IMAQdx : licensed not activated

Hi All,
I am trying run my vision program executable which uses IMAQdx vi's, but every time I try to run the program I get error saying " NI-IMAQdx : Licensed not activated" whereas when i go to License manager, all the product labview and vision developmental run time module is green and activated.
Please let me know what can be the issue. I also tried uninstalling and installing and activating run time and imaq dx driver again.

Could you confirm that you don't have installed Vision Development Module on your computer?
Could you attach a printscreen with list of NI Software installed on your system?
For the purpose of testing, I would still suggest to install Vision Acquisition Software 2012. In order to make sure that you are still able to see your camera, you need to save the camera file
which has *.icd extension.

If you save that file and install older version of Vision Acquisition Software, you should be able to use it properly with your current camera.

Unity Express 8.0.1 Permanent License not Active

Hi guys, i have a wierd issue about licenses in CUE 8.0.1, when i try to active the 50 mailboxes they deactivate, i have to activate only 25 to get the voicemail application enabled, here are some outputs from my system i hope some one can help me, i already changed the mailbox size for each user in the system to 1500 and the default setting as well.

GoldenGate license not active.

When i query table DBA_FEATURE_USAGE_STATISTICS to know if my golden gate license is active this one return no result.
I try to force a scan with this package exec dbms_feature_usage_internal.exec_db_usage_sampling(sysdate-1);
But the result is the same.
Do you know why the databse doesn't detect the use of GoldenGate and if other method exist to verify the license activation?

If running Oracle Database 11g (11.2.0.4) or Oracle Database 12c (12.1.0.x), did you enable the parameter ENABLE_GOLDENGATE_REPLICATION=TRUE?
In running your query on my 12c (12.1.0.2) database with goldengate enabled (set to true), I get nothing when running it:
select count(*) from dba_feature_usage_statistics
where name like lower('%gold%');
Returns 0 results.
Keeping in mind that GoldenGate is slowly becoming the new Streams/Advance Replication (or vise-versa), you can look at it this way as well:
select name, currently_used, last_usage_date from dba_feature_usage_statistics
where name like 'Streams%' or name like '%Replication';
Results:

I would suspect that since the merging of these two products (GoldenGate and Oracle Database) has only recently started, it may be awhile before it appears in DBA_FEATURES_USAGE_STATSITICS.

One of our end user is facing this "User license type 53 - error "User type 53 is not active" issue.

User Type 53 is:
53 mySAP Limited Prof. (Cat III) mySAP Business Suite Limited Professional (Cat III)
Check whether the active user types for both the user ids in these two systems are in sync or not. Also make sure that there is no wrong value is set in SU01 for the user id. Both system should contain same settings for company specific settings.. like ... Company address, Decimal Notation of users, Time Zone of user, License type etc. etc. ...
Check these things and let us know what you got.

Acrobat Pro IX License was activated and was working fine. Then it stop working application would not launch. I

My Acrobat Pro IX license was activated and was working fine. Then the application stop launching after an update was by Adobe. After a while I uninstalled the application successfully, logged on to my adobe account, viewed past purchases, re-downloaded the application successfully, activated the license and entered my serial number. The next day I get a pop up message that my trial licenses is set to expire in 29 days. I clicked again to activate my license and this time, the message stated that the license for serial number has been revoked.
How do I resolve this matter?

NOOK Simple Touch says "Error Dialog: user not activated" whenever I try to open e-books?

I have had my Nook Simple Touch for about a year now, and I have been using Adobe Digital Editions without a problem. Now, all of the sudden, Barnes and Noble updated my software and I can't read any of my ADE books!! It just says "Error Dialog: User not activated" every time I click on them. I have looked at many other websites and I have tried plugging my nook in to my computer and reauthorizing it, reauthorizing my computer, deleting the digital editions file and .adobe-digital-editions file, redownloading my books, turning my nook off and on, crying, and screaming. The weird thing is, in all the instructions, it says a pop-up box will come up when I delete the files, but it never does. Is that normal? I always have to do it manually by clicking on the gear. I even made sure I "unhid" all the hidden files. I HAVE DONE EACH OF THESE AT LEAST 5 TIMES AND THEY NEVER WORK!!! HELP ME, PLEASE.
Also, a lot of the websites say to make sure your Barnes and Noble ADE I.D. is the same as the one on your ADE computer I.D.. Is the B&N ADE I.D. different from just the Barnes and Noble ID? Becasue I have been using my sisters email for my computer ADE and my email for the B&N I.D.. Are they supposed to be the same? If so, how come I was able to use it without a problem before?? I tried reauthorizing ADE with my email, because I also have an ADE account with my email, but then it wouldn't let me redownload my books onto the new account. Does this mean I have to change the ADE computer I.D. and wait until my books are available again to read them? Is that the way to fix it? UGH!

Just to clarify, there are two levels of Authorization -- one for the ADE software and one for the nook. You have to use your Adobe account to authorize both (and they have to be authorized with the same user name). It sounded like your original problem (Kcoline) was with the Nook authorization, and it was the same problem the rest of us were having.
To get your files back, I suggest carefully reading over the "Activation and Authorization" section of the ADE help. It appears that ADE will automatically find your files but note the "Note" in quoted text below...

