Hi soln,
You can change the incoming mail server for an email account by going to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Accounts > select the account to change > under INCOMING MAIL SERVER select Host Name > enter the correct name.
See this article for setting up mail accounts -

I subscibed to ITunes Match and all my music has disappeared from my Ipod touch and will only play through WiFi so I cannot play music in my car. How do I get it back please
You'll need to switch off iTunes Match on the device & sync the iPod with iTunes as hopefully you've kept all your music on your PC.

After a restart, all of my mail subfolders are gone from the side view pane. I can pull them down individually from the 'inbox' drop down menu. How do I get them back into the sidebar so I can sort mail out of the inbox?
No anti virus software running as far as I am aware, as in I didn't launch any before reinstating the search email function.
I was running a folder repair function on my inbox (which seemed to complete successfully for the emails in the inbox) when I noticed the majority of the mail folders had disappeared. -
My current project in the Events Library has gone into list mode. ie a single clip on the left one above another, so showing only about 7 clips. How can I get it back into normal horizontal mode?
That's about what it's supposed to look.
How do You want it to look ?
a. You can change places by using this
b. May be You changed this top right symbol of an hard disk ?
c. or changed the number of frames to be viewed ?
d. OR - it can (at least for me) be so that You think of how it looks in iPhoto. (To me a very common mistake)

Not much more to say. Went to check my e-mail, and the icon was gone at the bottom. I would really like it back so I can see how many e-mails I have and get alerted to new ones coming in. Thanks, Pat aka paw4him

I want my songs back, i have paid for these songs I would like to listen to them on my iPod. It's that simple. I don't want to have to pay someone to fix my iPod over the phone. This has happened to me before and i really get frustrated when i can't. My little sister bought the songs using a itunes gift card. i plugged in my ipod nano gen. 4 into the CPU which is a Windows BTW, and after it had synced it would not allow me to play my music (on my ipod) Saying they could not be copied. there's 19 songs. The last time this happened it started with 2 songs unable to copy, then 19 songs unable to copy, THEN........78 songs! i don;t not want this to happen AGAIN! sooooooooooo.................HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

As the title says. I've lost all of my contacts, from both phones and icloud.
That's the way things are supposed to work...all devices using the same iCloud account are kept in sync. You delete on one device, & it deletes on all, including iCloud. Unless you have a backup that contains your contacts, or they are in a supported application on your computer, they are gone.
You should have deleted the iCloud account, on the iPhone 4, before giving the phone away. -
I bought many songs and had them both on my ipod and on itunes. A lot of them have disappeared from both the ipiod and itunes, and they are not listed in my computer's music file. Is there a way to get them back? We're talking about hubdreds of songs...

How did it get disabled?
Are these apps that you paid for or your school paid for? If they are yours make sure you have entered your AppleID in Settings > iTunes & App Store and download them again. You don't have to pay again. -
Yesterday, when I brought my laptop back from sleep, I tried to check my e-mail with the Mail app like I always do. But there was the lightning bolt sign next to the inbox, and the pop-up asked me to input my password, which didn't work. It says mail.mac.com has rejected my password. The password is correct (I'm able to check my e-mail through my browser at me.com), but for some reason Mail keeps on rejecting it. I usually don't have to input my password at all in Mail. Any clue how to fix this? I haven't changed anything at all on my laptop.
I did change my apple ID password though...

My mail account has gone off line. How do I get it back on line? I think I sent an email file that was too big.
Hi,
When you have the browser open (Internet Explorer) then press the Alt key on the keyboard. It should show you the file options at the top..Then uncheck work offline and check..
Note:
If you have HP Support Assistant installed on the computer(The Blue Question Mark) then open it ==> Complete all pending Updates & Tuneups==> Restart and Check. It may solve your problem
Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.

The 'reply' and 'new message' bar has disappeared from mail on my iPad since I upgraded my Macbook Pro from OSX 10.5 to 10.6. How can I get it back?
Updating your Mac's OS X version won't have affected how the Mail app (I assume that it's the Mail app that you are using, not Safari) shows on your iPad. If you don't have the menu bar showing in the Mail app then try closing the Mail app via the iPad's multitasking bar and see if it shows when you re-open it : iOS: Force an app to close
If that doesn't fix it then you could try a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -
I got a software update message this morning and clicked install and restart. Now my e-mail icon has disappeared from the dashboard. How do I get it back?
Don't recall the exact wording. But it is the same in appearance as others. Anyway, problem solved using RogerWilmut1 reply to someone else. I opened Applications and got the icon back. Thanks for responding.

The swoosh sound my iphone5 made when I moved mail to trash has stopped. How do I get it back?
First quit and restart Mail and see if the sound returns. BTW it is selected in Settings > Sounds correct?
Go to the Home screen and double click the Home button. That will reveal the row of recently used apps at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold on the app in question until it wiggles and displays a minus sign. Tap the minus sign to actually quit the app. Then tap anywhere on the screen above that bottom row to return the screen to normal. Then restart the app and see if it works normally.
If that doesn't work try a reboot of your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem. -
As soon as I changed de Pop settings in t, all my mail disappered in a matter of minutes, Why? How can I get it back? I did full backup a couple of weeks ago, can I recover it from there?
Hey jartansmom,
Thanks for the question. You may need to configure the outgoing mail server for the account. The following resource will outline how to navigate to these settings, however instead of adding a server, you’ll then want to update the settings with your correct username and password:
iOS: Configuring additional outgoing mail servers
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4519
1. Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
2. Tap the Mail account for which you would like to change the settings. If you configured your account using any of the built-in presets, IMAP, or Exchange, you may need to tap Account Info on the following screen.
3. On the Account Info screen, locate the Outgoing Mail Server section and tap the existing SMTP entry. A list of SMTP servers will appear with the Primary Server and Other SMTP Servers.
If you need help with your mail settings, you can utilize this tool:
Mail Settings Lookup - Apple Support

Thanks,
Matt M.
