Images of a NI-PMA-1115?

Can anyone provide an image of a PMA-1115 showing a realistic complement of connectors and cables? I'd like to see what this unit really looks like in a deployed scenario. Looking through the manual and online, I only see pictures showing the unit without anything cabled up. What is the solution for connecting the USB from the display/keyboard to the PXI controller?
As an aside, I'm looking to make a "nice looking" mobile solution for vibe testing in a test cell environment. If anyone wants to share alternatives to the PMA-1115, I'd love to see them.
Chris

Hi C. Minnella-
The PMA-1115 does not require any fancy connectors or cables - it attaches directly to the side of a PXI chassis and comes with traditional VGA and DVI cables for the monitor and a right-angle-to-vertical USB cable for the touchpad and keyboard.  The picture on the product page is what it looks like as attached to the side of the PXI chassis.
I hope this helps.  Have a great day!

  • Wlc wrong image dowload

    Good morning,
We have a customer with a 5508 controller running 7.4.110.0.  It has a backup image of 7.2.111.3.
When we added a 1242 access point to it recently the access point was offered the wrong image version: it was offered and downloaded 7.2.111.3 instead of 7.4.110.0. Naturally it downloaded and installed this version and rebooted - and then found that it had the wrong image version for the running image, so downloaded a new image...7.2.111.3 again...
When we connected the AP to a sister WLC it was offered the correct 7.4.110.0 image, downloaded it and after a reboot we could connect it fine to the original WLC.
Has anyone seen anything like this before or can anyone suggest why this might be.  I've attached the show boot from the WLC.
    Thanks in advance

    Robin,
Can you show the output of show ap image all
Also, can you try to join it again with debug lwapp events enable and show the output?

  • Dreamweaver CS4 help centering please

    Hi everyone,
I'm trying to center my website using Dreamweaver. When I preview my site in Dreamweaver it looks good and centered. When I upload the site to Godaddy my site left justifies. Can anyone please help me. I'm a novice and I'm trying to create a page for a small business. Here is the coding for the site. I've tried several help tips online and nothing seems to work. Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks for your time! Also, I think it has something to do with the CSS part. I'm also using a CSS style sheet.

  • Nexus 7010 fabric extender timing out

    Hello -
We have a Nexus 7010 and we are testing out using the fabric extenders for a need.  We have a demo 2224 unit and have it connected to our M132XP-12 10G blade in the 7K but the FEX won't come online.  I would have figured a possible software incompatability but looking at the supported list for that as well as hardware everything seems to be in order.  This is what the status shows after it spends about 15 mins in the image download state.

    Thanks!

    Hi Jack -
Thanks for the response.  Unfortunately, yes that is already complete.  I was hoping that would be an easy fix.  When we upgraded to 5.1(2) we did the 5.1 EPLD.  I ran the install all impact command noted below for the 5.1 EPLD just to make sure it didn't report anything else as needing upgrade.
sho install all impact epld bootflash:n7000-s1-epld.5.1.1.img

  • Unable to connect to Essbase via EAS after server re-ip

    Hi all,
One of our environments have had the servers moved to new IP addresses. The DB server was completed changed so I had to reconfigure the environment, using the same databases, and redeployed all the components. Everything worked apart from EAS. It would not launch from the URL nor would it work if the console was installed on a server or PC. I logged an SR and it was suggested to update java which I did but it made no difference. A remote session yielded nothing. I decided to uninstall EAS and reinstall it dropping the tables in the DB and having them recreated as we use calc man for Planning. The EAS console now launches but I can't connect to Essbase. It just hangs and complains of an invalid log in. I tried the native admin account but that made no difference. Here is an extract of the logs

EAS is installed on the same server as Planning, APS, RA etc. essbase is on a separate box as are the sql databases so in all 3 servers for this environment.
Essbase is definitely started as I can connect to it using EAS from another environment and retrieve database from the apps in excel.
    Thanks in advance,
    Nathan

If you are able to connect to Essbase using EAS from another Server or PC. and in that Server only if you not able to connect to Essbase using EAS
it is Java issue only. (Ensure ESSBASE.EXE process is there in Essbase Server)
Which version of Hyyperion you are using??
    Uninstall Java and install again.
    Thanks,
    Mady

    Hi Experts,
We have the Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.1 in Windows 2008 64 bit env. The Planning services are crashing very frequently. We have the JVM Heap Size and 512 MB and 1024 MB. We also looked at the Physical Memory usage and it looks fine.
Following is the error in Planning logs.
Not sure what is causing the crash. Do I need to change any settings / JVM Heap size?

