Import schema from WSDL

Hello,
I have been trying to import the schema definitions from the
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/eutils/soap/eutils.wsdl WSDL
but with no success. I constantly run into QNAME or schema errors.
Binding not found: QName(http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/soap/eutils, eSearchResponseMS_m)
Can someone help.
Thanks.

Hi,
I think your xsd has a few issues that bpel doesnt like, Jdev doesnt like and hence the problems
After having a quick look I kind of figured out a few ones, for example your xsd file
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/eutils/soap/esearch.xsd
has got tags as <s:schema .........>
but s is not defined, if you are using the standard xml standard either change the s to xsd or define s, xmlns:s="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"
that shoud get you passed some issues. Having said that, Jdev is rather strict about wsdl and xsd files that are being included and even a minor small error will cause problems in using that xsd.
Thanks
Sandeep

  • Random Bingads WSDL errors: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from...failed to load external entity, Could not connect to host, Parsing Schema: can't import schema from

    Hi,
    I am developing a web tool that accesses client's Bingads accounts via OAUTH2 granting. I am downloading data from clients daily.
    Generally it worked, but for 2 days I am experiencing a weird issue, that in random times (but more and more often though) I receive random error messages from Bing server. I am pasting below a few example from my logs (with timestamp and request/response).
    Must note that I launch these requests from the server where we have the webapp but also I launch it locally. The same is the result.
    The timestamp is in France time (GMT+1).
    Thanks ahead!
    Best regards,
    Steve

    Hi,
    1. I am using the older version of the PHP library provided by Bing (updated on 1/20/2014), so that is doing the WSDL loadings. I initialize the proxy calling OpticoBingAdsClientProxy providing what it needs, and then do the requests.
    2. I have a cron that reads data from client's accounts. I make several calls, like get search query report, get keyword performance report, get keyword bulk data. As the script progressed the first 2 worked and the third gave error. Or in other cases the
    first request failed. The calls have quite some time in between them since I process data (sometimes even 160 seconds)
    3. I did not change the code ion terms of requests, since as I said I use the PHP library (same credentials, ...).
    As of today (2015-01-16 10:30 GMT + 2) running my script, still have the same issues.
    Thank you!

    How can i further troubleshoot this . later on when I restart again ...it works .
    Help appreciated .

    Hello,
    Thanks for your response.
    U see ..this happens only when the all the services / databases etc come back up after a cold backup during the weekend . And like I u have mentioned , I thought this could be due to the BPEL service trying to connect to one of the databases as mentioned in the oc4j-ra.xml ( there are 3 distinct database connections to 3 diff databases ) . So I made sure that all the dbs are up and running before this particular service is started . It wroks at times ..but then it fails at times . So I have started wondering whether this is a different issue . And I am not able to troubleshoot it any further .
    What exactly should I check in the wsdl file ..
    Appreciate your help !

  • Bpel: problems importing schema from http-url

    i have problems importing the schema "http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2003/03/addressing/". I'm using JDeveloper 10.1.3.3.0.4157 and SoaSuite 10.1.3.1.0 with the patch 10.1.3.3.0.
    The problem can be reproduced very easily:
    * create a new "BPEL Process Project" from template "Synchronous BPEL Process" and use all default settings
         -> deploying to my local app-server works
    * add a new variable to the process
         * select "Element" as type
         * click "Browse Elements..."
         * click "Import Schema File..."
         * enter "http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2003/03/addressing/"
         * select "Imported Schemas/addressing/EndpointReference"
         * finish creating variable
    * save all and deploy
         -> the ant console shows the following error:

    sorry for the german message, i couldn't get the english version. basically it says that "{http://xmlns.oracle.com/BPELProcess1}BPELProcess1ProcessRequest" is not defined in any schema, what is very strange because before importing the schema from http..., the element ...BPELProcess1ProcessRequest has been found.
    another strange thing is that if i download the schema from http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2003/03/addressing/ and import it from a local file, everything works as expected.

    When importing a schema there are two attributes to the import element to be aware of: namespace and schemaLocation. I think this is the basis of confusion, particularly where the same value is used for both in this case.
    I suspect that the schema import works for ax90033 because the schemaLocation is being specified as "http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2003/03/addressing/".
    The W3C has some further information on this at http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/REC-xmlschema-1-20041028/structures.html#element-import which gives an indication of the complexity that lies behind schema imports.

  • Import schema from datafile

    Here is the situation: We are decommissioning an Oracle 9.2 database, but we need to move the contents of one of the schemas into a 10g database. Ordinarily, we'd use the legacy export and import tools to do this, but in this case we can't (due to the fact that the catexp.sql script hasn't been run, and nobody knows the SYS password to login as SYSDBA to run the script).
    We can, however, migrate the datafiles to the new server. So this is my question: can we somehow add the new datafiles to the existing database and move the schema into the already existing tablespaces/datafiles? I have no idea how this would work, so any guidance would be appreciated.
    Or, to simplify things, is it possible to run the catexp.sql script as SYSTEM? Perhaps any other way?

