Mi operador no me ha podido asegurar que se pueda solucionar, que quizás dependa mas de apple que de ellos. Aguien tiene informacion del tema. Muchas Gracias

  • I have a separate apple id for itunes and imessenger and facetime can i merge both and just use one?

I created a yahoo apple id as my main account on my macbook pro but then after a year it had a problem with signing in into imessenger and facetime on both my iphone and ipad so i read a solution from a thread that i need to create another id but it will be a different one and will only be used for my imessenger and facetime. When I tried associating my gmail (one i used for imessenger & facetime), I can't add it on my yahoo apple id account as it is an alternative email add. I just want to use one apple id for everything (icloud, itunes, imessenger and facetime) is there a way to do this? help me please.... thanks!

    Hello Marie,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. If you are having reactivate FaceTime or Messages on the daily basis, try out the troubleshooting in the following article.

One quick option is to sign out of the account and sign back in.
To sign out of your Apple ID:
    ▪          Go to Settings > FaceTime, tap your Apple ID, and select Sign Out.
    ▪          Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive, tap your Apple ID, and select Sign Out.

  • Apple ID username, password not correct for imessenger ios 6

i just upgraded to ios 6 on my iphone 4 and imessenger is fine to send and receive but when i go to settings and try to register it with my apple ID i get an error that the username and password are not correct, although i am usung the apple ID fine in app store for example. anyone knows what this is?
also, i was wondering, while setting up my iphone after the upgrade to ios 6, in one of teh steps when i started using the phone, it asked for teh apple ID password to do soemthing related to icloud, imessenger and facetime. it also gave the option on the phone screen to "skip this step" which i did, i skiped the stem and thought if i wanted to i can go back and do it manually from the settings any time. i think it was something related to downloading new features for the icloud. i messenger and facetime.
could this have been the case? but i mean if i had the option to "skip the step" it means that it is not something drastic and can always be done manually later.
    anyone has feedback?

Hi again, well I can't answer that question, because  my computer IS asking for my apple ID and password to install Rosetta Stone. I would have appreciated you taking the time to help me, if you had had any advice for me. Since I posted this, I have found the answer so I don't need your time anymore, however. I eventually went to my settings and SET a password, which solved the problem. I recently reset my computer and all my records had been wiped- I was unaware that my computer settings had deleted my old password which had been saved on it- not realizing that its data would be seperate from the other numerous places I have used it the past week since I got it back. An answer that would seem like a no-brainer, but since it hadn't needed to be done until then for any other previous installs since the reset, it appeared last on my to-do list.

  • Imessenger aktivierung gebühr

    Hallo,

  • Imessage facetime not signing in

I can not sign in to iMessage or Facetime on my Macbook pro with OSX 10.8.5

Ok, I fixed this issue on my own. I purchased this Macbook Pro used from Craigslist. About a week later I found out there was no serial number in the "About This Mac" window. So I think the logic board was replaced by a non Apple or non lisenced Apple tech.
iMessenger and Facetime could not authenticate the device so the login process would just loop for a few minutes then throw an error.
I downloaded the Apple Blank Board Serializer 3t106 063-7137 which is what the Apple techs use when they replace a board to burn the serial number into the firmware. I copied the serial number from inside the battery bay into this serializer and rebooted and poof - my serial number now appears in the "About this Mac" window.
AND both iMessenger and Facetime instantly logged in with no problems.

  • ICloud Mayhem - Shared Family Account

I'm wondering if the support community can help with my family's iCloud woes because I'm at a loss.
Between the four of us we own nine seperate Apple devices, we each have an iPhone and iPad as well as a shared family MacBook Pro.
Ideally I want to be able to share the following between devices:
    Music
    Apps
    Calendar
Beyond this it would be helpful to be able to selectively share reminders or notes when needed but not have all reminders or notes sync completely with each device. That way I could set reminders for my children and have them sync to their devices.
I also want each of us to have our own iCloud email address which only syncs between our own two devices. So each persons email would be available on their iPhone and iPad but none of the other devices.
I also don't want to have everyone's iMessages and Facetime sync between all devices. We each only want to see our own iMessages and Facetime calls.
Photostream sync is another awkward one. Ideally I would want these to sync so they could be backed-up to a single iCloud account with extra storage, rather than having to buy additional storage for several iCloud accounts.
What would be perfect is a single iCloud account with additional storage.
Selectively selecting which email alias syncs with which devices.
Selectively selecting which calendar syncs with which devices.
Selectively syncing iMessenger and Facetime to the relevant devices.
    Photostream Sync
The ability to download and sync ALL iTunes and AppStore content rather than having to buy for each device.
    Is all this even possible?

    Welcome to the Apple community.
One approach would be for each of you to have their own Apple ID to use with iCloud, but still continue to use a family Apple ID for services such as the iTunes Store, which will mean that you can continue to share apps, music, movies etc. This way everybody would have their own email address, calendar, contacts list etc., they could also use their own Apple ID for services such as face time and messages, thereby avoiding the mayhem you have undoubtably found.
As for your requirements to be able to set appointments in other users calendars, there are several ways you could go about this. Either you could simply create the appointment in your own calendar and invite the appropriate family members. Another alternative would be to add the other family members Apple ID to your device as a secondary account in settings> mail, contacts, calendars. That way you could selectively share calendars or contacts or notes or whatever you did or didn't want to share.

  • IMessage won't let me change Apple ID

My husband and I were sharing one Apple ID across two iPhone 4 and his iPad, but ocassionally we would get cross-wired text messages via iMessage. Some one would message him and it would show up on my iPhone instead.
We researched the solution and were told to create a unique Apple ID for my phone and add it to the iMessage.
PROBLEM: When we logged out of his Apple ID on the my iPhone for iMessage and tried using the new Apple ID we created it never seems to get past the login in screen.
Under Messages | Settings | Receive At |
When we select "Use Your Apple ID for iMessage" it comes back with a screen that says Enter Apple ID and a message that says "You were signed out of iMessage because your Apple ID or Password Changed. Sign in to turn on iMessage"
When I enter the new Apple ID we created  it briefly goes to the next screen to confirm what email address you want it use, before it flips back the Enter Apple ID screen. We can't get past this screen.
    Any ideas?

also, i was wondering, while setting up my iphone after the upgrade to ios 6, in one of teh steps when i started using the phone, it asked for teh apple ID password to do soemthing related to icloud, imessenger and facetime. it also gave the option on the phone screen to "skip this step" which i did, i skiped the stem and thought if i wanted to i can go back and do it manually from the settings any time. i think it was something related to downloading new features for the icloud. i messenger and facetime.
