IMovie, G4 and 10.5.6 - which version?

Can anyone tell me what the latest version of iMovie is that is compatible with 10.5.6 on a G4 MDD?
Everything was ok when running 10.4 with iMovie 3. I upgraded to 10.5.6 with the latest release and also iLife 09. I think I got a half and half upgrade of 10.5.6 and 10.4. I installed iLife 09 and it appeared to install iMovie 09 but it just kept crashing. I did another backup and wiped my hard drive and did a clean install of 10.5.6. This time when I installed iLife 09 it actually told me that it would not install iMovie. Using Pacifist I installed iMovie 03 from my original installation disc. However it still doesn't work properly. Old movies can be opened only by clicking on the movie itself. Any attempts to start a new project or to open a project from the File menu causes iMovie to crash. I have tried trashing the plist and also trying to run iMovie in a new user account but get the same result. Do I need a later version of iMovie? I don't fancy iMovie 8.

I don't think iMovie '03 is entirely compatible with Leopard. There have been a lot of changes to the core OS components that iMovie relies on since '03 was released. That's likely why you're having odd problems trying to edit your existing projects and can't create new ones. On the other hand, I've got iMovie HD '06 running on a G4 iMac at the office and I can confirm that it runs well, if a bit slow.

How do I choose and then install the correct version of Adobe Flash Player for my machine?

First thing - My computer - PROCESSOR: Intel Celeron 450 @2.2 Ghz, MEMORY: 4GB, OS: Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64 bit, BROWSER: IE 9.0.8112.16421
Everything was hunky-dory until the auto-installer updated my version to the Flash Player 11.2 version and that's when it all went downhill. As soon as it installed that version, none of the TV networks, news networks or Hulu recognized that I had Adobe Flash Player. In addition, I could no longer create a blank new tab in IE or use the tools button (the little gear symbol) in the upper right hand of an IE window. Because of the IE problems, I figured it was a problem with IE and went about searching for a solution in that arena. I finally found something at Microsoft that helped me determine if it was an IE problem and went through the various steps. The final step required booting into safemode and trying to replicate the problem. IE worked fine in safemode so, Microsoft determined the problem had to be with outside influences.
After several frustrating attempts with other fixes including virus scanning and firewall settings, the problem persisted. I then un-installed Flash Player per Adobe's instruction and re-installed the recommended 'latest' version. The problem remained. So, when all else had failed I did a full system restore to a point over a month ago, which is prior to the occurence of the problem, while at the same time noting which drivers and programs would be affected. I already had a sneaking suspicion that it was Flash Player because I read the full system requirements for the recommended version that the auto installer was trying to install (see below). I then began updating everything one at a time to see if any of the windows/software/driver updates had any affect on IE. None did until I got to the Adobe Flash Player and updated it.
Now, what I think the problem is: The auto installer ONLY looks at Operating System and Browser to determine which version of Adobe Flash Player is correct. In this regard, my machine should use the latest 11.2 version. HOWEVER, if you look at the full system requirements for the 11.2 versions, you will note that it requires a...... 2.33 Ghz processor! In this regard, 11.2 is NOT the correct version for my machine as it only has a 2.2 Ghz processor. And I think therein lies the problem.
So. I freely admit that I am not a computer expert and am, in fact, so far removed from ever even contemplating wearing such a title that I'm sure all who read this are sitting in your offices having a good laugh at my expense. As such, I welcome anyone and everyone to tell me what I've done wrong and how I should go about fixing it. If my deductions are correct, then could someone please tell me how to choose the correct version for my machine and then tell me how to actually install it on my machine.
I know that this is a long post and I thank you all for your patience and any help you choose to offer me.

I did un-install and then re-install per the Adobe recommendations which are what you listed in your reply. The problem remained until I did a MS Windows restore to a restore point a month or so ago. The IE problems vanished. However, now I'm using an outdated and unsupported version that is lower than most of the web pages require for their sites, at least the ones I want to view (they all say I need to upgrade my Flash Player which, when I did, put me in this fix).

Which version of the Raw plug-in in CS1?

An archaic question I know. I use CS1 on my laptop (I know, I know, I need to upgrade), and I'm wondering which version of the Camera Raw plug-in I'm using with it. I don't see anywhere where it shows the version.
I'm asking because I need to know how far back I need to go with versions when I convert in Adobe Raw Converter (so I can open my Panasonice raw files in my ancient program).
It's either Camera Raw 2.4, 4.1, or 4.6. (I'm guessing it's 2.4 which makes the converted files HUGE, 56MB from an 18MB raw file, geez.)

