    Characteristic 0CM_CTAR: Unit 0UNIT_DIM no allowed in compounding

    by clicking on the error mag
    Diagnosis;
    If the characteristic is used in an InfoProvider with dimensions (for example, an InfoCube or MultiProvider), the compounded unit is not unique if currency key figures are used at the same time.
    System Response
    This type of modeling is not supported.
    Procedure
    Replace the currency with a different characteristic. If you nevertheless want to use a unit in the compounding, you should use the modeling of a characteristic that semantically represents a unit. To do so, copy the technical properties of the unit of measure or the currency.
    How can I solve this problem?
    Can add any other char to this compounding char is it works?if yes which currency char i need to add here?

    HI thanx a lot ,
    It the same procedure i did & checked your message indicating the same steps .
    Yes ,standard object is repaired in  system & im not aware of that
    & even it is not shown that it is recorded to work bench change request when i started applying the support pack.
    I did the same went to SE03 selected the object .
    Selected lock overview
    Identified the change request & released it.
    I got one more doubt what happens when i set the object to repair flag.
    Cheers ,

  • Error while importing SPAM version 7.0/33 Tp ended with error code 12.

    Hi all,
    Os: Windows 2003 advanced server
    DB: MaxDB 7.6
    SAP: NetWeaver 2004S - (ABAP+JAVA) EP
    When i was trying to import latest SAPM on the system. V 7.0/33 it got stopped in the middle at
    IMPORT_PROPER phase.
    Please find the error as follows:
    The import was stopped, since an error occurred during the phase
    IMPORT_PROPER, which the Support Package Manager is unable to resolve
    without your input.
    After you have corrected the cause of the error, continue with the
    import by choosing Support Package -> Import queue from the initial
    screen of the Support Package Manager.
    The following details help you to analyze the problem:
         -   Error in phase: IMPORT_PROPER
         -   Reason for error: TP_STEP_FAILURE
         -   Return code: 0012
         -   Error message: OCS Package SAPKD70033, tp step "R", return code
             0012
    Notes on phase IMPORT_PROPER
    In this phase repository objects and table entries are imported. This
    phase can terminate due to the following reasons:
    o   TP_INTERFACE_FAILURE: The tp interface could not be called.
    o   TP_FAILURE: The program tp could not be executed. For more
         information on this, see the SLOG or ALOG log file.
    o   TP_STEP_FAILURE: A tp step could not be executed. To find the cause
         of the error, see the appropriate log, such as the import log.
         If the cancelation message contains a tp step 6, N or S, the step in
         question is independent of the transport request. You can find these
         logs under the node Import steps not specific to transport request
         in the log overview.
         Alternatively, you can find these logs in the following files in the
    log directory of your transport directory (usually:
    /usr/sap/trans/log):
    -   tp Step 6: P<YY><MM><DD>.<SID>
    -   tp Step N: N<YY><MM><DD>.<SID>
    -   tp Step S: DS<YY><MM><DD>.<SID>
    You can display these files using the report RSPUTPRT or by calling the
    transaction AL11.
    A prerequisite of the Support Package Manager is that the Change and
    Transport System (CTS) is configured correctly. For more detailed
    information, read the online documentation available from Help -> SAP
    Library -> mySAP Technology Components -> SAP Web Application Server ->
    Change and Transport System .
    A list of the most important SAP Notes for Online Correction Support
    (OCS) is available in SAP Note 97620, which is updated regularly.
    In the import log file the errors was :
    Program terminated (job: RDDEXECL, no.: 14444101)
    Job log for this job is ;
    Job started
    Step 001 started (program RDDEXECL, variant , user ID DDIC)
    All DB buffers of application server nanadual were synchronized
    ABAP/4 processor: SYSTEM_RUDI_INVALID
    Job cancelled
    Please let me know if you need more details...
    Best Regards,
    Nanda

