A email with a verification link has been sent to the above email address. BUT i have yet to recieve one and i've tried several times. Can anyone help?

  • I changed my apple ID, verfied it, but imessage wont connect on my phone

    Hi,
I have an account linked to 2 other family members. Recently I came to believe our apple ID and password were hacked so I went in to change it for the account. I successfully changed the ID and reset the password but now iMessage wont verify on any of our phones.

    Hi jackburkholder,
You will need to delete the iCloud account with your old ID, but before you can do that, you will have to go back into Manage Your Apple ID, and change your Apple ID back to the old address. Don't worry about verifying it, you just need to change it.
Then, go into Settings>iCloud and turn off Find My iPhone (it will ask you for a password - put in your current one to turn it off). Then, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and Delete the iCloud account using your current password.
Also go into Settings>iTunes & App Store, clidk on your old ID and sign out of iTunes.
Then go back to Manage Your Apple ID and put your new Apple ID back in.
Go back to Settings>iCloud and sign on with your new Apple/iCloud/iTunes ID.
Go back into Settings>iTunes & App Store and sign on with your new Apple/iCloud/iTunes ID.
    Cheers,

I'd suggest you post your question on the iTunes for Windows forum. This forum is meant for getting Windows to run on a Mac.

  • I just bought an android phone and the previous owner of the number had an iphone and imessage wont work, how do I fix that?

I just bought an android phone and the previous owner of the number had an iphone and imessage wont work, how do I fix that?
I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S4, and my wife has an iphone. We found out that imessage wont come through from her. After we went to the AT&T helpdesk they said that she could turn off imessage on her phone and that I would get texts on my S4. But then so would everyone else who has an iphone. That  won't work for everyone in my company that has an iphone. So what I am wondering is- since I recently got this phone, should I get a new number? Or should I contact ATT or contact Apple to try and get this number de-activated? I'm thinking I'll never get into the icloud account that this number is attached to, but maybe someone has some advice on that?
I just sincerely want imessage to work on this phone and I'm willing to take the steps to do that.
    Please help

Either one of the two should work - getting new number from carrier or contacting Apple to revoke phone number from imessage system.
That is if your problem is described correctly.

  • My iphone 4 wont verify the ios 7 update

can you please help me because i tried to update it but know wont verify the new ios 7 ive turend it off to

In addition to the update download servers, the verification and authentication servers are also getting hammered, so even if the package itself has downloaded, it may not be able to verify it for install. It could be something else, but I'd give it 24 hrs and see if it clears up on its own.

Yes there has been a problem. What seems to work for most people is to restore your device. Make sure you back it up before

type '''about:config''' in the URL bar and hit Enter <br />

My imessage wont activate and work, and i dont receive messages from people useing imessage? how do i get imessage to work?

I recently moved back to Australia for school from Canada and signed up for the new iphone 6 plus. After using icloud to save and backup from my previous iphone 4s, all of the apps eventually worked....except for whatsapp. After looking through my phone and numerous chat forums, it appears that my imessage and facetime are stuck in, "waiting for activation".....is anyone else having problems with this?
I am curious as I am unable to receive the whatsapp code to re-activate my application. This brings me to my second question, is this an iphone/apple problem or a whatsapp third party problem?
I've had friends send imessages to me and they appear to coming through. I have already rebooted and restarted my phone numerous time. A strong connection to wifi and data stream have all come in loud and clear.
I have tried all of the directions that were posted and still have no whatsapp and imessage still inconsistent.
    Thank you

  • My iphone wont verify the update

ok so my iphone or ipad wont verify the update for some stupid *** reason so does someone mind explaining why that is i have it downloaded but it wont update or verify and now my business phone which i was updating is now de activated and i cant activate it unless the iOS 7 verifys.

Each step involved in updating to/installing iOS7 requires communication with Apple Servers. They are currently being accessed by millions. Please be patient and just keep trying. Or wait till the traffic on them has dropped.

lovingme_ivana your suggestion has nothing to do with the problem. Also, did yo notice that the post is about 10 months old? I hope the poster resolved it by now. Also, most posters do not mark their post as solved.

  • IMessaging wont load

My IMessaging wont load, whenever I tap on it it will load a blank screen then sit for a few seconds then exit back to the homescreen, how do I fix this?

    Try:
    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Go to Settings>Messages>Send and Receive and sign out and sign back in
    - Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
    - Restore from backup. See:
    iOS: How to back up
    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
