. and that I have to change the motherboard.
can I just replace the damaged part only, would apple consider this as a design issue and they could pay for it, or should I just buy a new motherboard for 800$.

The problem is in finding a tech shop that will/can do board level repairs on Macs. They are few. And I certainly wouldn't spend $800 on a new logic board - I would replace the computer if I had to pay that much!
You could call around to a few repair shops and see if they feel competent to isolate the problem and do a board level repair - but I'm afraid, in the end, that your search will be futile.

This has been going on for months for me. Time to drop Firefox & go back to IE.

My Ipod classic stopped suddenly while playing on the dock. On checking it said connect to iTunes to restore and the battery had also exhausted itself. On connecting to iTunes it kept displaying the message Do Not Disconnect. It never worked after that.

Because the retina 15 only has a wifi connection (no ethernet), that's the connection I'm stuck with for the notebook. But on the 27iMac, I did have both ethernet and wifi enabled. When I turned the wifi off on the 27, therer was a brief moment when both computers were showing their counterparts when I tried to make a network connection. BUT, after a few seconds of 'searching', the computer I was trying to connect to disappeared from the Network list.
So I tried the opposite; the retina can only connect thru wifi, so that's a given. I swithched my ethernet off and then enabed the wifi on the 27 and ....same thing: When I try a network connection, there are a few seconds of 'searching', then the ony option I'm left with is share screen, which doesn't work either.
I've read the 'dropped' network is a problem with the retina, but the odd thing is that I never lose my internet connection—that continues to work fine, as does Air Drop—but I can't seem to connect, network-wise.
Any ideas about the dropped network?

HELP! Images not loading and Firefox taskbar icon is a white file.

I went through all the suggestions in the image not loading help page and same with the add ins and nothing helping. The images load fine on Google Chrome so I know it's not the site. It might just be Adobe Flash images, but that's as far as I know how to pinpoint.
As far as the task bar goes, it's just a while file icon instead of the Firefox one. It doesn't bother me, but I just thought it might be related.

What do you see if you right-click the area where such a missing image should be?
Is that a context menu for images with "View Image Info"?
Are there any icons on the location bar that plugins are used or mixed content is blocked?
If images are missing then check that you do not block images from some domains.
*Press the F10 key or tap the Alt key to bring up the hidden Menu bar.
Check the permissions for the domain in the currently selected tab in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"
Check "Tools > Page Info > Media" for blocked images
*Select the first image link and use the cursor Down key to scroll through the list.
*If an image in the list is grayed and "Block Images from..." has a checkmark then remove this checkmark to unblock images from this domain.
Make sure that you do not block (third-party) images, the permissions.default.image pref on the about:config page should be 1.
Make sure that you haven't enabled a High Contrast theme in the Windows/Mac Accessibility settings.
Make sure that you allow pages to choose their own colors.
*Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Colors : [X] "Allow pages to choose their own colors, instead of my selections above"
Note that these settings affect background images.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: How to back up
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Go to System Preferences>iCloud and confirm that Documents & Data is checked
If you're running Mavericks, go to System Preferences>iCloud, click Options next to Documents & Data and confirm that Pages is checked.
Go to System Preferences>iCloud, uncheck Documents & Data, choose Delete from Mac (they will still be in iCloud), restart your Mac then go back and check Documents & Data again.
Go to System Preferences>iCloud, click Sign Out, choose Delete at all of the prompts (your data will still be in iCloud), restart your Mac, then sign back in.

My facebook page will not load right. It looks like it is all starting in the middle and all the pop ups are already opened. Any ideas?

From your Safari menu bar click Safari / Preferences then select the Security tab. Now click: *Show Cookies*. Delete all Facebook cookies.
Now select the Autofill tab. Click the Edit button next to *Other Forms*. Delete all Facebook url'sl.
Quit Safari (Command + Q) then relaunch Safari.
Try accessing Facebook again.

if you are running v10.6.3, there are software updates available either from your Apple menu / Software Update or System Preferences / Software Update. Select the *Scheduled Check* tab then click *Check Now*

You didn't buy an 'unlocked' iPhone 3GS - you bought a 'hacked' one.
Updating to iOS 5 removed the hack and the unofficial unlock.
All you can do is try to find out which network the phone is locked to and ask them if they can unlock it properly.
Otherwise, sell it or throw it away and buy an officially unlocked phone from an official source.

Try to boot in Safe mode, see if you are able: Hold down shift and then power on. For wireless keyboards, hold down shift after the chime.
