HI Expert ..
I have following Query , Can we assign different IP address to the same apn request based on IMEI number , In other word:
if request for “internet” apn come from Iphone handset/IMEI I want to assign to it an IP address from following pool of IP address = 10.10.0.0/16 subnet .
If request for “internet” apn come from Blackberry handset/IMEI I want to assign to it an IP address from following pool of IP address = 10.70.0.0/16 subnet .

Hello, I am working on a SAP CRM 7 Sales implementation and we are implementing leads and opportunity scenarios. The current business organization model is that there multiple vertical and horizontal departments. This is typical matrix structure. This organization has done the segregation of its clients based on the verticals so every clients belongs to at least one or more Vertical department but Horizontal departments can contact all the clients. In the same way sales executives are also either belonging to one or more Verticals or Horizontal departments? Horizontal sales executive can create leads for any clients available in the system but a Vertical sales executive can only create lead only for the client belongs to his vertical and assigned to him. This can be achieved by creating organization structure and business partner relationship.
Now the problem statement is that few sales executives need work for both some Verticals and Horizontals at the same time. But requirement is that they should be able to do the both roles with single user id but multiple roles. So when sales executive is creating leads his vertical department, he should only be able to select clients assigned to his Vertical only but when he is creating lead for Horizontal department, he should be able to select any clients.
So Can I determine the business partners linked to user based on the assigned role and org. structure?
Please let me know if this is not clear also note we are only using CRM WebUI no SAP ePortal.

i have resources assigned by a target reconciliation ... what i need is assign a role based on resources that the user has..
if the user has 4 resources added by a target reconciliation and these 4 resources make a role then the role has to be assigned automatically...

Default the GR based IV check in PO based on account assignment category

Hi Experts,
We have the below business requirement based on GR based IV check in the PO. We knows that this can be automatically defaulted by using the two master records.
1.Vendor master,
2.Purchase info record.
But our cilents needs this field to be automated based on the account assignment category. Because lot of vendors are created without the activiation of this check box also they do not want to go by mass upload transaction to change the master records.
They want only based on the account assignement category. For example if a PO is created using the account assignement K then this GR based IV is selected automatically.
Kindly adivce any configuration setting is available to fullfill this requiremennt.

unfortunately the GR based IV can not be set in OME9 (in customizing).
In ME21N, if it is normal PO, GR Based IV indicator is not set. But if
item category = D, GR Based IV indicator is automatically set by
system.

does anyone try to associate a ip pool using RAC ? I'm not see the IETF radius attribute 8 (Framed-IP-Address) in configuration. rIs it right?

I need to associate different Radius attribute when an user is connecting on different NAS client. For example:
Case 1: user1 connect on VPN concentrator and I don't need to assign IP pool.
Case 2: user1 connect on dialup via RAS and i need to assign IP pool.
I used Network Access Profile to identify request from a NAS and assign a RAC but there isn't possibility to configure the attribute 8 (Framed-IP-Address).

Dynamic Pool - Assign to a managed server

I have Admin Server and one managed server. I was able to create dynamic
pool following the documentations. Now I have two problems:
1) The dunamic pool is created but the target was not assigned. If you remember,
each
ppol, data source, JMS etc must be assigned to a target. By default they are assigned
to the Admin Server (if you are not using Managed Server). But in my case I more
than one
server (one Admin, one managed). When I create ppol dynamically, how do I specify
the target?
How is it any helpful to just create a dynamic pool, if it has nto been assiged

Hide a View Variant embedded inside View Cluster based on Switch Assignment

Hi,
We have a view cluster in which one 2 view variants are present.
Now, we want to display only one of these view variants based on the switch assignment.
While creating an entry for view variant in View cluster I've added swithc name to one of the views. So based on whether the switch is active or not that view variant will be displayed.
But for the other view variant there is no switch assignment made, so it will always be visible.
Is there any way that we can make the visiblity of 2 view variants mutually exclusive based on some switch assignment
Any help is appreciated.

Req and PO Make Order Mandatory Based on Acct Assignement Catagory

Is there a way to make the field order on the account assignment tab mandatory based upon which account assignment catagory is selected? For account assignment catagory "F" we need order mandatory all others not mandatory.

IP Pool assigned by the ACS

We are implementing the VPN 3015 Concentrator and using ACS to assign IPs to the VPN clients. Want to use 10.200.200.0/24 subnet as a pool, but I can not find the way to assign the right mask. I guess, the ACS detects that this is a class A network and assigns 255.0.0.0 mask to the clients. Is there any way to hardcode it to 255.255.255.0?

It is recommended to reconfigure the settings in the VPN concentrator and the ip pools on the ACS:
On the VPN Concentrator, choose Configuration > System > Address Management > Assignment > Use Address from Authentication Server > Apply in order to choose the authentication server option for IP address assignment.
On the Cisco VPN 3000 Concentrator, choose Configuration > System > Servers > Accounting Servers.
Add the details for the ACS in order to specify the ACS as an Accounting Server. This allows the ACS to see what IP addresses are in use and assign free IP addresses.
In the ACS, go into either the User Setup or the Group Setup in order to provide the IP address.
Choose VPN Client IP Address Assignment.
Choose Assigned from AAA server pool. An IP address pool on the Authentication Authorization Accounting (AAA) server assigns the IP address.

ME51/ ME21 screen control based on account assignment

Hi,
Previously there was an addition of one field name PARTNER in account assignment category pop-up screen. I did not find out how this field has been added in the pop-up screen. I checked for all customization as well as functional modules but nothing was there. This PARTNER field is enable for Tcode- ME51/ ME21. Requirement is to enable it for enjoy transaction ME51N/ ME21N but only for a particular account assignment category.
Can anyone help me where is the screen control for the pop-up screen based on Tcodes and only for a particular category.
Note:
This field is enable for Z and not for K.

Hi Kumar,
Account Assignment Category and Item Category belong to the item level and not to the header level of a purchase order (table EKPO). Therefore,   neither Account Assignment Category nor Item Category are available in CEKKO.As work-around you can use the following user-exit:
MM06EF0S_STRATEGIE_CEKKO
(enhancement M06E0004, EXIT_SAPLEBND_002, ZXM06U22).
In this user-exit the data are available in structure I_CEKKO.   The hand-over from I_CEKKO to the calling program is via structure E_CEKKO.   In the user-exit I_CEKKO has to be copied to E_CEKKO , e.g.
E_CEKKO = I_CEKKO.

I can no longer access my company's web based portal through a tethered laptop. All other web pages work. Has anyone experienced anything like this? It's a verizon problem for sure since I can get to it from every other method...

It could very well be Verizon where you're able to access from your home PC. But have you tried looking into the Laptops operating system Device Manager to see if that gives any indication of anything, like perhaps possible network driver update?

LDAP groups to pool assignation problem

Hi All,
I have created two pools "Vista" and "Ubuntu" with two LDAP group associated ("Vista" and "Ubuntu"). I have a user "XX" which is in both LDAP groups (Vista and Ubuntu).
When I display information about user XX in WEb interface, I get the information that the user is in 2 pools. But when I try to connect, I don't get any chooser and a desktop is started (generally the last used).
Both pools contain enough free desktops (about 10).
I have tried to use the "vda" command to see the configuration from command line.Unfortunately, I don't succeed. The command "vda user-search" give me the answer "XX uid=XX,ou=People" and when I try to pass the command "vda user-show XX" I get the answer "user not found, try command vda user-search".
I use VDI3 software with the latest patches.
Any help or idea would be greatly appreciated.
