My client is currently implementing Oracle GL, FA, AP, AR, PO, iP, OPM, and OM. They are considering adding HR into the scope as soon as next week - however, only the portions of HR necessary for PO will be ready at our go-live. Based on this, I have two questions. First of all, what are the implications of going from a shared to a full install of HR, especially in terms of possible changes to the HR flexfields (people group, position, job, grade, etc.). Second, has anyone had any experience with customizing Workflow to have the PO and Requisition approval workflows look at HR secondary assignments instead of primary?

First, I would like to apologize if there was any misunderstanding on how the iTunes authorization process works, and your iPhone.
When you connected the iPhone to your home computer, you can choose to not sync, and then go to the File Menu -> Transfer purchased music from <iPhone name>. This will work for the iPod as well. This page discusses other methods to copy purchased music between your home and office computer without having to download them again:

Need help on implementation of AI move generation

Hi, I am totally new to Java so please be patient. I am attempting to write a a card-shredding game in java and am currently in the process of writing code for the AI move generation. To generate all combinations of possible moves. I am stuck at this point because I have no idea how to implement it.
The problem is this:
Each card has a suit (Clubs=0, Diamonds=1, Hearts=2, Spades=3)
Each card has a value (Two=2, Three=3...Jack=11, Queen=12...Ace=14)
I need a method in which to generate all possible moves, based on a given vector of cards and an initial card from which to start from. I have written the card and deck classes and most of the game class. Assume you are given a vector of cards each of which have a suit and a value and an initial card to compare from.
E.g.
Initital card = Nine of Diamonds (value=9, suit=1)
Vector of cards= (3 of hearts, 4 of diamonds, 4 of clubs, 6 of diamonds, 8 of diamonds, 9 of spades, 10 of diamonds, 10 of hearts, 10 of clubs, king of diamonds, king of hearts.
Rule1 - From the given initial card, the allowed first card in the combination is any card which meet the following criteria:- (match the suit) or (match the value)
Rule2 - The cards following the second card can match (The same value as the previous card) or (value +1 or -1 of the same suit)
I would be so gratious for any feedback on my problem, I am not asking for code or anything like that, more so an approach. I am unsure of the data structures involved and method to implement this problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Given your two rules and your example vector there are alot of second cards that can be picked and from that you can use the entire vector for the 3rd card depending on the second.
Ie. there are alot of combinations and I don't want to calculate them all.

Possible? To add new file types to Bridge?

When a file isn't listed in the file type list in the preferences, then Bridge (in Vista) doesn't allow me any changes for the "open with" function. It seems that I MUST live with Bridge's own handling for this file, even when it is false. (e.g. I already posted that Bridge falsely opens MindManager files using Safari)
From other management software I know that it is sometimes possible, to manually add new file types to the preferences, e.g. editing an ASCII/txt file where they are listed. This is less elegant, but I would do it, if no other choice. Is there such a file in Bridge? Or do you know an other way to add new file types?

You can not extend Oracle Data Mining to have your own algorithm.
However, you can integrate mining implementations within the DB via SQL, PL/SQL among others.

Is this on your computer or on iPad/iPhone ? If you are on an iPad or iPhone then it should have downloaded into the Videos app - iTunes on those devices is just the iTunes store, and if you just see the Ts & Cs link on the Downloads tab then that means that there are no outstanding downloads waiting.

Go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage. Let all of the apps load in the window. You can see how much storage you have used and how much you have left. You will need about twice the size of the download of free storage in order to be able to download the movie. Also, the iOS will not let you use every bit of available storage on the device.
You can delete content in there if needed, but if you sync with iTunes it's a good idea to transfer purchased into iTunes and backup your iPad before you delete content. If you use iCloud only, backup with iCloud before you delete any content.

Doing this will require the use of VI server and methods and properties. First, some questions:
Is the number of pages you may need unbounded?
Do you have a maximum number of pages you need to display at any one time?
If the answers are no and yes, then you can create a tab control with the maximum number of pages you need, and hide or show the pages, as necessary. To hide or show pages, use the Pages property to get references to all the pages. Use Index Array to select the page you want to show/hide, then use its Page Visible property to show and hide it.
You can also get a lot more dynamic, if you number of pages you need to show at any one time is less than the total number of pages. In this case, you will want dynamic page contents and tab name. You can set the tab name by Page Label property of the page (right next to the Page Visible property). You can make the content dynamic by using a subpanel as the only contents of the page. You can find out about subpanels in the LabVIEW help or this post.
You also need to ask yourself whether a tab interface is the best one for your application. I have usually found that if I need to show and hide a lot of tabs, I would be better off with a subpanel for my content and a text or menu ring the select the content. Tree controls also work nicely for selection.

Remove the check mark next to Sync Movies from under your iPod's Movies tab. Then configure your iPod to sync whatever content you wish from under its Music tab. Then apply the changes to your iPod/resync it.

After experiencing this probelm for forever and a day with countless minutes of time wasted, I HAVE A SOLUTION! Albeit one I stumbled on by accident.
Before you rename a file, double click the movie to start playing it, then "X" (close) out of the window playing to stop it playing. Then rename the file and it will work instantly.
Don't ask me why this works, it just does....!

