Hi All,
I would like to export a internal table in MV45AFZZ program and import it in transfer Order creating user-exit, EXIT_SAPML03T_003 in Include ZXLTOU14..
Can you please help me, if this is possible.

If user is in same context, can export to / import from memory id (ABAP memory) or set PID (SAP memory). Otherwise, check out SHMA, SHMM (Shared Memory) if always on same server (but propagate tool also available in SHMM), or use INDX-like table with export/import using your own INDX-like db table. See table INDX for model and there is documentation on how-to for all these methods that can be found via search.

Not really, you could burn an audio CD of them tho. Goto edit>preferences>advanced tab> import sub tab and set your import settings to "MP3" if you want to import CDs to your PC you have :-*

As far as I know, you can only expose a decision table as a web-service which is created inside a Reusable Ruleset. And RulesManager application only allows editing of Rulesets and Flow Rulesets but Reusable Ruleset is not editable in RulesManager. And hence, you will not be able to edit/export/import the decision table in the Reusable Ruleset.

Not exactly sure of your requirement, but just before the SET statement, you are adding to ZLIN, is this correct? Shouldn't you be changing ZLIN_TAB?
zlin = zlin + 1.
SET parameter id 'ZCOUNT' field zlin_tab.
Also, these statements. when you describe you are filling ZLIN_TAB and when doing the GET, if there is not value in memory, then it will fill ZLIN_TAB with nothing and hence clear it out.
DESCRIBE TABLE itab LINES zlin_tab.
GET parameter id 'ZCOUNT' field zlin_tab.

Address book : provide contact list import/export from other software

There should be an easy way to import contact information from Gmail accounts, Hotmail, and so forth. They're providing efficient ways to export their database, so it shouldn't be too hard for developers to add this usual feature.
I would agree that the contact export/import procedures usually offered are not user-friendly. But it's not user-friendly either to recreate a contact list of 200+ contacts manually.
I hope this feature will be added in a near future. Thanks. Rodan

Simplepass export to other program

First I have to say that I absolutely love(d) having a fingerprint scanner on my laptop. However, the SimplePass software just really isn't up to snuff.
That being said, I just got a new work laptop and would like to store my SimplePass passwords on it. However, the new laptop doesn't have a fingerprint scanner.
Besides for printing out the webcards, is there any way that SimpePass can export the data for use in another password manager (KeePass for instance) or even Exel? This is a huge oversight if this functionality is missing.

Hi Andy thanks, I did that first. 2nd time, it prompted me to "Bounce Realtime to Action" under the "Process" heading. this returned the file in good order.
then I tried to export the video to Shake. Shake asks for a placeholder and a script. I pointed both at my external drive but it said that the drive was out of space. In reality though, there is lots of space left on the drive.
So I looked at the permissions -- opened all to "read & write" but that dident help either.
why would it be saying that the disk is full?
then I tried aiming it at 2 other drives (also with space on them) drive 2 said it was full and after aiming it to drive 1, I got a crash and an auto error message sent.

I need to send the vales of internal table from one program to other program without using IMPORT and EXPORT parameter.
Actually i have implemented one enhancement in standared program and need to send the internal table records to one Z-Program not using memory id import and export.
How can i do that ?

Hi Umesh,
you might create a function group with a global internal table. Then you call one FM in standard report to fill global data and a second call of a FM can access the global data - as long as this is still running in the same process (transaction).
"Sending to an other program" is quite general, if your own program is not part of the first process, you might need to save values in a z-table and plan your report periodically checking for new data.

Audition Import / Export to/from other DAWs

Well its done!
AATranslator is finally finished.

Its been 3 months in the making and as I mentioned previously its not donationware but it is a fully functional demo only limitation is the number of tracks and 'clips'.
Many thanks to John Lundsten from the UK for the idea of this project, for his tireless efforts testing the application and for his insight as well as the user guide. Thanks also to Adrian Connelly for additional programming efforts and the interface and also dstDean from this forum for additional testing and encouragement.

There are a number of points to address here:-

That is correct but even with applications with 'auto save' there is no substitute for regular backup of both your audio files, session file & audition settings.

SESBackup only targets adobe session files (either singularly or ALL of your session files). It is handy to easily back them (or it) up before recommencing work on a project or as soon as you are finished for the day. It does not backup your audio material.
MediaSweeper will isolate and seperate the unused files from your project and move them to another location so that you only backup the material that is actually in your session.
AuditionFX will help you backup your Adobe Audition settings

As I recall AA1.5 has the facility to 'append' other AA1.5 sessions.

As far as Audition is concerned AAtranslator was designed with AA3 in mind. AATranslator can append sessions either from Audition, Samplitude, Cubase, Nuendo, Reaper, etc but it would need to be converted to an AA3 xml file at present.
But as i mentioned before AA1.5 it (as I recall) has that 'append' function built in.
Remember "save early and save often".
BTW You can download and try all of those applications and they all come with documentation.

when I transfer print form from one SAP system to other, logo image and some text is missing... what could be the reason?
Maybe there is other way to transfer print forms between SAP systems without using program RSTXSCRP?

when you transfer print forms from one sap system to another, logos are not transfered automatically. these are actually .bmp files which need to be existing in every client. then only when you run your print program logo can be seen in your print output. hence logos need to be created explicitly in every client where you want to run your print program.

Can I export a flash catalyst file to other program?

can I export the file or copy the code to other program like flex, flash or somthing else, and continue workinng on it there?

Exporting from FCX to other programs

How easy is it to export from Final Cut Pro X to other programs such as Pro Tools and After Effects? Have there been problems when going between FCX and these programs?

Either that or select the photo you want and drag it from iPhoto into the open window of the other application. Most apps will accept photos that way. You will get the full version of it that way.

I am a software developer and I am in middle of a large project development, in which I need to export a large oracle database from one server to another efficiently.
Its very urgent so please someone help me.

At command prompt (source db)
set ORACLE_SID=db_name
exp system/password@db_name full=y buffer=104857600 file=(c:\file1.dmp, c:\file2.dmp....) log=c:\exp.log filesize=2000M
Then ftp the export dump files (in binary) to the other server or copy to target server over the network.
At command prompt (target db)
set ORACLE_SID=db_name
imp system/password@db_name full=y ignore=y buffer=104857600 file=(c:\file1.dmp, c:\file2.dmp....) log=c:\imp.log filesize=2000M
If the path names of the datafiles are going to be different in the target server (as compared to the source), then precreate the tablespaces before import. Set buffer value accordingly.

I am somewhat reluctant to answer your questions after Frank Caggiano's excellent advice, but I really do not like to leave the question open, for there will be many occasions when you will need to export images and to understand how it works.
But please, follow Frank's advice, right now you do not need to worry about pixels and dpi. That is exactly what I meant, when I suggested to you to make sure you keep a copy of your Aperture Library and to back it up with all your other data, before you erase your disk for a clean reinstall.

The dpi settings are necessary to define the size of a digital image, since pixels don't have any dimensions. And since you cannot print or display an image without knowing its width and height, you will need to specify dpi when you are printing or scanning.

Not if you export with the original size - the maximum number of pixels available. That will ensure the maximum print quality.
The dpi settings are required to export versions; versions are derived from the masters and new image files are computed. When you export masters you get a copy of the original file that already may have a dpi setting.

Here is another example, maybe that helps a little:
I exported an image (jpeg) with three different setting: export masters, a version with 72dpi, a version with 300dpi and inspected the files in Graphic Converter:
The master was exported like this:
Notice, the master had already dpi settings, although I did not specify any on export.
The size is 51,48 cm x 38,61 cm.
The 72 dpi Version has larger dimensions, but also 10 Megapixels.
and here the 300 dpi version: smaller dimensions, same amount of pixels.

How open images from other programs & convert to tiff?

I am new to digital photography. I usually take 2 to 3 MB images with my Canon Rebel XT and use iPhoto as my basic program to organize images, create albums, and do very basic editing. I'm running on a G4 Powerbook with OS10.3. I expect to upgrade to iPhoto6 soon. I also use Canon's Image Browser (because it does a better job of compression for emailing that my present iPhoto) and an abbreviated version of ArcSoft PhotoStudio which came bundled with my Canon and has editing tools similar to Adobe Photoshop Elements.
So far I usually use iPhoto's "Preferences/Open in Other" command when I want to open one or more selected images in one of the other programs. I have not found any easy way to locate an image while working in ImageBrowser or PhotoStudio, because iPhoto assigns folder numbers by date, so I'd have to know in which of many numbered folders to look. Placing images into iPhoto albums does not help because while the album names appear in these program's tree view they appear unable to link to them. Canon refuses to answer questions relating to iPhoto and referred me to ArcSoft for any questions about PhotoStudio. ArcSoft says they provide no support for programs bundled with hardware. Typical. What I'd like to know is:
1. Is there any easy way to locate iPhoto images while I'm in one of these other programs?
2. Is there any way to copy an entire album from iPhoto to one of these other programs?
3. I've attended two different digital photo classes in which instructors felt it desirable to convert jpegs to tiffs. One felt it was necessary to reduce the loss of pixels during editing, and the other does it for any image he plans to print, claiming it improves print quality. They recommended getting a special conversion program. Based on responses here to the topic: "Want to save jpeg file as tiff before making edits to photos", others feel that for most amateurs like me this is a minor issue, especially with iPhoto. Testing this I have found, as Kevin Wolfe1 says Feb 12, that compression of a jpeg appears to occur primarily on the first edit and does not sognificantly degrade the image. The programs I mention above appear able to save an edited jpeg as a tiff if desired, but I've noticed also that iPhoto's Export command includes the option to export a jpeg (to desktop or another folder) as a tiff. When I tried this, it did create a file identified as .tif, and I can drag that file back into the iPhoto Library where it remains named as a .tif, and according to iPhoto, this file contains about 5 times the MBs the original jpeg had. What I'm curious to know is, is that a true tiff file or is iPhoto kidding me?

In iPhoto 06 you have the option to NOT move imported image file in to the iPhoto library. So they images stay in the place where you put them. With this option the iPhoto library only contains "pointers".

Can't you open an album, select all the images then then use "export"

If you are worried about this then you should be shooting RAW format. In your case the camera is doing the JPG conversion and the "damage" is unrecoverable.
iPhoto 6 and Tigeer (10.4.x) has a little bit better supportfor raw format images i yu are worried about something that makes such a small difference then you should be woried about the stuf that makes a large difference first.
You might want to concider this workflow:
1) use Canon software to download files from camera
2) use Canon software to convert to TIFF
3) Import TIFF to iPhoto (using option to NOT consolidate library
4) specify arcedit, PS or Gimp as your external editor
Others might want to lt iPhoto do the import and raw conversion but you said you wanted thr photos to be stored outside of iPhoto's library system you you can find them with out having to do an export.