You are welcome...I gotta tell ya that compared to ACR 2.4, ACR 7 in Photoshop CS6 is head and tails over the poor, crude thing known as ACR 2.4. I mean it was cool at the time, but since 2003/2004 a lot has changed and advanced in Camera Raw. It's pretty remarkable how much progess we've seen in raw processing!

I would also like to know what this exploit is capable of doing if the versions she was using are affected. The versions of Acrobat/Reader that her workstation have are Adobe Acrobat Standard 9.5.5 and Adobe Reader 11.0.0.7.

Thank you Sabian, it was difficult to find Win32/Pdfjsc.AMJ and CVE-2013-2729 in the same paragraph, but ended up deciding that they correlate with each other and this article does cover those vulnerabilities. I appreciate your reply. Since I try very hard to keep my patches up to date it appears that we were not affected by this vulnerability.
So off topic - do you prefer Sabian or Zildjian cymbals?

Which Version of MI?

Hi All,
Please note that I am new to the mobile world so apologies for any stupid questions.
We are doing an upgrade from 4.7 to ERP 2005 and installing Netweaver 2004s SR2. We will also be implementing MTT 2.0. As I understand it there are 2 versions of the mobile infrastructure MI2.5 and MI7.0. I am trying to find out which version would be the correct version to use but I can't seem to find much documentation on MI7.0. As I understand it MI is shipped as part of NW2004/s.
I have the following questions:
1) Are these infact 2 different versions? And if so,
2) Which version of MI is shipped with NW2004s SR2 and are the versions associated with release or stack?
3) What major differences are there between 2.5 and 7.0? Is there any documentation on this?

Hi Max,
MI is completely integrated in SAP NetWeaver, where MI2.5 comes with NW04, MI7.0 comes with 2004s. From a functionality point of view both are equivalent from NW04 SP18/ 2004s SP09, so there is basically no difference for you choosing one or the other (some smaller differences exist though, e.g. 04 offers sync service via ABAP and Java, 04s only via ABAP, but ABAP is recommenend anyway).

When I delete duplicates how do I know which version is the original song and which is the duplicate?

I have recently transfered all my music to a new computer and duplicates have appeared in my itunes. I have chosen to 'show exact duplicates' so that it is easier for me to delete, but I can't work out which version of the song I need to delete. (When I click to delete on the top version a box appears stating 'move to recycle bin', but when I click on the second version the box which appears just says 'delete file from itunes.')
Also - does any one know where these duplicates have emerged from?!?

Apple's official advice on duplicates is here... HT2905: How to find and remove duplicate items in your iTunes library. It is a manual process and the article fails to explain some of the potential pitfalls such as lost ratings and playlist membership.
Use Shift > View > Show Exact Duplicate Items to display duplicates as this is normally a more useful selection. You need to manually select all but one of each group to remove. Sorting the list by Date Added may make it easier to select the appropriate tracks, however this works best when performed immediately after the dupes have been created. If you have multiple entries in iTunes connected to the same file on the hard drive then don't send to the recycle bin.
Use my DeDuper script if you're not sure, don't want to do it by hand, or want to preserve ratings, play counts and playlist membership. See this thread for background, this post for detailed instructions, and please take note of the warning to backup your library before deduping.
(If you don't see the menu bar press ALT to show it temporarily or CTRL+B to keep it displayed.)
The most recent version of the script can tidy dead links as long as there is at least one live duplicate to merge stats and playlist membership to and should cope sensibly when the same file has been added via multiple paths.

My Roboform passwords did not transfer when I downloaded the 4.0.1 version of FF. I downloaded and paid for a new version of Roboform which should have shown up as a toolbar but didn't. Can't seem to solve this problem.

Windows XP on Dell Dimension 4600. Updated Firefox to 4.0.1 successfully but Roboform didn't transfer. Help told me I needed to update Roboform. I did and paid for a new version(7.?)which was $9.95. I need to build a solution containing a database project and an integration services project for SQL Server 2008R2. Apparently, the subset of Visual Studio tools that comes with SQL Server 2008R2 does not include database projects and does not have
Team Foundation Server support. Because of those limitations, I am trying to determine which version of Visual Studio will allow me to:
1. Build a single solution that includes both a database project and an Integration Services project
2. For the database project, be able to import a database schema from an existing SQL Server 2008 R2 database, do schema compares and update the project from the database and vice versa
3. For the Integration Services project, be able to deploy the packages to SQL Server Integration Services on SQL Server 2008 R2 (that is, to the msdb database).
4. Use Team Foundation Server for source control of the whole solution, including both project types.

I think you mean Photoshop CS2. Photoshop 2 is from around 1992. The old Adobe activation servers were taken down. CS2 is about a decade old Adobe made a new download for old customers that legal customers can download and install. Download Acrobat 7 and CS2 products