    Though now that I read it again, it says "To use Export and Import, you must run the script catexp.sql or catalog.sql (which runs catexp.sql) after the database >has been created or migrated to Oracle Database 10g."If you have the current database is on oracle 9i and want to perform export(exp) and import(imp) into a 10g database,which already exists, You don't have to run catexp.sql. catexp.sql gets executed after the 10g database is created through catalog.sql. usually catexp is called by catalog.sql.
    Execute
    select * from role_role_privs; and if you see the below in both 9i and 10g, you're all set. Use exp to export from 9i database and use imp from 10g and import into 10g database.
    ROLE                           GRANTED_ROLE                   ADM
    IMP_FULL_DATABASE              SELECT_CATALOG_ROLE            NO
    IMP_FULL_DATABASE              EXECUTE_CATALOG_ROLE           NO
    EXP_FULL_DATABASE              EXECUTE_CATALOG_ROLE           NO
    EXP_FULL_DATABASE              SELECT_CATALOG_ROLE            NO
    So that means I only need to run catexp.sql after importing it into my 10g database? I think that line is causing me some confusion.Depends on the output of the above.

  • Importing Metadata from wsdl returns errors - (BODI-1112015)

    I  am using DI 12.1 and am trying to create a web service data store.  I tried using both the native web service datastore type and the adapter for web services. Neither worked but I seemed to get further using the adapter.  When using the adapter I can see each of the operations in the service, but when I try to import the metadata for the operations I get an error BODI-1112015 with a message that the namespace is referenced without <import> declaration.  The wsdl does have an import reference corresponding to the schema so I do not understand the issue.  The referenced schema does import other schemas (could that cause problems?).
    Thanks,
    Paul

    I will have to look at the WSDL to see why the import is failing. is this a Public WSDL ? if yes, can you give the URL
    have you tried using the WSDL using some other tools like SoapUI ?

    you can import the stats with importing objects , you can pass parameter STATISTICS =none ( do not import the stats).
    STATISTICS -- import precomputed statistics (always)
    Try this.

    Is my import completed successfully or not??. please help...

    When a datapump job runs, it creates a table called the master table. It has the same name as the job name. This is used to keep track of where all of the information in the dumpfile is located. It is also used when restarting a job. For some reason, this table got dropped. I'm not sure why, but in most cases, datapump jobs are restartable. I don't know why the original message was reported, but I was hoping the job woudl be restartable. You could always just rerun the job. Since the job that failed already created tables and indexes, if you restart the job, all of the objects that are dependent on those objects will not be created by default.
    Let's say you have table tab1 with an index ind1 and both table and index are anaylized. Since tab1 is already created, the datapump job will mark all of the objects dependent on tab1 to skip. This includes the index, table_statistics, and index_statistics. To get around this, you could say
    table_exists_action=replace
    but this will replace all tables that are in the dumpfile. Your other options are:
    table_exists_action=
    truncate -- to truncate the data in the table and then just reload the data, but not the dependent objects
    append -- to append the data from the dumpfile to the existing table, but do not import the dependent objects
    skip -- skip the data and dependent objects from the dumpfile.
    Hope this helps.

  • How to import an in-line schema from a wsdl into another schema

    I am using SOA Suite 11g (11.1.1.1.0) and JDev 11
    I have a wsdl from a vendor that includes several in-line schemas. Included in the schema is a complexType that I'd like to use as an element. I can easily drop an element into the vendor's wsdl, since I have my own copy. But I'd prefer to leave the vendor's wsdl untouched as I anticipate having to replace it occasionally. But I don't know how to go about importing an schema in-line in a wsdl, into another schema. Is that even possible? Comments most welcome.
    - Cris

    Actually, I think I may have solved my own problem and it wasn't all that difficult. I simply created a reference wsdl, imported the vendor wsdl and created another in-line schema. Seems to work well enough. For anyone who can offer a better approach, please do share.

  • Wsimport failure as my wsdl import files from different sources

    I have tried to generate java code from wsdl using mtosi 1.1 example I ahve found in the Apache CXF sample.
    For the sake of knowledge wsdl2java of cxf was able to generate everything fine.
    wsimport fails.
    Unfortunately it's a pain to post all the wsdl, because each different WSDL imports other schemas and wsdl separately.
    The example is to be found in the cxf samples dir or at the following url.http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=153083
    Does wsimport work when the bindig files and schemas are defined explicitly?
    trying using the -b option with all the binding files and schemas does not change anything.
    This is the main wsdl:
    mtosi_1.1\wsdl\transport\http\ManagedElementMgrSOAP_HTTP.wsdl

    Hi,
    From your description I am assuming that you are using JAX-WS, if not get back to me as I might have another bug to look at.
    The problem is that the annotation @Oneway needs to be added to the methods in java files for this to work correctly. You can either do this manually or use the PI in the code editor. I have raised bug 6266513 to track the fact this annotation is not written out properly. I have logged bug 6266556 to track the nillable=true and extranious elements you will see when you do add @Oneway.
    Thanks for the quality of your bug report, and we would of course welcome any other feedback good or bad you would like to give us.