    Hi Nanda,
    Please check your trans log for further details .
    It cud be caused due to unavailability of RDDIMPDP batch job which is mandatory for any SPAM / SP updates to work.
    If this is the case you wud require to trigger the batch job RDDIMPDP using report RDDNEWPP(From SE38). This needs to be triggered in 000 as well as other existing clients too.
    once this is done please resume your SPAM Update. it shud go ahead.
    Next possibility that you cud check is updating your tp / R3trans with latest available from Service market place.
    Hope this helps you.
    Regards,
    Prem

  • Import stuck at phase XPRA_EXECUTION with return code 12,

    Dear experts,
    I am trying to upgrade our ERP system from SP-level 10 to SP-level 16. The main import is finished. But now I am stuck with this error:
    Error in phase: XPRA+EXECUTION
    Reason for error: TP_STEP_FAILURE
    Return Code: 0012
    Error message: OCS Package SAPKW70011, tp step R, return cpde 0012
    Looking at the import logs in TRN SPAM there is the same error written for all of the following packages:
    SAPKW70011, SAPKW70012, u2026, SAPKW70020
    SAPK-60007INECCDIMP, SAPK60008INECCDIMP, u2026, SAPK-60016INECCDIMP
    The import logs say the import was terminated at the program RDDEXECL.
    Joblog of RDDECL:
    Step 001 started (program RDDEXECL, variant , user DDIC
    All DB buffers of application server xxxxx were synchronized
    ABAP/4 processor:
    Job cancelled
    The long text of ABAP/4 processor only tells me a runtime error and that the short dump could not be written.
    Transaction ST22 shows that there is a DDIC_TYPE_INCONSISTENCY:
    Short text:
    Inconsistency in the Dictionary for the structure "RSDCUBEV"
    What happened?
    Error in the SAP kernel.
    The current ABAP "SAPLMGV_LAMA_SCR" program had to be terminated because the ABAP processor detected an internel system error.
    I have implemented (if applicable) all the recommendations from Note 822379. I've adjusted modifications, however, the same error persists.
    What can I do? Please advise!!
    Many thanks in advance!

    Thanks very much Juan, this note has indeed pointed me in the right direction, in the end I've only activated the inconsistent table RSDCUBEV in SE11 and afterwards was able to continue the queue import.
    regards
    Manfred

  • Exception Deployer fails with return code 1603 during Acrobat XI installation

    We are deploying Acrobat XI to Windows 7 clients and a percentage of them fail to execute Exception Deployer successfully and are returning the 1603 return code. I have pasted below relevant portions of the ExceptionDeployer.log file from two different computers with the same return code. Sometimes running the installation again works but sometimes it fails again with the same error code. I haven't been able to find exactly what it is that is failing or how to resolve this.

    Hi dear,
    Yes, actually there is no need to worry, it i sjust a warning for your import ...
    Nevertheless, if you see that your datasource is not connected, check that your falt file source system exists in your target system, and go to RSA1 -> Tools -> Conversion of Logical System Names, to convert the source system ...
    Kind regards

    Could anyone eloborate usage of ujs_activate_content? we are on bpc75nw sp04
    any suggestions pls to import request correctly.
    Is there any specific steps to be followed for importing requsts in target system or just to import requests?
    thanks.

    hi Gersh,
    I checked in dev system, infoObject /CPMB/NUD8H9B and its' attribute/CPMB/MBRSEQ. Both are active and  infoObject /CPMB/NUD8H9B  is under infoarea "custom appset".
    But if i check it in target system both are inactive status and  infoObject /CPMB/NUD8H9B  is under unassigned node infoarea.
    When i tried to activate infoobject via sap program, system couldn't do that and saying attribute is not in active state. Like wise several /cpmb/xxxxxx infoobjects are in status "inactive".
    Do i need to activate standard appshell via ujs_activate_content program in order to activate all /cpmb/xxxx related infoobjects.
    Or can i follow method of delete custom appset from target system and  shadow table contents in source system. Then freshly creating new req in dev system. Is this solves my problem?
    any suggestions pls.
    thanks

