Important Updates for Illustrator, Extension Manager, and Photoshop - Failure to Install
I have been trying to update my Illsutrator, Extension Manager, and Photoshop.
I have tried about five time using different methods.
Each time I received the following error message:
AI CS6 Creative Cloud Update
Installation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7
Adobe Extension Manager CS6
Update Installation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7
Adobe Photoshop 13.0.1.1
Installation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7
I need some giudance in order to have the updates installed.

Whilst this may prove to be the only way to install the updates, it reads as though it only takes a few minutes to complete but as others have reported it's a real pain to have to go all through a clean up and then full installation particularly if you have a number of plugins to re-install / activate! Not the best solution and I would have hoped Adobe could have come up with a better solution. As it is I will not be going through the update and will set the application manager to manual rather than have the icon constantly on displayed in the taskbar expecting to update what doesn't work.

Adobe Extension Manager and Photoshop CS5 and MAC OS 10.7.5
Even after reinstalling and updating the Extension Manager for CS5, when downloading Photoshop extensions I get the message: "You do not have the appropriate permissions required to perform this operation. Contact your system administrator to obtain permission." I'm the sole user and the administrator on this Mac. (OS 10.7.5).

I have a new pc and have again installed CS5 however and unfortunately I can not install the updates Adobe Bridge, Adobe extension Manager, Adobe Photoshop (64 bit) and Photoshop Camera Raw ?

I am running Lightroom 6 in conjunction with 64 bit Photoshop CS6. I need to install Camera Raw 9 plus other relevan updates for the Adobe Design and Web Premium CS6 package. Running Adobe Application manager finds the relevant updates but won't download / install them. Clicking the update button results in an error message "Application Manager has stopped working". This is a windows system running 64 bit Windows 7

Adobe extensions show in the Extension Manager and are enabled but do not appear at all in Photoshop CC 2014. Third party extensions do show up and can be used. All extensions are available in and can be used Photoshop CC. I have reinstalled CC and Extension Manager to the most recent releases and the Adobe extensions are still not available in Photoshop CC 2014. What should I do now?

Adobe is working on HTML based version of Adobe Watermark, eMailer, etc.
If some extensions are must have for you, you have to continue to use PS CC until HTML based counterparts become available. -
I purchased a file that advised it works with Illustrator intalled via extension manager and it only shows in my 'others products'? I cant even open the file in illustrator or in design? Help =)

Has anyone tried deploying Adobe Extension Manager and/or Toolkit for CreateJS through Group Policy. Any tips for gettig it to work?
We haven't tried to deploy Extension Manager through Group Policy. Maybe you can consider Adobe Application Manager Enterprise Edition (AAMEE): http://www.adobe.com/devnet/creativesuite/enterprisedeployment.html .

Trouble with update for illustrator 16.2.1
I'm having trouble downloading and installing the update for illustrator 16.2.1. I keep getting an error message. anyone else having this problem?
Having the same issues, keep getting the error after it tries installing, I wish I could remember what the error was but everytime I try to install it, get the error and then can only use Illustrator after un-install and then re-install. Seems like ever since it went to this Application manager I have more issues with updates.

At least twice a day I get a pop up window alerting me to the need to install a security update for Firefox 25.0.1. I have installed it several times and still I am prompted to install it again. I have received no response from Mozilla on this issue. I had sent in an email about this several days ago.

Just want to echo this complaint.
I have tried re installing Aperture 3 and I've looked for preferences or something to clear, but nothing helps. It continues to crash each time I open it no matter what. -
I tried getting the update for my new iphone and now it is asking me to activate it again but won't let me, how do I fix this? I had started using it for a few hours and tried getting the update and now it won't let me activate the phone. I also can't call the helpline because it won't let me leave this screen on the phone that says "Your iPhone could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable. Try connecting your iPhone to iTunes to activate it, or try again in a couple of minutes." What it says on iTunes after I fill out the activation info is "There was a problem activating your iPhone. Please contact Verizon Wireless at 1-800-922-0204 to have this iPhone added to your account. Click Continue to be able to explore its features and the App Store." Please help this is driving me nuts!

iphoto has been importing photos for over n hour and I can't get it to stop. Can't get out of iphoto and can't shut down computer.
iPhoto works best when the source (Pictures folder) is on a different disk drive than the iPhoto Library is on.
And you need to have enough free disk space to work with, the faster the better.
Also, do not keep your media folders and those in your home folder on the same drive as the system, also another bottleneck.
Until or unless you have everything on 1400MB/sec SSD PCIe controller, you want
System boot drive
Media and data folders and such
scratch
backup
etc
I put iPhoto on an SSD off an SSD PCIe Sonnet Tempo card
If you stop- it, you will need to trash the Library it was creating.
Reading and writing to/from the same hard drive will be slow.
You don't mention which Mac, or how large you are trying to import etc

Take a look in Activity Monitor. See what the % being used for iPhoto, how many pageouts, how much free space on the various disk drives, and how much RAM do you have installed?

Cannot convert to PDF and then send for sigs
I can convert documents to PDF, but they are being converted at 41.5%. When I send for signatures, they expand out to 100% and the signatures and initials stay at 41.5%, so signing and initially are impossible.
