Importing/Downloading and paying for tunes--please help!
I am in tears right now. I just bought about 21 itunes. However, it seems that only one of them got paid for with my pay Pal account. I wanted to use my redeemed itunes gift card.
Now, I can't understand how to download the tunes in the first place (they don't seem to be anywhere on my desktop) nor can I figure out how to pay for them. The screen says "Credit Card Total $17.82." I'm worried because I'm "between credit cards" at the mo (ATM ate mine last week) and if it "bypasses" Pay Pal and goes to my credit card it will bounce!
Can somebody PLEASE HELP!
OK, I managed to drag and drop the tunes into a folder on my desktop. And I'm attempting to burn a CD right now.
But anyone know about the payment issue?

iPads have a different OS so its apps are different, and will not run on a Mac computer. Yes you need to buy a Mac OScapable copy for your Mac. Practically all software licenses, regardless of publisher, are for installation on one device.

What you can redownload for free will show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage
Does music show as a category there ? Music can't be redownloaded in all countries, and if you've changed countries since buying it and/or or if it's no longer in your country's store then you won't be able to redownload it.
If music doesn't show there as a category then you can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a redownload : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ -

You click the link on your iTunes store receipt and report a problem. They will either refund the amount or flag your account to allow you to download it again.

How do I download and pay for standalone lightroom?
I've just wasted 30 minutes of my time on the Adobe website trying to figure out how to pay for a standalone version of Lightroom. It seems like the only options on the website are for me to buy via creative cloud.
I do not want to buy via creative cloud. If that is the only option then it has come time for me to part ways with lightroom.
Please help me with where / how to buy the standalone version.
I recognize that it is still possible to buy a standalone version from other online retailers (e.g. Amazon), but it seems INSANE to me that this is the only option.

I have purchased i tunes music and am trying to import the music into Adode premier element to make a DVD. I am operating and Premio comp with P4 and windows xp. When i save to the pc the file format of music is m4p. I can't figure out how to convert it to a format that Adobe premier element can recognize so i can burn the music to a home movie on DVD. When i try in import elements message states" file format not supported".

.m4p files are DRM protected, therefore iTunes doesn't allow you to convert them. You'll have to work arround by burning them on a CD.Then reimport them into whatever format premier element supports. -

Audiobooks can be downloaded only once. You'll need to sync your iPad to iTunes on your computer to transfer the audiobook there, after which you can then sync it to your iPhone.

I bought the movie "Rise of the planet of the apes". So I click on the movie extra and none of the extra features are working. It seems the "movie files" and the "extra files" are in different folders. I try putting them in the same folder but still this doesn't fix anything. Please help. The "extra files" are in a different folder and I have to open up each "extra feature" manually in order to view them. This is very inconvenient. This is not what I wanted to pay for. Please help. This seems to happen everything I buy a movie. The same thing is happening to the "batman" movie I bought last month. This never happened when Steve Jobs was on the job. Apple seem to be falling apart. I have been in touch with "customer support" for over 2 months now and still they have no clue on how to help me. This is the reason I am asking for help here today. You do not buy Photoshop for 300 baht, you are renting it for that much a month. You set up an account with a valid credit card and to see if it is active, you go here. https://www.adobe.com/account/my-products-services.html Look under my Subscriptions.
If all is good, then with the same Adobe ID/password, select "License this Product" and sign in, or Help > Sign in.
That will license it.

Not all content types are available in all countries, and unfortunately where you are you will only have apps, podcasts, iTunes U and free books - the full list of what is available where is shown on this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3599 . As the terms of use of the stores state that you can only use your own country's store, you also can't get music or films from Apple from other country's stores.
Are there other music and/or film purchase download sites that you can use in the UAE ? For music you can also copy your own CDs and sync them to the iPad -

I have an iTouch. I'd like to download some free apps. but I have a debit card but would like to download apps from the store. how do I do that? I can't possibly get a credit card just for this. please help.I really do not think it is the iPad or your network connection. Other users have reported this very same issue. Try this and see if it works for you - it may not work - but it's easy to try - harmless - and it has worked in the past for others.
Try signing out of your account and restart your iPad.
Go to Settings>Store>Apple ID and tap the ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button. Go back to Settings>Store> Apple ID and sign in again. -

Hey everybody Amazon.com works perfectly and no problems so Bye, Bye Itunes fix your junk *** program and ****** customer service telling me it's my computer and connection. Oh is that also why my phone can't download them either on a seperate cell network. Nice try garbage In the time it took for them to run me around i downloaded the songs i needed via Amazon.
