IMessage turned off how can I turn back on without remembering Apple ID?

So, my friend has the iPhone 5 on Verizon. Someone turned their imessage off and it would be easy to turn it back on but she doesn't remember her apple ID password. Can imessage be turned back on without remembering her apple ID? I thought I fixed it for her because even without knowing the password it turned back on but today it seemed to turn off again. Do I need to know the password or will it automatically turn off without remembering the password?

Yes so I'm aware of the difference between imessage and text....but imessage was turned back on last night for some time, then this morning it was turned back off. And if imessage requires a password, then if I switch it off on my iPhone, why doesn't it need a password to turn back on when on hers is requires it?

You can't. You can only turn it on in Settings on the device itself. You can't turn it on remotely.

Can you take a screenshot of the pop-up notification?
To take a screenshot hold ⌘ Shift 4 to create a selection crosshair. Click and hold while you drag the crosshair over the area you wish to capture and then release the mouse button. You will hear a "camera shutter" sound. This will deposit a screenshot on your Desktop.

No way to recover it unless the other person didn't delete it on their end but the Perfect time to activate iCloud Drive and you won't ever need to worry. If you set it up correctly.

Not sure what you mean by "turns off". Are you saying that the light on the Express goes out after 15 minutes?
Assuming that it is functioning correctly, the AirPort Express is "always on". It has no type of "sleep" setting.
If the power light on the Express remains on, you have some other device on the network that is going into a standby mode or sleep mode. Check the Preference settings on other devices on the network.

AirPort Card Turned Off/ How's It Turned On?

I've gotten as far as installing the software and hooking up all the wires. When I open the AirPort Utility window the base unit shows at the upper left. That's the only icon showing. When I click the continue button,after a few seconds, a message drops saying AN ERROR OCCURRED JOINING THE SELECTED NETWORK. If I click Manual setup the same thing happens. I have reset and extreme reset the AirPort. When I check the About This MAC list of components and click the AirPort Card the info says it's turned off. Is this the problem? If so hoe do I turn it on?

The easiest way is via the AirPort icon in the OS X menu bar. Click on the AirPort icon, and then, select the "Turn AirPort On" option.

If you mean location services, you turn it on in Settings>Privacy>Location Services. This has to be done on the phone itself; it can't be done remotely.

Are you trying with an app that support rotation? Not all apps support rotation. Safari does support rotation.
If that does not rotate
Try:
