Import Favorites not working, what next?

Firefox only imported 2 folders from my Internet Explorer favorites. I tried manually several times but it continues to only import the same 2 folders.
Can I just copy the favorites in explorer and paste onto the correct firefox file?
If so, where do I find that file?
ALSO one explorer feature I love to use is the favorite toolbar, how do I add that to firefox?

If there are problems with importing the IE Favorites in Firefox then export the favorites in IE to an HTML file and import that file in the Firefox Bookmarks Manager.
If you do not have the menu bar in IE then right-click the toolbar at the top to enable the Menu Bar.

I contacted Apple tonight and made them aware of the issue. They refunded me my money but said that no one had contacted them on this issue and the more people who contact them the more they can do. So we need all 600 people who have commented in the App Store reviews to call Apple so they remove this complete Scam from their system. Yes, I agree they should be doing this themselves but get your money back and make this an issue. Apple should be VERY concerned when World TV is #5 paid app and Pages and GarageBand are the next two respectively.

Battery does not appear to charge
Important: iPod touch cannot be charged with a FireWire-based power source.
Verify that the power source being used is working properly.

Try another USB port.
Try charging from a USB charger if available.
If that does not help, try another USB cable if available.

The Home button isn't working
Put the iPod Touch to sleep.
Wait a couple of seconds.
Press the Home button.
iPod Touch should wake up.
If iPod Touch does not wake up, then iPod Touch should be serviced.

Follow these steps, testing after each.
Make sure nothing is plugged in to the jack connector.
Make sure nothing is blocking any of the microphones (refer to the pictures below to find your device's microphones). Check for these:
Dirt or debris
A screen protector or case
When you're holding your phone next to your ear, make sure you don't block the microphone with your fingers or shoulder and make sure to speak into the microphone
Turn the iPhone off and then on.
Update to the latest version of iOS.
If necessary, find general iPhone hardware troubleshooting suggestions.

That issue can be caused by corrupted cookies.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
*Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

Try a cleaning disc. You can get them at places like Radio Shack.
If nothing helps your optical drive has probably failed. You can replace it or purchase an inexpensive external drive. Don't buy the Apple SuperDrive as it won't work with macs that have a built in drive.

The only thing you can do is place the iPod in Recovery mode and restore via iTunes on a computer. It is a good security feature.

I really can't comprehend the logic that leads to believe that password for old apple id will come to e-mail for new id. Buy may be I just misunderstood something. Contact Apple for assist with password retrieval. If you can verify yourself as account owner they may be able to help you.

Even new purchases are not always fully up to date. Check and see by going to Settings > General > Software Update and see if it says it is up to date or not.
Also keep in mind that you need a WiFi connection for FaceTime.
