IMAP sent emails & drafts not syncing - MS Outlook 2007

Hello, I am having issues syncing the sent items from desktop outlook 2007 to my passport. I have been trying this figure this out for the past 3 days and hoping someone here can be of some assiastance. I have done the following:- checked the outlook save sent option- deleted and reinstalled email account multiple times on both ends - outlook and passport- been on the phone with BB tech supprt - file logs have been sent to their escalation team. everything seems normal- been on the phone with my site host - bluehost. everything looks good on their end In a nutshell: - when i send an email from my desktop outlook (2007) i do not get a copy of the sent mail on my device- when i send an email from my device (passport) i do not get a copy of the sent mail on my desktop outlook- i also do not get draft copies going both ways- everything worked fine in BB OS 7 The link from this seems to be broken - https://clients.websavers.ca/whmcs/knowledgebase/115/Keeping-your-Sent-folder-in-sync-across-devices.html From what i have been reading many people seem to have this issue. If using an SMTP relay for out going emails on an IMAP account, the Passport wont keep a copy that you can save this is true with Outlook as well if this is a personal email account, i would suggest using Outlook.com to pull your emails from this account so you can use Active Sync and get the Outlook.com connector for outlook 2007 with the new email account. then setup Passport with Active sync. you wont miss any messages since it will pull from old account and everything will sync nice with out the need of other software or cables

ITunes 11 is not syncing my Outlook 2007 calendar on my iPhone 5 on a Windows 7 PC.
I have tried a number of things such as:
Repairing the outlook.pst file with scan pst.exe. This did not work.
Uninstalling all apple software on the PC and then reinstalling it. This did not work.
Turning addins off and on in outlook. This did not work.
Changing outlook.pst files. This did not work.
Replacing iPhone content with content on PCM. This did not work.
Restoring the iPhone does not work.
Nothing works.
I have been working on this issue for a couple of days. It is driving me crazy. I am inches from formatting my hard drive.
Everything worked fine until the most recent iTunes update.

Same here. Spent about an hour trying various solutions to similar problems on other forums before discovering this one, which matches my symptoms exactly. iPad doesn't have this issue, only iPhone 4S.
My iTunes Match renews in two days. This is about the umpteenth disappointment with the service. I almost certainly won't be renewing now.

My ipod touch calendar is not syncing with outlook 2007 after updating itunes

My ipod touch 4g, ios6.1 is not syncing with outlook 2007 since updating itunes last month.Also my calendar entries i added before one
month are missing in my ipod touch.Those entries are automatically deleted from my outlook and i found those entries in the deleted data
folder in my outlook. Even new entries i added in my ipod touch later are also not syncing with outlook.

Help: iphone 4 does not sync with Outlook 2007 ANYMORE

It used to, but not anymore :-(
I have an iphone 4 and work with Microsoft Outlook 2007. In the beginning all worked perfect and I could sync my calendar from outlook with my iphone. Then one day it stopped working and I don't know why or what has happened. I tried a lot, i.e
- I ticked 'sync all calendars' - NO LUCK
- I ticked 'sync selected calendars' - No LUCK
- in the tab "Info" under Advanced I ticked "Replace information on this iphone...." for during this one sync only iTunes would replace the calendar on my iphone with the calendar on my computer - NO LUCK.
- I restored my iphone completely, and after that was all done, I still and again had the 'wrong' calendar on my iphone
But no matter what I do, I have a different calendar on my iphone than on my computer and have to enter all my appointments now twice, once in the computer and then in the iphone.
All the other sync works perfectly fine, contacts, notes, podcasts, music everything but not calendar.
Any ideas??? Thanks for your time.

IPOD not syncing with Outlook 2007 Calendar

Hello:
I have an iPOD video 30gb. The latest firmware (1.2.1) is installed and I'm using version 7.1.1.5 of iTunes on Windows XP Pro SP2. I'm trying to sync my contacts and calendar with Outlook 2007 (full enterprise edition).
I read a lot of discussion threads and KB articles. I even talked to a tech support person, but no one has been able to help yet. I have disk use enabled and syncing with Microsoft Outlook contacts and calendar set.
My contacts transfer fine, but my outlook calendar does not sync with my iPOD.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what might be happening and how to fix it?
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Palm E2 not syncing with Outlook 2007 on Vista platform

The problem is that Outlook Calendar does not sync with my palm.
On 10-1-08 I installed Palm E2. I have Outlook 2007 and Vista platform. I need to use program PD414esetup.exe because it is the latest version compatable with other software I use. Can anyone help me?

Download palmoutlook2007conduits.zip (7.2 MB WinZip compressed file) / Saved the file / Installed it then sync the Palm and my calendar is still different from my palm to Outlook. Any Ideas?

Ovi Suite not syncing with Outlook 2007

OK, I found a lot of messages related to the same issue but no solution so I hope someone can help me!!
I'm trying to sync my N8 with my calendar and tasks but it takes forever and nothing happens.
All other stuff is syncing such as pictures, contacts, messages and music but calendar the message says: Preparing to sync calendar and tasks... and stays like that forever and nothing happens!
I removed PC Suite since N8 is not compatible and check all configurations in the phone and ovi suite. Please help!!
I also called nokia support and they were useless....

