In fact I got my iphone stolen and I cannot find the IMEI number (don't have the box anymore) and on the itunes profiles, under my devices 2 iphones and 1 ipad, when I roll my mouse over the devices, for my ipad I get the series number, the iphone stolen I get only the telephone number, no series or IMEI number and the 2nd iphone, I get the series number. I would like to get somehow the IMEI number of of my stolen iphone so I can forward to the police.

The iPhone's IMEI number will not help you find the iPhone. The only way to find it is to have turned on Settings > iCloud > Find My before it was lost. Then login to your iCloud account from a computer or another device running the Find My Phone app, click Find My Phone and if the iPhone is turned on and connected to the internet it should show its location. If it is turned off or not connected to the internet it will not show up and there is no other way to find it.

Your carrier also has a record of your phone's IMEI number. Whether they will disclose such to you is another story.

can any one help me to recover my iphone, which i had lost. I don't have box and itune backup. only serial number is with me.

scenario is that when i purchased iphone 4g. It has restarting issue so i took that for warranty claim, They kept only handset not the box and other accessries. After a week they returned me the only iphone handset not any thing else. It was working ok - I thought it was same iphone which i got in box but repaired or software reset.
Then after 1.8 year i lost that phone, unfortunatly I sold out my laptop having itunes backup brfore lost.
I had only icloud backup of my iphone. I provided my IMEI to local security authorities to recover my phone. But there is no progress, Then I realized my be I provided them wrong IMEI. Then i checked out the serial number on the box I have and the serial number registered on my apple support account both are different. I checked IMEI status on different website they have status that "Device has been replaced"

I'm sorry to hear about your phone. You can hold down the control button on your keyboard and open 'About iTunes' from the iTunes menu. Within the scrolling text, it will show you the serial number and the IMEI number of the last iPhone connected. You can hit the space bar to stop the scrolling text.

with the app "find my iphone" i could lokate the iphone in poland (a neighbour land of germany)
since friday the iphone is offline so i cant lokate the iphone anymore
so i think they have changed the IMEI number to use the iphone.

Look at the box the phone came in.
If you do not have it, and you synched your iPhone with iTunes:
On iTunes prefrences select DEVICES. You will see a list of your backups. Move the cursor over the backup of your iPhone and you will see the Phone number, the IMEI and serial number of the iPhone.

I have been using my iPhone 5s without trouble but since my partner has bought a new phone (not smart phone - same number but new moblie provider) I can send text messages but cannot make a call to her. I get a voice telling me her number is not in service. Her brother has same problem form his iPhone. Is this a fault with her mobile provider or is it something in settings on my phone? I would contact your mobile provider. I had a similar problem a number of years ago when attempting to call one number (not from an iPhone) and the provider was able to identify and resolve the problem on their end.
