IMovie 2013 Share failed, video render error -60
I am sharing to the new theatre and I got this response.
I had this problem too, but then I tried this
1) Go to "System Preferences"
2) Open "Energy Saver"
3) Remove the tick from "Put hard disks to sleep when possible"
I came to that solution, because I realized that the resulting video files had almost the same size, their difference was tiny. And I always started the video rendering and left my Mac for a while. But once I kept on doing something else after starting the rendering and then the reulting video file was bigger.

Offie Web Apps 2013 randomly fail to render a file with an authentication issue on Firefox
Hello,
I’m facing an issue when refreshing a SharePoint page with an embedded Office file (rendered through Office web apps).
When I refresh the page, the Office Web Apps frame doesn’t render the file (randomly) and returns an error (in the frame. Everything around the frame in SharePoint is OK):
“Sorry you don’t have access to this content”
Just after receiving the error, if I refresh the page again, everything works for a couple of tries and then the error show up again...
Here is my configuration:
SharePoint 2013 Server SP1 (15.0.4569.1000) farm English version
Office Web Apps farm English version
SSL Offloading through load balancer for both farm
Issue:
1<sup>st</sup> load of the page with IE, Chrome and Firefox > OK
Page refresh with IE/Chrome > OK
Page refresh with Firefox > random KOs
Tests:
Test with FireFox version 24/27/32 > same results
Test from Windows/OSx > same results
Test with 1 WFE and 1 WAC server > same results
Test with network.negotiate-auth.allow-insecure-ntlm-v1;True
on FF > same results
In the ULS logs, I found this entry which seems strange even though I’m authenticated on SharePoint (see the complet log below):

We have a strange problem here using the newly introduced QueueUpdateProject2 PSI method in WebSvcProject. The server is running version 15.0.4481.1005 (Project Server 2013, March 2013 PU). Here's the minimum repro code:

Final Cut Pro X share fails with QuickTime Error -50
Hello!
I'm facing a very annoying issue when trying to share my project from Final Cut Pro X. It used to work perfectly fine but now I'm getting consistently "QuickTime Error -50" after FCPX exported about 10% of my project. This can be reproduced with other project as well - one time I was able to export by restarting my machine but not anymore.
My configuration is a Mac Pro early 2008 with a ATI Radeon 5770. The only recent change I did to my config was to upgrade my old graphic cards to the Radeon 5770: do you think this can be the cause of this error?

1. Switch off background rendering. Trash render files. Don't render. Export.
2. copying the project within Final Cut Pro into another project
3. remove the following folder: Library > Application Support > ProApps > MIO > RADPlugins > XDCAMFormat.RADPlug
Nothing worked. I try to export to Vimeo, YouTube, and master. All error right at 9%

Office 2013 Installer - Fails with No Errors
Hello,
I ran into issues on two different Windows 8 (64-bit) machines today, both with Office 2013 Pro Plus (32-bit) installed. I could not get the installer to come up to add a module (or make any other changes).
On one of the PCs, I tried running the Fixit to remove Office, since the option of the "Online Repair" was not accessible, (installer would not start). Fixit removed Office, but after a reboot, it still would not run the office installer, even
with Office 2013 completely gone.
Things I tried:
- Disabled anti-virus (windows defender)
- Run with elevated privileges (I'm a domain admin and UAC is off, but just to be safe)
- Removed skydrive
- Cleaned out temp directory
- Scanned for registry errors (none)
- Re-downloaded the installer DVD
- Made sure no pending windows update
- Reboots (lots of times, definitely after the uninstall)
- Checked the install log in %temp%, this is what I get:

This is almost identical to what I see on the other PC, except with different drive letters.
THERE ARE NO ERROR MESSAGES - no popup, no installer dialog - nothing, which makes it really hard to troubleshoot. And it's happening on both Windows 8 machines that have had Office 2013 installed. I am so frustrated right now after wasting half of today
troubleshooting this.

Let’s follow these steps:
Make sure you have end the tasks of setup.exe and integratedoffice.exe.
1. Press the Ctrl + Alt+ Delete key -> Click on Task Manager to open.
2. Under Processes tab -> Select setup.exe -> Click on End Process.
3. Under Processes tab -> Select integratedoffice.exe -> Click on End Process.
Restart the computer in Clean Boot and install Office 2013. Follow the steps:

I am getting the same problem. Downloaded Maverick and the new iMovie 10.0.1 and It will only upload 10 minutes of a 65 minute video then I get the rendering error 50 each time tried to export to desktop, to thumbdrive, to youtube. No luck. any suggestions Apple?