  • SSIS 2012 is intermittently failing with below "Invalid date format" while importing data from a source table into a Destination table with same exact schema.

    We migrated Packages from SSIS 2008 to 2012. The Package is working fine in all the environments except in one of our environment.
    SSIS 2012 is intermittently failing with below error while importing data from a source table into a Destination table with same exact schema.

    the specified type.".
    End Error
    But when we reorder the column in "Updated" in Destination table, the package is importing data successfully.
    This looks like bug to me, Any suggestion?

    Hi Mohideen,
    Based on my research, the issue might be related to one of the following factors:
    Memory pressure. Check there is a memory challenge when the issue occurs. In addition, if the package runs in 32-bit runtime on the specific server, use the 64-bit runtime instead.
    A known issue with SQL Native Client. As a workaround, use .NET data provider instead of SNAC.
    Hope this helps.

  • How can i import tables from a different schema into the existing relational model... to add these tables in the existing model? plss help

    how can i import tables from a different schema into the existing relational model... to add these tables in the existing relational/logical model? plss help
    note; I already have the relational/logical model ready from one schema... and I need to add few more tables to this relational/logical model
    can I import the same way as I did previously??
    but even if I do the same how can I add it in the model?? as the logical model has already been engineered..
    please help ...
    thanks

    Hi,
    Before you start, you should probably take a backup copy of your design (the .dmd file and associated folder), in case the update does not work out as you had hoped.
    You need to use Import > Data Dictionary again, to start the Data Dictionary Import Wizard.
    In step 1 use a suitable database connection that can access the relevant table definitions.
    In step 2 select the schema (or schemas) to import.  The "Import to" field in the lower left part of the main panel allows you to select which existing Relational Model to import into (or to specify that a new Relational Model is to be created).
    In step 3 select the tables to import.  (Note that if there are an Foreign Key constraints between the new tables and any tables you had previously imported, you should also include the previous tables, otherwise the Foreign Key constraints will not be imported.)
    After the import itself has completed, the "Compare Models" dialog is displayed.  This shows the differences between the model being imported and the previous state of the model, and allows you to select which changes are to be applied.
    Just selecting the Merge button should apply all the additions and changes in the new import.
    Having updated your Relational Model, you can then update your Logical Model.  To do this you repeat the "Engineer to Logical Model".  This displays the "Engineer to Logical Model" dialog, which shows the changes which will be applied to the Logical Model, and allows you to select which changes are to be applied.
    Just selecting the Engineer button should apply all the additions and changes.
    I hope this helps you achieve what you want.

  • Using Data Pump from Grid Control to import schema

    Hi,
    I have 2 10g oracle databases on 2 different windows servers. The databases are called: source and dest.
    In dest I have created a database link to source.
    I want to import a schema from source to dest.
    I log on Grid Control and in the maintenance tab I click the link Import from database.
    I choose import from schema and the database link I created earlier.
    I then choose the schema name.
    In the page Import From Database: Options I expand the advanced options.
    I choose Exclude Only Objects Specified Below and I add a row that looks like this:
    object type: TABLE
    object name expression: EXCLUDE=TABLE:"IN('TEST6', 'TEST7')"
    As I submit the job I get this error message:
    Import Submit Failed
    Errors: ORA-39001: invalid argument value ORA-39071. The value of NAME_EXPR is misformed. ORA-00920: invalid relation operator.
    I have tried several ways, but I am still getting the same error.
    Any suggestion will be appreciated.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your replay.
    I have already tried the following with back slash:
    EXCLUDE=TABLE:\"IN('TEST6', 'TEST7')\"
    and I get the same error message.
    If you have the correct syntax could you send it to me?
    Regards.

  • Using the Import utility from other users and going to a different schema

    I has a user today with rights
    Insert into XXXX.TABLE values(); Works just fine for another schema's table which has select,insert,update,delete.
    We tried to utiile the import utility from OTHER USERS
    Insert failed ORA-00942
    Do you want ot ignore all errors
    Even though we have rights to the schema under OTHER USERS.
    When connected as the owner it works fine.

    I've be trying to find a work-around to this issue & found this old post -- I'm having the same problem.
    I'm using Oracle 11g and SD 2.1.1.64.
    I have user A with a table that grants select,insert,update, and delete privs to user B. Logging into user B I, of course, can do inserts, deletes, etc. on the the table in user A's schema.
    When I use the import data feature to load data from a CSV file I can't get it to work while logged into user B. It does work fine if logged into user A. It looks like the issue may be that it doesn't put the schema prefix of "A." on the insert statements.
    Has anyone found a way to get around this issue yet?