If it's not finding your files, it may be because they're located in a folder different from the one that ADE is trying to use to find them.
You may also want to check the "Transferring items between computers" section, as this describes where the files should be located, and how to reimport them into your library.

I know what you are asking and in the other thread, you were told it was for 2010 only. There is some support for 2009 but not for your old version. Go with the dongle suggested or upgrade your version of LabVIEW.

AME CS6 Application Not Activated

Today I went to queue some videos in Adobe Media Encoder that I edited in Premiere Pro CS6 and received a message saying that the program that installed ME was not activated.
"Thank you for installing Adobe Media Encoder CS6. The Adobe product that installed Media Encoder has not actiavted. Please launch and activate that Adobe product before continuting to use Media Encoder."
When I click OK and it closes. I can export direct out of Premiere (single exports), but ME will not open.
What are my options here? I've tried rebooting, but that didn't do anyting. Is there an actual issue with my serial number, or is there a problem with the program itself? Is there any kind of workaround to get Media Encoder running?
Premiere indicates that is it fully activated and I have no issues with it.

Could you try deactivaging the license and re-activate it? Does it solve the issue?

Previously activated users now getting "Product not activated"

We have Office 2010, and use MAK keys for activation. Today we've had 4 users who were previously activated (for a couple of years) say that they're suddenly getting the "Product not activated" message. A look at MS EOpen license page shows that
we're not out of licenses. We can get it working using the elevated command prompt "cscript ospp.vbs /act" but I'd like to know what's going on. It would be great if I could fix them all and prevent future recurrences.
All of the machines are Dell laptops with Windows 7.

Don and Greta, thanks for your prompt responses. I spoke with MS Activation Support, and it appears our KMS key was blocked. This is likely because of our "divorce" from our parent organization; I expect they used their KMS key (legally, we owned
our own licenses but I believe the umbrella org can use the same key for all children).
Rather than figuring out how to set up a KMS server for some, but not all, of our machines, I figured I'd convert them to the MAK in my organization's name. I made the following script (and another for 64-bit machines):
cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14
cscript ospp.vbs /inpkey:XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-ZZZZZ
cscript ospp.vbs /act
When I run this from the cmd prompt (as administrator) it runs fine; at the end it says "product activation successful" with ZZZZZ as the last characters. However, when I run any audit program (Kaseya or Belarc Advisor) it shows that the old KMS
key is still there. This has been the case on at least 8 machines.
When I look at MS Volume Licensing page, I now see 8 new activations on the key that ends in ZZZZZ. Is there any way to make the machine reflect that it is using a fully licensed MAK? I did try restarting, and I ran the batch file while all instances of
Office were closed.

Adobe PDF creation cannot continue because Acrobat not activated

Adobe CS3, Acrobat Professional 8.1.0, Windows XP Pro: CS3 has been working faultlessly for several years. Suddenly, when I try to print using Adobe PDF as printer I get message "Adobe PDF creation cannot continue because Acrobat not activated". To my knowledge all of CS 3 should be activated. InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge, Illustrator, etc work fine. I can even open Acrobat 8 and call up documents but I cannot print to it. When I click on "Activation" in Help menu, both "Activate" and "Deactivate" are grayed out. Any suggestions?

The tool repairs the license but before using this tool, have you tried re-booting the system just in case this is a temporary problem? Also, it is a good idea to create a temporary profile and try using the PDF printer to see if it is working.
If it is working in your temporary profile, then this suggests that your preference file might need to be re-created but this is for next time after you have tried using the pdf in your test profile.

Partitioning not active BW oracle 9i

Hi,
I'm installing BW 3.5 based on windowsNT/oracle9i. I've found solutions to the problems so far, but now it seems that partitioning is not active and I don't know what to do. Still, the option has been installed with the database but the parameter is not set in the table V$version.
The problem appeared when I tryied to create a transfer structure in BW.
How can I activate partitioning in oracle 9.2 ?

The Oracle partitioning feature is automatically enabled during installation of the BW system. If you have completed a normal installation, and the partitioning feature is not active, this points to something missed in the installation. Perhaps you have obtained your Oracle installations (and licensing) directly from Oracle, and not through SAP. If this is the case, you should contact Oracle about the partitioning feature. If you completed a normal installation, and for some reason the partitioning feature is not active, please open an SAP customer message on this topic.

I'm a newbie and just purchased my Zen Micro last weekend. I have been downloading music from Rhapsody successfully until last night. This morning I turned on my Zen and am getting "license not found" message.
I just subscribed to Rhapsody a few days ago so I'm current on my subscription. What causes this out of sync situation.
By the way, I have XP pro and went through hoops to get my computer to recognize the Zen after I upgraded the firmware to the version 2. If anyone has issues, I can share what i had to do to get around the problem.

Do you have a License key? 24 digit numerical? If yes uninstall to existing version of Lightroom using your operating system procedure, this will not interfere with your catalog, preferences and personal files.
Download the appropriate version for your operating system from this site. Product updates proceed to install and enter your License key.
If you have a Adobe Creative Cloud subscription then you may need to uninstall the existing version the reboot and open the Adobe Creative Cloud Application Manager, login to your account and Lightroom CC should be available to install. The application will be automatically activated.