    Kannan.

    Hi Kanan,
I have seen a similar issue(but in web analysis) which was caused as a result a large number of threads are created and an OutOfMemory exception is thrown.
This was reported as unpublished BUG 12887340 - WEB ANALYSIS SERVICES DOESN'T RELEASE BACK MEMORY
    Doc which talks about this:
Web Analysis Services Doesn't Release Back Memory (Doc ID 1356811.1)
I guess you are still on base 11.1.2.1, many performance realted issues are fixed in the patches released, you may want to move to the latest one.
Release 11.1.2.1 Patch Set Update (PSU): 11.1.2.1.600 (14464109)

  • Mouse over to show a small flv preview clip

    Hi,
I am hoping you can help.
I simply would like to be able to roll over an image and on mouse over, a small 10 sec FLV preview clip appears and loops until I mouse out.
I see it everywhere but I cannot seem to replicate it.

    Hi,
I found what I was looking for but cannot seem to replicate it:
    http://www.videocopilot.net
At the bottom are four images for tutorials that when you roll over them they display a short video clip
    The code:
    <a href="tutorials/blast_wave/index.html"><img border="0" src='../img.videocopilot.net/assets/public/images/vc_cool/tutorialpic s/popular/111.jpg' onmouseover="showtrail('assets/public/flash/tutorialvids/111.flv', 'video','Blast Wave',266,150,0,'hqmedia','&bull; Build a realistic explosion using&#8230;<br />&bull; Create a powerful shockwave and&#8230;<br />');" onmouseout="hidetrail();"  /></a>
But I cannot replicate it when replacing with my own images and footage.
    Regards
showtrail and hidetrail are javascript functions that you did not insert into your replicated page.

  • How to pack everything up?

i'm using JBuilder5 and have finished coding. Now, how to pack everything up into one file and diliver it to my custom?

i want to clear up the code so I created a new application with JBuilder5 then copied all my source code(*.java) and (*.gif, *.jpg) to the new application source directory. After that, i added those files (.java .gif .jpg) to the project. Rebuild the project, fine, but when i press the run button I got these error messages:

  • Web App - different input type when submitting

I have a Web App image field on a customer submitted Web App field.
    It is originally inserted as
    <input type="field" name="CAT_Custom_22222" ... />
    But I'm using it as
    <input type="text" name="CAT_Custom_22222" ... />
and from another dropdown field input, a jQuery snippet would grab the value and insert into it
so then it would look like this
    <input type="text" name="CAT_Custom_22222" ... value="/image/image-set/A/C/E/111.jpg" />
The dropdown has set of pre-defined URL of images so when users change, it will print the image on the page as well as update the IMAGE field to be submitted.
It was set up that way due to another "non-web-person-client-case"
There are random "users" submitting the web form and they are meant to upload certain file from limited selection anyway so I set up the dropdown.
If an administrator needs to change the image, he can log into backend and upload image and of course he's not capable of finding correct URL path and type it in
(that's why it couldn't be a text field in the first place)
Long story short, this has been working beautifully for last couple of years then suddenly stopped working. I guess there must have been a change where BC wouldn't accept type="text" for a field meant to be type="file". It's bit disappointing as BC database would still save it in string format anyway.
    Any suggestion to this ?

    Hi,
Please see the links and check they are helpful:

  • Not able to view images in gallery, when they are ...

    Hi,
The file explorer was showing two default images folder and I was unable to delete one of them as I was unable to view images via gallery. Then i installed X-plore and deleted one of the images folder. Now, when I click images and select memory card as storage space, I cannot view them via gallery and view them only via X-plore. Please suggest how can I correct this issue.

Maybe I am stupid but if you delete the imagefolder, it will be gone. You can set your default imagefolder: goto Media-> Camera-> Settings-> Use Memory-> Card. You can also backup your card to PC, reformat the card in your phone, because it makes default maps for images, video, audio,.........and then copy your images back to the specific folder.
