Import icon not high lighted and cannot share library to new computer

I have tried to import my itunes library to a new computer , half of library has been imported but when i go into shared library to complete import the import icon is not high lighted , please advise

My old computer crashed and now i got a new computer. I can download songs from itunes with my appleID but they wont sync to my ipod?! I tried following the troubleshoot for authorizing a new computer and it says it is now authorized. I also use to use home sharing for my and my mom's computers. I deauthorized all computers and then tried re authourizing this one but still no luck. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Im leaving for vacation Friday and would love to have all the songs I just purchased go onto my ipod! Thanks for any help!

I would try restoring the iPod and then sync again. A thing to look for is to change settings for syncing music. For example change to manually manage music and drag the music to the iPod.

Cannot download library from new computer

when I sync from the new computer, 4 new purchass and 1 old purchase are synced, and not the others.
They are in the library, but will not sync.

In "add a field" the word Date is not high lighted and I can't add anything to it. How do I get this to open?

An event can only have one date. There is already a date field. Why do you want another date field, perhaps we can find another way?

My husband plugged in a password and we don't know what it is and cannot log onto the new computer. How can I reset the password if I can't log on?

I do not know the sequence of events but I do know he wanted to use my iTunes account on the iMac so I provided passwords. Now we cannot log onto the computer using any of my passwords. He must have mistyped something. How do we log onto the computer if we can't figure out what the password is?

To share either select the link (paperclip) icon on the right of the file or folder list.
Cut and paste the link into an email you send your friends. Do not use the "share this" option in Dropbox as it forces them to join.
You can test it after deleting your browser cache and cookies - you will no longer be signed in to Dropbox but the link should work fine.

I've already tried everything listed in these links.
I've also resync'd email accounts via iTunes between my Air and iPad3.
Messaging works OK on all my other devices using the same account settings.
Problem started around May25th.
(and yes, I already posted back then under a different ID with no resolution).
There has to be a simple solution.
I'm presuming some sort of conflict with iCloud, but not sure.
Any other ideas?

It's a pre-installed app and therefore cannot be deleted so you may have inadvertently moved it onto a screen or into a folder, check the utilities folder as this is a common one for it to disappear into. Check all screens and folders and do a search in Spotlight, it will tell you if the app it still on your iPhone but unfortunately not where it is. If you find it on one or your screens or in a folder, press the icon until it wiggles and then drag it back to where you want it. Alternatively you can reset your home screen in Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout.

The MAX utility is the closest to the driver level and will eliminate software configuration as a possible issue. Please disconnect anything that you have connected to the DIO lines.
Use the MAX test panel for your DIO lines, configure them as outputs, and set them to a low state. Use a multimeter (DMM) to observe the line state. If it is still high then you may have a problem with your hardware. If this is the case, I advise calling National Instruments support and investigate a possible RMA (repair).

My ipad won't shut off...apple icon is on display and cannot get red slider. I've tried holding down the shut off button and home button at the same time and the apple icon disappears for a few seconds and comes right back up.

Try a reset a few more times.
Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 second until you see the Apple logo.
