IMessage says that my Apple ID password is incorrect, so I changed it and it continues to give me the same message. What is the problem?
I have an iPhone 5 and it kicked me out of iMessage. When I went to reactivate it, it told me that my username or password was incorrect. So I changed my password. Still said it was incorrect. However, I can login to iTunes (and here) with the same password I use for my Apple ID. What's going on?
I have the same problem and I'm wondering if it has something to do with me closing an account that paypal used to pay for my purchases made on my phone before I had the new account activated. . . or maybe because I have not called to say when I will be paying my phone bill.

My iPhone 4a keep telling to plug it in to iTunes and restore it I do that and then the next day it ask me to do the same thing what is the problem? I need and trouble shoot or some type of solution for this problem.
If you have restored as new and the device continues to go into restore mode, then it appears you need to make an appointment at the Genius bar as there could be a hardware issue with your device.
One last question, the phone has not been hacked/jailbroken, has it? -
I have received an email saying that my Apple ID has been reset. This wasn't by me!! Does this mean that someone has accessed my account. Tried phoning Apple but they keep sending me emails saying that they have tried but I haven't answered. My number is correct.
Are you sure they say the password has been changed or that *if* you want to change it, then go to a web site and do it there. If the latter, just ignore the email. If the former (and I'm assuming the email is regarding a changed password, but it could mean the security questions have been changed), then using a computer's browser, try logging into icloud.com. If you can do that using the old password, then it's not clear what the email means.

I am trying to follow the steps to switch from my old IPhone 4 to my new IPhone 5s. I am having several issues.
1. My Iphone 5s is telling me my Apple ID password is incorrect, it is not.
2. When I first turned on my IPhone 5s, it uploaded my IPad information. I don't want that to remain on the phone.
I am going crazy trying to get this new phone going. I cannot afford the $29.99 one time support and cannot make it to an Apple store during the work week. Is there anyone who can help?IF you have a backup for your iPhone 4, I suggest you to go on your new 5S to Settings / General all the way down to / Reset and then click on to Erase All Content and Settings.
PLEASE keep in mind that this will erase all the content of the machine and reset it to fabric.
Then, it will prompt again all the Configuration for the new iPhone, and when suggested to backup, choose the iPhone 4 one.
additional help: if you still have the iPhone 4 with all the data you want to copy, the quickest way its actually to back up to iCloud from the iPhone 4 and then do the Configuration for the new one... and shortly after connecting to a wifi network it will prompt you with a choose option between all your iCloud backups

I get a message that an update is available and when I install it the update stops half way through and I get the error code: U44M1I210 for Camera Raw and Elements 13.1 updates. I get the message "UPDATES COULD NOT BE APPLIED" Can someone help with this? Thank you. David

I have not seen much in the way of alternatives coming from Adobe on the Premiere Elements 13.1 failed updates.

You could try the uninstall, free ccleaner, reinstall with antivirus and firewall(s) and then try for the Help Menu/Update for 13.1..

Apple will not ask you to click a link in an email. They may tell you to log in to your account to reset your password. Go to https://appleid.apple.com and log in if you ever want to change any information in your profile (or your password). And do not click the link I just posted; instead enter it into a browser.
You can verify the devices assigned to your account by going to https://icloud.com/find (again, don't click it), where you can see a list of devices registered to your Apple ID.
As a general rule, you should never click a link in an email or forum post without verifying it first. You can see where it goes without clicking it in most email programs and browsers by hovering your mouse pointer over it. On an iPhone you can check where it goes by holding your finger on the link (rather than just tapping it).
