IMessage not working on iPad after iOS 7 u/g

I know this is on all the forums - somewhere, but my iPad has been stuffed as far as iMessage is concerned since iOS 7 was installed. It receives OK, but when you try to send, the send ribbon gets to around the 80% mark and it stops. Nothing I do has made any difference. Reset all the cloud setting, verified my connection, but nothing.

Ok, so it's a known bug affecting a common function of Apple devices, right? Why the **** wasn't it checked before the release? And what the heck is taking so long? iOS 7 has been out a month now!

What can I do to fix this?
We can even connect to the imessage network with the ipads.

Imessage not working on iPad since iOS 7

Very frustrated.
Since the ios7 update my imessage and facetime on my ipad are not working, iphone is fine.
I have reset ipad , i have forgot device on wifi and reset it. Ive read all advice here and nothing works. It tells me to check my connection.
Im using my apple account ive always used im using the wifi i use on my phone , ive checked all my passwords etc etc etc
Now im just frustrated as dont know what else to do... Please help.

Try a Restart.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Apple recommends this only if you are unable to restart it.
Resetting your settings
You can also try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. You won't lose any data, but it takes time to enter all of the settings again.

IMessage & FaceTime Not Working on iPad after iOS 6.0.1 update?

I have an iPad 16GB 3rd Generation and whenever I try to sign in with my Apple ID to Messages and FaceTime it pops up with "Could not sign in. Please check your network connection and try again." I have tried so many things for this including resetting my network settings and creating a new Apple ID but my wifi connection works perfectly fine on safari etc but not on iMessage and FaceTime. Please Help?

The problem isn't that the app is frozen, it just blinks, then closes when you attempt to launch it.

Notes not working on iPad after iOS 6.1.3

After updating to iOS 6.1.3, Notes will not load on my iPad. When I click the icon, a blank note opens momentairly, then the app closes. Anyone else having this issue? It appears to be fine on my iPhone. Only the iPad seems to be affected.

TS4268 iMessage not working on iPad and iPod after IOS7 update.

My iMessage is not working on both my iPad and iPod. I have done everything the apple website has said to do and I don't have the options suggested. They just simply will not send. Can someone please help me fix it?
My iPad is updated to IOS 7.0.2 and my iPod is IOS 6.1.2.

Yes, I've tried everything, logged in and out of everything, re-synced the ipad....settings ar ethe same on both devices but the ipad does not message and the phone does.
From what I have read I'm not the only one with this issue since the iOS7 upgrade.

IMessage not working since upgrading to ios 5.1 iPhone or iPad??!!

Both myself and my partner have iPhones. I'm on a 4S she has my old 3GS. Since we both updated to 5.1 iMessage doesn't work, anyone I know who hasn't upgraded past 5.0, iMessage still works. Any ideas. Auto time update is on, on both handsets, it's strange as it was working for a few days after the update then it suddenly stopped one afternoon and hasn't worked since.

Try turning iMessage off, wait a few minutes, then turn it back on.

ITunes Radio not working on iPad after update to iOS 7

it shows its been updated and I can see the stations, but it keeps saying that radio station cannot be added
or it will not even start...Ive rebooted it a couple times and even did a factory reset and it still will not play

I would try and hold the power and home button down at the same time for 15 seconds or until device shuts off, then see if it works. If that does not work try resetting your device. If you do not want to reset it, contact Apple support. make sure to back up everything on device!

AirDrop not working on iphone5 after ios 7.1 update

My iphone5 does not connect with my ipad air on bt or airdrop, ipad can see iphone but iphone do not pair with any device
I try hard reset, alter settings but won't work.
It seems to be a bug on ios 7.1
So sad because either I should use iCloud for exchange files Or with itunes

Also having same problems as above, AirDrop not working between iPhones or iPads from iPhoto. On same WiFi, blue tooth searching for devices but not connecting. Tried hard reset, checked privacy settings, icon is there, blinks when pressed, but no other activity. Have used AirDrop previously many times with no problems, now nothing. Machines and iOS all up to date.
Off to work, hope someone can come up with some solution.

IMessage not working on iMac after iOS8 install on iPhone

I installed iOS8 on my iPhone and my iPad but it seems to have caused iMessage to stop working on my iMac. It tells me that I cannot use my Apple ID for iMessage at this time !? Strange!
I updated the OS on the iMac to the most recent update but the iMessage still does not work. It is giving me an error message to contact Apple support with a code number shown. I did that but since its sunday today nobody was available who would know how to fix it, which is VERY annoying.
If anybody knows what to do could you please let me know.

There is no official public documentation of that alert as far as I know, but apparently it can sometimes mean that the same Apple ID is being used with the iTunes Store or one of the other Apple content stores, and the payment method is invalid. Sign in to the store and review your account. You do not, of course, have to provide any billing information to set up an account to use only with iMessage, as it's a no-charge service.
Another possibility is that the primary or alternate email address is invalid. Search the Web for the phrase "My Apple ID." The top hit should be an Apple web page with that title. I'm not giving a direct link because such links are never to be trusted. Sign in and verify the ID.
Otherwise, do as the alert directs. According to reports, you won't be charged for the support call if you select "Apple ID"—not the hardware model—as the product you're asking about, and cite the "customer code" in the alert as the "validation code" when you speak to the Apple representative. I can't confirm.

Imessages not working by iPad Air

I can't send imessages by iPad Air iOS 7.0.4 , I continue to receive the message "not delivered " ( I have enabled messages . )
One year ago , I used to send imessage by iPad 3 normally no problem.

My cousin has an iphone and I have an ipad. For months we have been using imessage daily successfully. All of the sudden, now we can't. Imessaging worked on Ipad before last update. Tried turning on and off, tried resetting, I type message and send button not highlighted

1. Messages on the iPad can only be sent to other iDevices
2. They must also be registered with iMessage
Note: The two above conditions must be met.

IMessage not working on iPad when tethering

Ever since I upgraded to ios 6.1.3 I can no longer send or receive iMessages on my ipad when tethering from my iPhone, is anyone else having this same issue? This is annoying.