PS. When I cancel the calendar sync I have to shut down ovi suite by ctrl+alt+del and sometimes windows crashs and I have to restart

Category colors not syncing with Outlook

I'm using WinXP Home and an AT&T Centro. My category colors are not syncing with Outlook 2007 at all, in either direction. On the PC and on the Centro, the colors are set the same for corresponding categories. Is there a fix?

At this time, color categories for calendar is no longer supported in current versions of Palm Desktop like version 6. Could try Pocket Mirror from Chapura.com for this feature.

Multiple email calendars sync with Outlook 2007

I have synced my Outlook 2007 calendar successfully in both directions with my BB Torch 9800 for ages (version 6 Bundle 2921, Desktop V 7.1). The calendar on the BB automatically named itself 'Default".
However, the minute I added a number of email addresses to my BB (to receive email messages on my phone, rather than waiting until I log on to my computer), the sync will only work in one direction - from Outlook to BB, not vice-versa. I note that each email address sets up its own calendar.
When I enter a new appointment on the BB, it goes into the calendar for the first email I added. This calendar does not sync with my Outlook and there is no 'default' calendar option to 'pull down' on the BB when I enter a new appointment.
I have spent a huge amount of time on this including wiping BB and starting again, and looking at as many websites as possible for help. All to no avail.
Can any one help please?

When more than one calendar exists on your BlackBerry smartphone, one calendar is set as the default. To confirm which calendar is set to default, click the Options icon from the Home screen and select Advanced Options > Default Services.
Note: For BlackBerry 6, click the Options icon and select Device > Advanced System Settings > Default Services.
Make sure that the default Calendar is the one that you are adding the new entries on.
If this is the case, please contact your mobile service provider and request that they contact BlackBerry on your behalf.

Are you storing Drafts, Sent, Trash and Junk messages on the server via your .Mac account with Mail?
If so, do you access your .Mac account with an email client on another computer or regularly access your account via webmail on another computer?
If not, any other reason you need to store Drafts and Sent messages on the server?
While composing a message with Mail, it is temporarily saved in the account's Drafts mailbox so sounds like something went wrong with the process between finishing and sending the message with Drafts and Sent being stored on the server.
If you don't have any need for this, better to store Drafts and Sent messages locally on the hard drive with Mail.

Sent mail does not sync between devices

My sent mail does not sync between devices. For example, if I send an email from my Iphone it does not show in my sent box on the MAC mail (postage stamp). If I send mail from MAC mail it does not show on my phone. But if I go to Yahoo (mail) I can see all sent mail.
What am I doing wrong? Is there a setting that allows them to snch sent mail??

From reports on this site, Yahoo mail doesn't work reliably with Mail. The following steps may help.
Quit Mail. Force quit if necessary.
Back up all data. That means you know you can restore the Mail database, no matter what happens.
Triple-click the line below on this page to select it:
~/Library/Mail/V2/MailData/Envelope Index
Copy the selected text to the Clipboard (command-C). In the Finder, select
Go ▹ Go to Folder
from the menu bar. Paste into the box that opens (command-V), then press return.
A Finder window will open with a file selected. Move the selected file to the Desktop, leaving the window open. Other files in the folder may have names that begin with "Envelope Index". Move those files, if any, to the Trash.
Log out and log back in. Relaunch Mail. It should prompt you to re-import your messages. You may get a warning that the index is corrupt and that Mail has to quit. Click OK.
Test. If Mail now works as expected, you can delete the file you moved to the Desktop. Otherwise, post your results.

Nevv Palm TX will not sync my Outlook 2003 calendar

My new TX will not sync my Outlook calendar (or the Palm calendar for that matter). Will do tasks, memos, contacts.
I have re-installed the Palm software several times now. Still no luck. Here is the log from my last sync:

To get to your conduit settings right click on the hotsync manager and select custom then go calendar select change and set to synchronize.

Address book will not sync with outlook

I have a bb curve 8530. My desktop PC runs windows 7 and Outlook. The address book will not sync with outlook. The calendar function, however, will sync with outlook. The error messages are:
"Runtime error: unable to locate application in system table. The product may not be installed properly; run the installer and choose repair."
Or, "Intellisyncy error encountered 0x8004fff."
or, "unable to complete synchronization."
I have pulled out the battery of the 8530 to try a hard reset. I have reloaded on my PC the latest software from the BB website. I have reset and configured synchronization settings multiple times in every possible order. I have deleted from my outlook contacts any large files. I do not know what the installer the error message refers to.

you cant reset your PIN, it is hardcoded into the BB
where is your PIN missing?
when it syncs the calendar, does it look like it syncs but nothing actually happens, no errors?
or does it crash with an error?
on your BB go to options- advanced options- default services
make sure facebook is not set for CICAL
