IMessage activation message. Why I have to pay more than once?

Hi there. Here is my issue with iMessage:
I'm from Spain (sorry for my bad English). I buyed an iPhone 4S one month ago. I activated iMessage then, and yesterday I was checking my phone invoice when I noticed I had sent 3 international sms (to U.K.). Each one was 0'60 € I checked the number, and It is an activation number used by Apple to verify your number. I can understand this, but i can't understand why you have to pay for this verification everytime you switch on iMessage. I checked the dates when these messages were send and the other 2 messages were send when I restore my iPhone (iOS 5.0.1 upgrade and another one because i changed my AppleID). So, I think this is a bug from iOS5 that I should't pay and It's something Apple must fix.
I have read in other Spanish Forums about people with more than 10 activation messages (about 6 €) and other people without these messages, so I don't understand what happens.
Have anyone the same problem?? Any solutions? Thanks

Probably because you purchased them again, instead of following the proper method for redownloading apps.

Notifiers: have it run more than once.

Hi,
I just started learning about notifiers and occurrences by reading through the forums and looking at the labview examples. I need to use the functionality of notifiers/occurrences in my VI and I choose to use notifiers. I will give a slight description of the functionality that I implemented and the issue I am facing. ( The VI is attached to this post)
On the front panel of my VI I have a button labelled Run which when clicked is recognized by the event structure. This event structure is within a while loop so that I can read the Run event value change all the time. On clicking the Run button i want a specific block diagram to execute and to do this i used a Notifier so that once the Run button is clicked the notifier is sent to the specific block diagram where wait on notification is used to receive it and execute that block diagram. Now when this specific block diagram is being executed the value of the Run button is changed to true and after everything in the block diagram is executed the value is changed back to false so the next time the run button is clicked it should send a notification and run the desired block diagram again.
Well, the problem I have is that I am able to send the notification only once, when after the desired block diagram finishes executing and I click the Run button again my notification is not sent and I dont know why this happens. Any help on this issue is greatly appreciated.
In the attached VI I have described the bare bones of the application that i am building.

The code you want to be repeated in a frame sequence structure, it will execute only once. Also, you should add a way to stop your event loop without having to hit the abort button. You also created 2 notifiers called RUN, I'm not sure but this is probably something you should not do. You should also look at some examples of how to use parallel loops. Another thing, you should always release the notifier before stopping the VI.
I attached a quick example (that probably need some amelioration).

Why cant poll a file more than once using File Adapter..

Hi All,
When we run webservice, as I am using File Adapter to read/write the file information.
Usually, File Adapter reads once every file and it wont read again the same file whcih already red.
Where and How this status maintained by File Adapter/BPEL in the system.
Where this will be avvailable and why cant File Adapter read/poll the same file.
Pls can any one of you share your ideas on the same.

Tried to get some information around where ftp adapter stores the timestamp but couldnt find anything useful.
But we have a table for File adapter which captures the processing information (FILEADAPTER_IN )
I dont have the setup for FTP adapter to run an example. If you could try the below we can clarify that the timestamp is not stored in memory.
Configure as usual for a folder with a file pattern for FTP adapter.
Drop a file to process it and then restart the SOA Suite and try to drop the same file with same timestamp to see wheather FTP adapter picks up or not.
Ideally i feel once you restart the SOA Suite it should pick up the file, if still not picks up the file for second time then we need to dig indepth to see where this information is stored.
btw what is your usecase ?

Why does cloud copy pictures more than once

everytime I download a picture it gets copied three or four times. it does it on my phone and computer. How do I stop it from doing this.

mycalls2010, I know that would bug me just the same. To be certain, you state that images you download are the ones copied? Does this also happen to photos that you take with the camera? Where are they being copied to? Within the gallery? Are they placed within the same folder or separate?

Continual request to upgrade. even though I have gon thru process more than once

Over the last few weeks I have been continually ask to upgrade to the latest version. I have done this more than once. just a few days ago and I am still getting request..Whts up?

If there are problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.

If you didn't buy anything you don't have to pay. But the App Store requires you to enter your Apple ID password when you download a free app. And in order to have an Apple ID you must have a form of payment entered. You will not be charged to download a free app.

Thank you so much for all your suggestions & helpful links to get help. I am not very computer literate. I have taken many classes over the years I've had a computer but I am still only a beginner.
I want to tell you that I found a solution to my problem. I finally realized that maybe FF was not the problem but Wind. 7 on my new comp. I went on the 7 Forums & found another person who had the same problem & the answer was simple all I had to do was to right click on the Notepad icon & it would bring up a new Notepad & I could open & minimize as many as I want. I had moved the Notepad icon to my taskbar from the Start menu when I got my new computer.
I have one more question for you. The notepad 2 program was mentioned there along with several others. I think it was about that prog. that someone said that it could open many notepads & when you closed the comp. the notepads would not disappear. Do you know if it was that program? Also is it possible to use that program the same way as I used the original Notepad? There are so many technical options on that program that I didn't understand. All I want to do is open the Notepad & copy & paste my notes in it & minimize them. Not losing them if I shut down the comp. would be real benefit to me. I believe that is the same prog. you recommended to me. Since you seem to understand tech things I thought maybe you could tell me if that is possible?

When I tried to order through At&t, it didn't give an unlimited option. I then ordered through apple website which basically let me get the already existing plan, which has unlimited data. If not for it, I would have gone with Sprint.
