IMail on iPhone stopped working - suddenly!

I started getting a message saying my email and password were incorrect so no email was coming through.  That was not the problem.  I deleted then reactivated my Apple ID based account on the iPhone.  Now the message I am getting is that my Apple ID cannot be used with MobileMe Mail?  Hello?  It was working fine up to this point.  Yes, I have moved to iCloud - more than a month ago.  No problems until now.

Update to my original issue:  Before this issue occurred, I changed the time on my iPhone to manual so I could set it to match the time zone I was in. Again, I had no cell signal which is why I set my iPhone clock to manual.  What I did to fix iMessages...I went back in under settings and set the clock back to "Set Automatically". Then I had to double click on the Home button to bring up the apps that were running in the background on my phone. I found the Messages app and deleted it from the apps that were currently running. I then went back under settings, into the Messages setting and tried to sign back in to iMessages just using my email address.  This time I was able to sign back in to iMessages. Then I opened my Messages app and was able to send iMessages again. Evidently when I messed with my Date and Time settings, it did something to my iMessages.  No clue as to why, if anyone has any idea why altering my time settings would cause iMessages to stop working, feel free to let me know so I can better understand this problem.

I tried to turn off iMessages and back on, then tried to activate with my email address and when I try to sign in with apple id it goes to the screen where it shows the email address, and when I hit next it displays "verifying" and then goes back to the sign in page.  I am currently not in range for cellular signal but I am on wifi.  Shouldn't I be able to sign in with just my email address, as now it does not display my phone # because I do not have a cellular signal?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I turned off notifications. Turned off my phone. Turned on my phone. Turned on notifications. And now it started sending them again it seems... Have to go check the ipad later if it still is receiving as well...

    sometimes it happens, a hard reset will sometimes solve the issue.
    If the issue starts happening more often, I would consider restoring the device to factory settings to install clean software. If the issue still persists after that, the device might need a hardware repair.

    Can someone please help.  My IPhoneS stopped working right after I did the latest update which was yesterday.  Now, the phone does not work at all.  When turned on, the screen shows a picture of USB cable pointing to the ITunes logo.  I have tried just about everything, and cannot get it working. It's like it is frozon.  My ITunes does not recognize my device.  Cannot dial out either. I desperately need to get it working.  Can someone please help me.

    The update did not do anything.
    AT&T cannot and will not do anything, they do not provide support for iPhones, Apple does.
    The issue is not with the iPhone or iOS if you've reset network settings and tried forgetting the Wi-Fi Network, it is specific to the network.
    Check the settings on the router, try disabling the security settings first... that will clarify the issue is not with the device but rather the Network.

    I am currently having the same problem, since I upgraded my iPhone 4 to iOS 5, many tracks don't work. They were working before. Some are working but half isn't.
    Tried to restore, remake playlist, delete every tracks et put them back. Same prob.

    After installing Maverick on my macbook pro, imessage on my ipad and Iphone stopped working properly. 
    What I get is a RED exclamation and "Not Delivered".  It happens even if i resend it over and over.
    I have made sure that the 3 devices all have the same settins in iMessage.
    I have made sure to try doing it from the same network and from the cell provider network.
    I have tried rebooting all three devices.
    The only way to get it to work on my iphone and iPad is to dissable it in Mavericks on my MacBook Pro.
    Is this a "feature" of the new OS?

    Hi,
    On the iOS devices remove the Apple ID.
    Set the device in to Airplane Mode (this breaks with the server)
    Start with the iPhone to add back the Apple ID - only after you see the iPhone Number is Verified.
    The Restart the Mac Version
    Accept the pops ups that state what the iPhone  is using.
    Do same on iPad.

    It was working with no problem until i tried to test for it. I've checked all the configurationand everything seems fine!
    I also test the app on a ipad friend to see if the problem was from de apple service but it worked. So i guess its something with my phone.

    If you do not find a solution in the iPod nano (6th generation) - User Guide, suggest that you call AppleCare if still under warranty or take a trip to your local Apple Store or AASP.

    i have MDT 2013 with 4 Deployment shares, one of the deployment shares stop working suddenly "windows 7 deployment share" . when i start the network boot i can see a list of boot image but when i choose that image it gives me the windows loading
    screen for ever and not start the deployment process. other boot images is working fine

    It is pretty obvious from the post that this happens while loading WinPE, what is there to misinterpret?
    Are you using different WDS servers for your sites?
    If yes, try to remove the boot image from the 'Broken' one and re-import it.
    Comparing checksums is never a bad idea in such a scenario.
