IMovie photos fail to appear in the video?
Why do some photos turn to black when inserted into the project? They fail to appear in the video. Instead, the ones before them replay.
I should add, it was copied in mass storage mode. Maybe I used MTP before.
Help I'm trapped in a sig factory.

I have the same issue (iPad 3, iOS 6). I have tried to:
-erase all projects on the iMovie
-reset the iPad
-uninstall iMovie and reinstall it
None of these three things worked and I am at lost in terms of what else can be done.
All that happens when I start a new project is that under "videos" there is a big black box (empty videos). Same thing for pictures. When I press the camera button to insert a video from the camera, this works no problem. However, I used to be able to insert videos/pictures from my Camera Roll. -
I cannot find my photos that I sync'ed from my iPhone4S to my PC. More recent photos no longer appear in the Sync directory. What can I do to properly sync them?
Not sure what you mean by "sync" -- Apple uses the term "sync" for transferring photos from the computer to the phone and uses the term "import" for transferring them the direction you asked about.
For importing to the computer the following has directions (which for Windows 7 links to the Microsoft support site since the transfer is handled by Windows 7 the same as it would import from any camera:) Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your Mac or Windows PC -

In mail, my attachments, both photos and documents, appear in the body of the message. How can I get my attachments to appear as a separate attachment and not as part of the main message???? Thanks for your help, Karen.

As Don already pointed out, exactly what the recipient sees will depend on how they've set up their machine and what unnecessary 3rd party apps they might've installed to display attachments the way they want.
In theory, that is true. In practice, Attachment Tamer will cause more of your messages to show up as plain-jane icons on the other end. The problem is, after all, people running Outlook 2003 and 2007. These people likely aren't doing many system modifications.
If I were you, I'd use the free solutions provided above, save my money and let my recipients decide how they will handle their mail.

When my iPhone 4S (with ios7) experiences a failed call while connected to my Bluetooth hands free in my car(screen locked) the failed call appears on the locked screen, as it should, the problem arises whenever I unlock the phone, it automatically redials the last failed call, it doesn't do this with missed calls that are on the locked screen, if any. It is really annoying as sometimes the phone doesn't respond to attempts to end the call before it connects to the number. I then have to explain that it was my phone and not me, I look like an idiot, which I don't really need any extra help with!! Does anyone have any ideas? I don't want to stop missed call from showing in the locked screen but it might be associated with the failed calls and therefore be the only resolution
I have had the same issue which was driving me mad but think I have just found a way around it. In iOS 7 if you swipe up on the lock screen to access quick settings and go into timer then click the home button you get into the phone without calling the person back. Not a great 'fix' but hope it works for you. Come on Apple this isn't good enough, fix this bug otherwise you will lose your customers.

I rented a movie and it appears in the video app, but it did not fully download. It does not appear in downloads how do I repair the file?
Did you download it using iTunes for Windows, or did you download it directly to an iOS device?

How are you trying to open the photos?
- from windows explorer? - double licking or right clicking and selecting Open with?
- by loading the editor and go to File -> Open?
Looking back at your other threads you seem to have had this problem before - what keeps changing?

Getting videos to appear in the Video Centre. What...
I've put a video on my phone in My Videos, then My Videos/Downloads and it's not appearing in the Video Centre. I can open it from the File Manager fine. What directory does the Video Centre look in for files? I mainly ask because in the past when a video's in the Video Centre, the handset seems to grab licences automatically (it's an iPlayer file) but from the File Manager it does not do so.

Hey, i have an iphone 4, and it is upto date, the problem is that my phone does not play any videos online except on facebook, all other videos do not play instead a crossed play sign appears on the video. Please help.
I watch YouTube videos on a regular basis - mostly with the YouTube app but also with Safari.
Some YouTube videos are supported to be viewed on a computer only or with a Flash capable device, which is becoming few and far between since Adobe no longer supports Flash on any mobile platform.

When I try to add video to iMovie on iPod Touch, none of the videos on the Touch show up to be added. I've restarted the iPod twice, closed all the apps and then reopened iMovie. Please help!
Now You lost me (without using a computer?) - Most probably due to that I've not got an iPod Touch but mine is seven Years old - so it most probably work in a totally different way.

I have been opening up my photos from My Pictures folder and Elements 12 opens up but the photo doesn't appear in the image screen. Over the weekend it was working fine. I tried the other photo software I have and they open up in those but not in the elements 12.

my iMac os lion 10.7.4 has jerky videos. I've tried YouTube videos with Safari and Google Chrome and the spinning globe appears and the video stops for a few seconds. I can't watch the white house weeklky address because it stops and starts every few seconds. The software is up to date. Just bought this thing in February 2012. Can anyone help me?
Contact Apple Service, iMac Service or Apple's Express Lane. Do note that if you have AppleCare's protection plan and you're within 50 miles (80 KM) of an Apple repair station, you're eligible for onsite repair since yours is a desktop machine. Might also apply to new machines w/o AppleCare.

SG asked rsayen06 several important questions to get at the core of that user's Premiere Elements issues. So far I do not see any answers to the questions. An the answers will be in those details. Although you have offered your project settings and saying that you have the same problem, they are but a small part of the troubleshooting equation.
1. What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?
2. You say you are putting pictures and music on the Timeline? How many pictures and what are their pixel dimensions? What type of music, what compression and file extension? What is the total duration of the Timeline content?
3. When you playback the Timeline content in the Edit Mode Monitor are you looking at the rendered or unrender Timeline?
4. When you say that you see distortion in the pictures...how are they distorted...
a. from the point of view of pixel aspect ratio, flicker, lines, other?
b. What do your computer resources look like in the way of installed and available RAM and free hard drive space? Are you getting any error messages associated with any of the project difficulties that you are encountering?
c. When you get to the burn dialog, what does the Quality Area show for Space Required and Bitrate?

The cable only imported the photos and doesn't read the videos. Am I not seeing something on my iPad mini?
Do those videos follow the naming convention? To be seen all files must have the 8 character name, for example VID_4854.mp4
If they don't follow the naming convention they won't be seen. They also need to be a format that the iPad will play.