When trying to "Share" my movie in iMovie 10.0.1 I receive the following error.

When ever I try to share my video off of iMovie it says "The share operation has failed, video rendering error -50" I have tried to search up on how to fix this and have found nothing. I am using the latest software update and have iMovie updated. Also I am using Quicktime player which is also up to date. But also even though it says it has failed it puts a 15 second version of my clip on my desktop (only the first 15 seconds of the video) I am not sure if it has to do with any of my settings but I can still not find to how to fix this.

317 GB free space on 1TB hard drive
Final Cut version 10.1.2
Compressor Version 4.1.2
Here is what I have tried (all have failed with Render Error: -50)
Turn off Background Rendering, Delete Render Files, etc.
Copying media to new project, event, library, re-export
Tried Multiple Presets in both FCPX and Compressor
Turned off app nap on both FCPX and Compressor
I am at a loss here guys and gals. I have seen some posts explaining that it may be a corrupt clip that needs to be removed. Is exporting individual clips to find the culprit my best option?

Any manual-converted .mts clips involved in your Project?
You could use FCPX' feature to export just parts/ranges of a Project to narrow down the culprit (export a half, ok? export a half of the oither half, ok? export...) -
I'm getting video render error -50 when exporting from iMovie 11? Any idea why?
So it looks like this problem was some kind of Project corruption. Clips exprorted fine. Deleted Project and created New. Now all works.

IMovie 2013 Cannot export HD video to Theater. Error rendering -60
I just upgraded to Maverick and then upgrade iMovie 11 to latest update 2013. After converting the existing project and preview OK, Share to Theater on local computer in HD format failed after a certaining processing time with Video rendering error -60.
This is on an iMac 2011, with 8GB RAM and my harddrive has 120 GB free. This video was successfully exported before using iMovie'11 before the upgrade to Maverick and new iMovie.
Can someone help me with any way to overcome this?

You all made the obvious trouble shotings ?
list following here:
When iMovie doesn't work as intended this can be due to a lot of reasons
- iMovie Pref files got corrupted - trash it/they and iMovie makes new and error free one's
- problem in iMovie Cache folder - trash Cache.mov and Cache.plist
- Creating a new User-Account and log into this - forces iMovie to create all pref. and cache files new and error free
- Event or Project got corrupted - try to make a copy and repair
- a Codec is used that doesn't work
- version miss match of QuickTime Player / iMovie / iDVD
- preferences are wrong - Repair Preferences
- other hard disk problem - Repair Hard Disk (Disk Util tool - but start Mac from ext HD or DVD)
- External hard disks - MUST BE - Mac OS Extended (hfs) formatted to work with Video
( UNIX/DOS/FAT32/Mac OS Exchange - works for most other things - but not for Video )
- USB-flash-memories - usually do not work
- Net-work connected hard disks - usually do not work (most often not fast enough and WRONGLY FORMATTES as DOS etc
iPhoto Library got problems - let iPhoto select another one or repair it. Re-build this first then try to re-start iMovie.
This You do by
- close iPhoto
- on start up of iPhoto - Keep {cmd and alt-keys down}
- now select all five options presented
- WAIT a long long time (>20 hours are not strange)
- free space on Start-Up (Mac OS) hard disk to low (<1Gb) - I never go under 25Gb free space for SD-Video (4-5 times more for HD)
- external devices interferes - turn off Mac - disconnect all of them and - Start up again and re-try
- GarageBand fix - start GB - play a few notes - Close it again and now try iMovie
- Screen must be set to million-colors
- Third-party plug-ins doesn't work OK
- Run "Cache Out X", clear out all caches and restarts the Mac
- Let Your Mac be turned on during one night. At about midnight there is a set of maintenance programs that runs and tidying up. This might help
- Turn off Your Mac - and disconnect Mains - for about 20-30 minutes - at least this resets the FireWire port.
- In QuickTime - DivX, 3ivx codec, Flip4Mac, Perian etc - might be problematic - temporarily move them out and re-try
(I deleted the file "3ivxVideoCodec.component" located in Mac HD/Library/Quicktime and this resolved my issue.)