QT Pro has spartan instructions for the above edit commands, specifically regarding audio tracks in movies. I haven't found good explanations. Has anyone?

Not really. However, from practical experience, the "add to movie" simply adds the content to your file at the current playhead point and retains its original duration. On the other hand, "add and scale" adds the new content to the movie and scales the duration to match your "paste" selection. For instance, if you paste a 1 minute video track to a 30 second audio file, the video will be scaled to play at twice its original frame rate in order to match the audio tracks original playback duration. This is a quick way to create fast-motion or slow-motion effects using QT 7 Pro.

Yeh I think so, but it is a bit of a pain.
1. Create a new folder in root called Office.
2. Go to Applications/Office
3. highlight an application and then select Options/Move to folder.
NOTE: Do not select Root folder: for the next step but:-
4. Browse (Scroll down to the new "Office" directory) then select "Move"
5. Do this for each App in the original Office directory, and then you should be able to delete the original Applications/Office directory.
Note: I think you can only delete an empty directory.
Also there is a link to New_Menu_Structure.SIS file that will re-create the new V20.0.0.015 directory structure after restoring data after the upgrade. This is at:- http://europe.nokia.com/A4323689

When I restored my data from memory card after the V20.... upgrade, it changed the directory structure from the new V20.... structure back to how it was in V12.....
I assume, the .sis file recreates the new directory structure.

Possible to re-add discontinued app (.ipa) to iTunes?

This requires some introductory info:
Many months ago, an iPad app that I use regularly was removed from the App Store. It continues to function perfectly well, but yesterday, it had trouble connecting to its servers.
Last week, after installing iOS 7, I'd had a similar problem with the YouTube app: It would launch, but never connect. I solved that problem by deleting and re-downloading the YouTube app. So, yesterday, I did the same with the aforementioned app -- forgetting that it had been removed from the App Store and couldn't be downloaded again.
The developer of said app also has an iphone version, which I run on my iphone. But they've never replaced the iPad app that was removed from the store, which is why I've been running the old version.
Finally, in an attempt to manage the 1,100+ apps that sit in iTunes, I routinely go through and delete apps I don't need (or don't think I need). Since the icons of the aforementioned iPhone and (discontinued) iPad app were identical, at some point I deleted the iPad app from iTunes, not remembering, at the time. my reason for keeping the older one.
The good news:
Using Time Machine, I was able to roll back, retrieve the deleted iPad app, and restore it to iTunes' Mobile Apps Folder.
The bad news:
I thought restarting iTunes would cause it to "see" the previously purchased app that was reintroduced to the folder, but it does not. It appears that once you delete an app from iTunes (and move it to the trash, versus choosing the "keep in my library" option), iTunes completely severs all ties to that app -- even though you purchased it legitimately. I thought apps would be "discovered" at launch, just as songs you add to the iTunes folder are "discovered."
Short of using Time Machine to replace the entire iTunes folder (which would be an epic nightmare) is there any way to get iTunes to "see" the app I retrieved? Is there one document, perhaps, that iTunes uses as it's app "registry" that I could restore via Time Machine, in order to "bless" that app again? Of course by rolling that document back, I'd be rolling back to a point that's *before* current apps were purchased. Many, many current apps. So, this is quite a conundrum. But I really need that app back, so I'm willing to try anything. I'm running iTunes 11.1.
Suggestions?

Actually, it is easy. :-)
You have to start by viewing the folder that contained the item you want to restore. (Or navigate to that folder in Time Machine.)
That folder is:
~/Music/iTunes/iTunes Media/Mobile Applications
(The symbol "~" is shorthand for your home folder, which you can access from the sidebar in a Finder window.)

I've been doing a lot of research lately, to mostly no avail, about whether or not my HP Pavilion dv7-7025dx laptop can have a dedicated GPU added to it, as currently it only has the integrated Intel HD 4000 Mobile graphics card.
Mostly I've come across the unfortunate agreement that most laptops cannot have their graphics cards upgraded/swapped out, since the graphics card is soldered on to the motherboard. However, after talking to an HP "support representative", they said they believed it was possible to add a graphics card, as long as it is compatible with the HM77 45W UMA Motherboard my computer has.
Furthermore, after finding the maitenence and service manual online for my computer ( http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03221579.pdf ) it says that it could have come with switchable graphics, specifically the Nvidia Geforce 630M or 650M.
So I am wondering, is it really at all possible to add a dedicated graphics card, either by having switchable graphics or something else? Or am I stuck with the integrated Intel HD graphics?
If I can upgrade/add a new card, where would I be able to find/buy a compatible one, and would I be able to install it myself or would I need to go to a local computer repair?
My laptop is the HP Pavilion dv7-7025dx Entertainment Notebook.
It has an Intel Core i7- 3610QM CPU @ 2.30 GHz, 8GB memory, 750GB hard drive (5400 rpm).

You can't add a dedicated graphics card to the system like this. The vga is soldered to the board so no way you can just plug it in like on a desktop. However, you can buy a new motherboard with the dedicated graphics card on it. It also requires a new heat sink.

You need a 682040-001 board plus 682061-001 heat sink to have a dedicated graphics card on your laptop. Have a look on ebay for the part numbers.
