Imported cd then have more than one album?!

this is a bit annoying... I burnt one cd onto my itunes and now I have one album with about 20 songs in it and then a few more albums with only 1 song in it... it has tiny varients in names of albums. Please let me know what's the problem! If you need more info I'll reply back

My issue is that in itunes I can add more than one image (album art) to an individual song. While it's playing, in the display album art (bottom left corner) I can flick through all the images a particular song contains. I got exicted and came to the assumption that not only can I display album art (covers) but also single art (covers) for songs that got release from an album on my ipod. However when I downloaded all the tracks on to my ipod it only displays album art and not single art (covers) for released songs. Is there a way I can have both album and single art displayed on my ipod for a song? I spent hours finding these single art covers on the internet!

I'd like to sort the photos on my iPhone into different albums so that I can find them more easily, but I can't seem to find a way of doing this even while plugged into iTunes. Can it be done? Seems a bit of an oversight, and doubly strange since the Photos app takes you to what looks like a list of albums, but you can't add a new one or move photos around.

No oversight, but photo albums cannot be created on the iPhone and whichever albums created on your computer selected to be transferred to your iPhone cannot be changed/manipulated on the iPhone.
In this regard, iPhoto on a Mac is taken into consderation which I use on my Mac for importing photos from a digital camera including from my iPhone's camera roll, and for photo storage and management, which provides for photo events and photo albums - creating an iPhoto album is similar to creating an iTunes playlist. With the numerous iPhoto albums I have available for selected photos, I select the iPhoto albums under the photos tab for my iPhone sync preferences that I want transferred to my iPhone followed by a sync. If I want to remove an album from my iPhone, I deselect the album under the Photos tab for my iPhone sync preferences followed by a sync. Very easy.

iTunes will group songs into an album when:
All songs have the same value for the Album and Artist field, or
All songs have the same value for the Album and Album Artist field
All songs have the same value for the Albumfield and the Part of a Compilation flag is checked.
If you want to group all the songs by one artist into a single "album" you can do so by following one of these rules. However, it may be more useful to create Playlists to group music like this and retain the original release information. One Smart Playlist for each artist you're interested in would meet this need without over-writing information about the source albums.

No it doesn't. Albums simply reference the photos in the Library. A single shot can be in 100 albus and use no extra disk space at all.
If you have the same shot in two Events then yes, the file is duplicated.

The Finder doesn't really understand the iPhoto Library. It's quite possible for the iPhoto Library to contain many files with the same name. The Library also contains different versions of the same shot - thumbnail, originals and edited version. This is normal.

Aliases remain tied forever to the account which created them. They cannot be moved to another account, converted to a full account, nor reinstated after being deleted.

Can not import excel spreadsheet with more than one spreadsheet from an email

i get excel files sent to me all the time by email and have been able to open most of them. Went to a apple store and was told i needed to install numbers app on my iphone 4 to open them up because their was more than likely two or more work sheets in that file. i am on the road and can't get to my imac. I bought numbers did all the updates on the iphone and sync to itunes. it still cant open the spreadsheets if they have more than one work sheet. it does ask do you want to open in numbers i answer the question it starts the import then get error message spreadsheet couldn't be imported. the file format is invalid.
this is frustrating to by an app that was suggested by apple for the solution and it doesn't work.
by the way i have excel on the macbook pro and imac so that is not an issue need to be able to see on the phone while traveling.
by the way it says microsoft excel 97-2004 worksheet 16 kb open in "numbers"

you should be able to apply the exact same principles to your multi query report. The XML will have a main root node and then the results of the queries underneath.
So if you had 3 queries you'd get something like

In the template you will be able to map on to the separate sections of the XML very easily.

Wich version of iPhoto do you have? You need iPhoto '09 or '11 to order prints.
Make an album of all photos you want to order in the same order.
Then select all photos at once, when you use Share > order prints.
You should see a panel like this, where you can mark the quantities. The screenshot is from iPhoto 9.6:

Unable to add more than one album at a time

So I have had minimal issues with my ipod classic until about a week ago, when suddenly all 45gb of music on my ipod was erased. I didn't do anything stupid like disconnect it when it wasn't ready to be disconnected. So I restored my ipod and then began adding music on to it. The only problem is that if I try and add more than one album at a time, it freezes at some point and some error message pops up (there are a few differnt ones). After that happens practically nothing can be added to my ipod. Any solutions?

Yes, I was able to add as many albums as I wanted before the crash and I have restored it three or four times since then because of this problem.

In the Export to Facebook feature in the Library, is it possible to set up more than one album?
I have one album set-up, and that works fine; but my attempts to set up another album have been unsuccessful. I often want to send photos to a different album than the one I have set up. Currently, I have to send the photo to the one album, then go into facebook and move it from there.

Constantly get beach ball when I have more than one program open

I am get a slow machine and beach ball going when I have been using the computer for a while with a couple of programs open. I have 4MB of Ram and running 10.8.5.

When you next have the problem, note the exact time: hour, minute, second.
If you have more than one user account, these instructions must be carried out as an administrator.
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:

Filter photos that are located in more than one album

I'm trying to organise my iPhoto events onto albums in the new photos app in 10.10.3, however, I think I messed up with a bunch of photos and need to start clean, I need to be sure that one specific photo or group of photos are located in a single album, kinda like iPhoto used to work with events, I know a photo can be in more than one album at a time, but how do you tell with filters?
Tried to create smart album but seems to be no criteria for that.

You can't. You know that during the conversion from iPhoto to Photos all of your current iPhoto Events also were converted to albums inside the folder in the sidebar titled "iPhoto Events".
So you only have to worry about new imports which go into Moments.

One option is to start backing up one of them to your computer using iTunes instead. To do this, go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup and turn off iCloud Backup. After that the device will start automatically backing up to your computer when you sync it with iTunes.
Another option is to migrate your iPad, along with a copy of the iCloud data to a different account. To do this, start by saving any photo stream photos that you want to keep on it to the camera roll (unless already there) by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward facing arrow), then tapping Save to Camera Roll. If you are syncing notes with iCloud that you want to keep on your iPad, you'll need to open each of your notes and email them to yourself so you can later copy and paste the text into new notes created in your new account. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account (which only deletes the account from your iPad, not from iCloud; your phone won't be effected by this), provide the password to turn off Find My iPad and choose Keep on My iPad when prompted. Then sign back in with a different Apple ID to create the new account and choose Merge to upload your data to the account. The disadvantage of this is that once your phone and iPad are on different accounts, they will no longer sync data with each other using iCloud.