  • ERP2005 SPS10 Return code 8 during TESTIMPORT

    Good day,
    I am having an issue whilst trying to import ERP2005 Support Stack 10. Sorry, not sure whether this is the correct place for this message?
    During the TESTIMPORT phase I am getting return code 8 for import of the following packages with error:
    SAPKE60017 (SAP_HR) - R3TRPROGMP002700 is in repair status, therefore cannot be imported.
    SAPKH60008,09,10 (SAP_APPL) - R3TRFUGRF040 is in repair status, therefore cannot be imported.
    SAPKB70011 and 12 (SAP_BASIS) - R3TRFUGRSZA1 is in repair status, therefore cannot be imported.
    Procedure is to release the relevant repair and repeat the  import.
    Some errors I know can ignore according to note 822379 but I can't find any material relating to above anywhere. Also, I have asked developers to check to find requests with above objects and release them but they have no luck ?
    Using kernel 700.102 as recommended with MaxDB 7.6.3.007 running on SLES9 SP3.
    Any help much appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Nelis

    Refer to note9949. Seems even though the requests were released these objects were still flagged as being in a repair status. Re-setting this flag corrects the problem.
    Thanks

  • How to use Oracle objects in java code

    Hi all!
    I'm reading an xls and i need to fill me oracle objects with java code:
    OBJECT_NAME OBJECT_TYPE
    LETTURA_OBJ TYPE
    LETTURA_OBJ TYPE BODY
    In the past weeks i've been using both java code into oracle and oracle objects, but new i need to write those objects with data i read with java, anybody can help me?
    I know that the easiest work around would be to put the data i read from the excel file into a table and then fill the oracle objects, but now i want to learn how to write directly those objects with a command like the following one:
    a sample of the code i'm tryng to write:
    CREATE OR REPLACE AND RESOLVE JAVA SOURCE NAMED REPORT."Manage_Excel_ASMBS" AS
    import java.io.*;
    import java.io.IOException;
    import jxl.*;
    public cass ....
    #sql{  variabili_globali.var_ER_F3.Tipo_Lettura := 5}
    thanks,
    Massimo

    mmmh i'm not understanding so much....
    well... as i told before i'm working in oracle database environment and i'm developing a java procedure.
    now, i have this object
    CREATE OR REPLACE
    TYPE REPORT.FATTURA_OBJ AS OBJECT (
    POD VARCHAR2(1000),
    ID_FATTURA NUMBER,
    ID_FILE NUMBER,
    COERENZA_EA_F VARCHAR2(1000),
    COERENZA_ER_F VARCHAR2(1000),
    COERENZA_EA_M VARCHAR2(1000),
    COERENZA_EF_M VARCHAR2(1000),
    ANOMALIA VARCHAR2(1000),
    MOTIVO_INVALIDAZIONE VARCHAR2(1000),
    MATRICOLA_CONTATORE VARCHAR2(1000),
    POTENZA_DISPONIBILE VARCHAR2(1000),
    MEMBER PROCEDURE pulisci
    /and i need to work with it inside this procedure:
    CREATE OR REPLACE AND RESOLVE JAVA SOURCE NAMED REPORT."Manage_Excel_ASMBS" AS
    import java.io.*;
    import java.io.IOException;
    import java.io.StringWriter;
    public class Manage_Excel_ASMBS
    public static void read_Excel(String inputFile,int var_Id_Caricamento, int var_Id_Distributore, String var_Distributore) throws SQLException, IOException
              **here i need to put what i'm reading inside the excel file into oracle objects**
    /can you please give me a sample ?
    thanks

  • The import was stopped - return code 0013

    Dea all,
    I have a problem. I'm updating SPAM from level 7.00/0029 to level 7.00/0037.
    The following details help you to analyze the problem:
    The import was stopped, since an error occurred during the phase
    IMPORT_PROPER, which the Support Package Manager is unable to resolve
    without your input.
    After you have corrected the cause of the error, continue with the
    import by choosing Support Package -> Import queue from the initial
    screen of the Support Package Manager.
    The following details help you to analyze the problem:
        -   Error in phase: IMPORT_PROPER
        -   Reason for error: TP_STEP_FAILURE
        -   Return code: 0013
        -   Error message: OCS Package SAPKD70037, tp step "I", return code
            0013
    Please help me.
