IMovie Newbie requests your help please!
Newbie Questions
I am a 3D artist so I render my images from the 3D software rather than shooting on video. I have rendered out my animation as images dog01.bmp, dog2.bmp, dog3.bmp etc. You get the idea! Well there are 271 .bmp images each 1mb in size = 271 MB. I tried importing them into iMovie and it took 2 minutes to import all of them.
Q1. I read the "iMovie Getting Started .pdf" but it wasn't clear as to what to do with a collection of images. What do I do once I have loaded all 271 images of my images into the "Clips" section of iMovie?
Q2. I noticed my images have a black bar above and below them. What can I do to fix this?
Image Type: .BMP
Image Size: 800 x 450 pixels (Is this size too big for imovie?)
PPI: 72
Frame File Size: 1 MB (Is this size too big for imovie?)
No. of Frames: 271
Total file size (272 images) = 280 MB
Q3. I can render my 3D animation in the following formats so can you tell me what formats are best?

a) you do yourself a favour, and choose in iM's prefs "import to timeline"... your clips go direct to timline, no hand-dropping of 271 (pheww!!) pics needed
b) dropping a folder of pics onto QTpro allows the conversion into a dv stream
c) if you anim app allows export as "video" choose "dv PAL/NTSC" (appropiate video standard in your country)

We are implementing the EXTENDED CLASSIC SCENARIO in our project. kindly request your help.
in our project the SRM box is : G3OSBSR102.
R/3 backend Box is : RCHSBR3142.
Now when i create a shopping cart it should create the Purchase order In SRM( G3OSBSR102) and also copy the created purcahse order in teh backend system : RCHSBR3142.
The issue here is which Logical system should be populated in the field at item level when creating the shopping cart :BE_LOG_SYSTEM.
1) In this field: BE_LOG_SYSTEM.
If i populate the SRM local: G3OSBSR102., then it will consider the Business object type as : BUS2201and creates the local Po but while transfering this local created document(PO) to R/3 system is loosing the Logical system at the item level of the PO.
If i populate this field at the item level via DEBUGG mode then system is sucessfull in transferring the document to R/3.
2) In this field: BE_LOG_SYSTEM.
If i populate the SRM local: RCHSBR3142, then it will consider the Business object type as : BUS2012 and creates the purchase order in R/3 system and will not create teh local purchase order.
Kindly request your help for any further settings if i did miss.Appreciate your help in this regards.

Hi, my iphone its in recovery mode and when i restore my iphone 5s loading show the blue screen and show note on itunes (unknown error 14) please i need your help please . thanks
In the article Resolve iOS update and restore errors this is what it says about error 14:
Check your USB connections
Related errors: 13, 14, 1600, 1601, 1602, 1603, 1604, 1611, 1643-1650, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2006, 2009, 4005, 4013, 4014, or “invalid response."
If the USB connection between your device and computer is interrupted, you may be unable to update or restore.
To narrow down the issue, you can also change up your hardware:
Use the USB cable that came with your device, or a different Apple USB cable.
Plug your cable into a different USB port directly on your computer. Don't plug it into your keyboard.
Try a different computer.
If necessary, resolve any further issues with the USB connection, then with your security software.
If you're still seeing the error message, check for hardware issues by following the next section. -

To work on Extended Classic Scenario, you just have to maintain the following configuration in SPRO:
>SAP Supplier Relationship Management
>SRM Server
>Cross-Application Basic Settings
>Activate Extended Classic Scenario
Check the flag "Extended Classic Scenario Active".
You dont have to manipulate "BE_LOG_SYSTEM" field to choose your scenario.

Did you format the drive for Mac use before you tried to use it as a backup drive?
Are you using Time Machine on the drive? You can't view the contents of its backup database and the only way to access the info is directly from the Time Machine app. -
Dear Sir/Madam,
I tried the following but no success:
1. Unplug the sync cable from device.
2. Turned off device (slide to power off).
3. Pressed and hol the Home botton and pluged in the sync cable.
4. Hold Home button until "Connect to iTunes" but this message did not appear
So couldn't go any further than this.

Update Software button is available in iOS 5 and later iOSs.
Currently, you need to take the iTunes route.

Hey, i bought an iphone from online shop as a used phone and its locked by orange france, i contact them to unlock it but they refused, they said that we regret to inform you that we'r not able to unlock second hand phones? I need your help please. Its not fair , apple should figure it out

OrangeThis is no different with any carrier locked phone. Getting a carrier locked phone officially unlocked is the responsibility of the carrier, not the cell phone manufacturer. A cell phone manufacture cannot unlock a carrier locked phone without the carrier's authorization.
An iPhone sold as officially unlocked when new can be used by others as a second hand phone, and the same with any carrier locked iPhone that can be unlocked by the carrier, and many carriers offer it. -

CS4/AS2.0 Newbie Question.. help please?
Hey all, I'm a newbie on the forum and in Flash.
I've used it before, made my pages into scenes, and
everything worked fine. Apparently, this doesn't work anymore (I
used an earlier version of Flash) in CS4, and everyone is
recommending to use frame labels. This doesn't work either.
This is a screenshot of my site right now.
The ActionScript is the exact same in all three frames on the
actions layer you see in the screenie.
All I want is when clicking on the AboutUs button and
WhatIsHypnosis button, that they go to the specified frame labels.
The only one that works is the AboutUs button. I can click on
it and it loads the content that its supposed to,but the home (the
logo) and the second button do not work. They are clickable, just
nothing happens.
I've tried everything I can think of and that I have been
able to find.
Changing the type of frame label has no effect.
Help please? I've been trying to fix this for a good 6-7
hours.

I changed some frame labels around, renamed a few buttons,
renamed some instances, and it magically worked. :) -

I need your help, please. I can't get my photostream synchronized
Dear friends, I need your help again!!!
My photostream from my computer, windows vista, is not updating the pictures on my photostream in neither one of my IOS devices.
I'm sure that the photostream in both IOS are turned on. In my computer it is also turned on.
For example, I tranferred some pictures from a normal file to the photostream in the computer and I expected that them went also to my
iphone and ipad, but it not occurred.
Please, do you have some advise for me?
Thanks in advance.first i would try a simple restart of your computer and your iPad and see if they show up after they reboot. Also which folder are you putting them in? on windows there will be a seperate folder in the photostream folder that will show upload/uploads you will want to make sure they are in there. Newbie audio question--help please...
I recently recorded/captured video from Canon HV30 and unfortunately found that only Left audio channel was recorded..Right channel in non-existant. How do I duplicate the audio track from Left to Right so that both tracks are played in sync?

The Fill Left effect duplicates the left channel information of the audio clip and places it in the right channel, discarding the original clip’s right channel information.
Instead of putting the effect on each clip use the Audio Mixer. -

Removing the SIM has no affect on the power of the phone. It is just the part that facilitates connecting to your carrier. Try holding the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo on the screen and then release the buttons. The phone should reboot. You may need to hold the buttons together for 15-30 seconds.
