IMovie changes the background on my logo

I am creating a movie in iMovie and am attempting to upload my company logo. On our logo the background is white. I have uploaded the logo in a jpeg format into iphoto. I then imported that format into my iMovie. However when I add it to my iMovie, it changes the background to black and really distorts the logo. Is there anyway I can stop iMovie from importing it with a black background?

It would be possible ..but long-winded and complicated.
Neither your Mac, nor iMovie, "knows" which parts of your picture are "background" and which are the interesting family members, or the "foreground".
So you'd have to change some characteristic of what you call the "background", so that iMovie - or some other program - can identify the "background" ..to iMovie it's all just "flat" moving smudges!
You might have to change what you call the "background" to all one colour, and then use iMovie, or a downloadable 'Plug-In' (..extra bit of program for iMovie..) to substitute another picture, or scene, for what you've coloured, say, blue.
(..In mainstream movies and TV, actors are often shot against a blank blue or green screen, and then a shot of other scenery may be substituted for that blank, empty, featureless colour. But without identifying which regions are "background" and which aren't, there's no way to substitute one thing for another..)
Various other movie-editing programs let you draw on an area of the picture, or fill a region with colour ..but not iMovie itself: it's really for editing, not "compositing" ..which is what you want to do!
Other people may suggest ways in which it might be done with QuickTime Pro - another Mac program - or by copying some of your movies' shots into 'PhotoShop' or 'Graphic Converter', and tweaking things there.
Some downloadable Plug-Ins can do some of the job, e.g; (click on these blue links) Stupendous Software, or GeeThree's Slick Plug-Ins, or cf/x. You can find others by typing "iMovie Plug-Ins" into Google.

My RSS feed just got accepted but now I need to customize the title, author, background color, and logo of my site. Does anyone know how to do this? Thank you!

You can't change the background colour - it's white for audio and black for video. The other data can be changed by changing the appropriate tag in the feed, or if you're using a program or online service to make your podcast,. wherever they provide for entering this information.
The title is carried in the 'title' tag; the author in the 'itunes:author' tag, and the 'podcast image' which appears on the Store page in the 'itunes: image' tag. Republish the feed after making the amendments: it will take a couple of days for the new data to appear, though the image may take several days.
The image which appears in some podcasts in the bottom left-hand corner of iTunes when subscribing is not referenced in the feed but has to be actually embedded into the media file: please see this page:

can anyone help me create a button for a SPA525g phone which changes the background image of the phone which is now :

The button should also call to *1232
So with button IN the image should change to ciscoOUT.jpg and call to *1232

Is the black of the logo backgroud color on it's own layer? If so, you can lock the transparency of that layer and just fill it with a new color. Or you could clip a solid color layer to that layer which will allow you to edit it when ever you want to.
If it's not on it's own layer, you can use color range to select the black and use that to make a selection to fill a new layer with a color that would hide the black. Lots of ways to do this.

Changed the background of one of my tab of a JTabbedPane

Hi all.
I have a JTabbedPane with 3 tabs ('test1', 'test2', 'test 3').
I would like to change the background of 'test1' pane (not the tab) by drawing an image.
I would also like to add in 'test1' JInternlFrame (what I have done).
My problem is that I can not do the two things simultaneously. When I want to repaint the 'test1' pane, it's added a new tab.
I would like both the image (the 'test1' pane background) and the JInternalFrame to be in a same tab.
'test1', 'test2', 'test3' don't have the same component.
If someone can help me please, it would be great..

I have found the solution.
Repaint the JDesktopPane using paintComponent will do the job.

I have trouble reading in Black and White. On my PC I can change the background color (and I am not just talking about for a word or pages document) but for eveything so anything that was a white background I can put in what ever color I like but it still prints in Black and white.. I can't see how to do this on the Macbook air. on my PC I do this in display. Sort of putting colored film over the screen I dont know what to do. Can anyone help?

You may be interested in the 'invert colors' Accessibility feature. This can be invoked by pressing the Control, Option, Command, and 8 keys on your keyboard. This only affects your display, and does not have any affect on printed items.

I know how to set home screen and lock screen, but was wondering if there is a way to change the background to each page on the iPad. I am a teacher and would like each page to have a background set to a specific picture or word so my students know which page they use on a particular day. Is this possible? Recently I have been working on docs without the distraction of having to see my desktop around my page file by using the full screen view in pages. I do find the contrast to an all black screen too harsh though and it makes my eyes more tired than seeing the clutter of my desktop around the page. When you are in Full screen mode move the cursor up to the top to show the Format bar. Then look to the far right. There you'll see Background and a rectangle. Click on the rectangle and change the colour.

Change the language to JavaScipt in Script Editor of LiveCycle Designer and use the following code to highlight the area of TextField where R,G,B means that you have to give the RGB values of the color you want.
<YourTextFieldName>.border.edge.color.value = "R,G,B";
For eg:- If you have a textfield with name TextField1 then this will highlight the TextField1 area in red color.
if ((TextField1.rawValue==null) || (TextField1.rawValue==""))
TextField1.border.edge.color.value = "255,0,0";
You can use this on exit event of Textfield1 or at the submit button where you check the form data.
